• Vera (7/5): - Die sehr zentrale Lage. Wir habem etwas suchen müssen, bis wir die richtige Wohnung gefunden hatten. Der Teppichboden ist alt und lädt nicht zum barfußgehen ein. Der allgemeine Eindruck ist nicht einladend, das notwendigste wurde renoviert. Trotzdem haben wir dort gut geschlafen und die zentrale Lage, direkt am Ende vom WHW war für uns perfekt.

Apartment is well equipped and cosy. Great food and drink choices within a few steps of the apartment. Power of the shower was poor and there was a little mould around the bath.

• Roger (2/5): Nice staff, unpleasant stay because of the noise from a disco party - The hotel was well located, we were staying to do the 106 km Lough Ness cycle Etap. The hotel kindly let us keep our bikes in our room which saved us a great worry about storage. The hotel also put on an early breakfast for all the cyclists who were departing early. The stay was completely spoiled by the hotels decision to also host a 30th birthday party that night. It was right below our room. we went to bed early because of the early start but it was impossible to sleep listening to 80's disco classics and the Proclaimers waling their 500 miles late into the night. We made several complaints. when the music essentially ended there was another hour of door banning and drunken revelry. It made for a poor nights sleep and an avoidable unpleasant stay

Standing water in front of the washing machine Surfaces in the kitchen, living room and bedroom were dusty and had hairs left on them Floors not clean or hoovered Left milk but it was out of date for the stay Not appropriate for a holiday rental at all.

• Chin Chung (9/5): Overall the experience is excellent. - the house is clean and facilities are enough. Location is good. Apartment is on 2nd floor but no lift. Have to carry heavy luggage to the apartment by stairs.

I’m very over sensitive to noise, sometimes it felt like people were in the apartment. Doors slamming, footsteps. But I know this doesn’t bother everyone, I’m just not used to it.

• Michelle (6/5): Done the job but won’t be back sadly - Spacious, comfy beds and ample kitchen utensils and towels and good WiFi Shower either cold or scolding. Front security door smashed off and the smell of marijuana from other apartment was so strong it was constantly inside apartment. Apartment comfortable but dated and tired and needs some love.

• Lynn (9/5): Comfy central stay in Fort William - Central location but still quiet at night, easy access to shops and places to eat. Instructions for accessing the property were clear. Clean, comfortable and warm. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking if you don't want to go out. Couldn't reach the switch for the extractor fan in the bathroom. The shower is a bit weak but still useable.
• Graeme (8/5): Excellent centrally located apartment - The apartment is centrally located within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, pubs, train station etc. It was easy to locate & host gave clear instructions on how to enter the property and access the off street parking space. The apartment has 2 large bedrooms, a lounge/dining room, well appointed kitchen & a bathroom. We found the beds comfortable & it was quiet, so slept well. Didn't matter to us, but some may not like having to carry bags/cases up a flight of stairs.

• Sharon (5/5): - The location, nice and central. Communication and instructions were clear and parking easy. The building is run down and completely uninviting. The door looked like it had been kicked in and did not have any security features. Kitchen cupboard handles hanging off, I actually found the screw and re attached it. Bed in blue room very uncomfortable. Carpets in bedrooms stained. Bathroom walls have multiple streaks/stains running down them....not sure what this is, possibly urine or mould as very damp smell in bathroom. Door had hole in it. Overall very disappointed in the accommodation considering the price charged.

• Kathleen (8/5): Really comfortable and spacious apartment. Well equipped and in brilliant location. Really close to fantastic boat trip - Great location. Streamline checkin in. Quiet area however close to lots of shops, pubs and a fabulous Bakery.

• Wei (9/5): Superb - The apartment is well equipped with kitchen, washing machine, etc. it's spacious and the WiFi coverage is really good. The staff was friendly and responsive. The location is quite central, with walking distance to many restaurants, super market, etc. Nothing really.

• Jamie (10/5): Great location with everything you need - The location of the stay was fantastic - everything was in walking distance, and the apartment had everything you’d need including a washing machine. Private parking is ideal for those travelling by car. Hosts were very friendly and quick to reply if I had any questions - thank you. One fault I had which isn’t the apartment but the building door entry lock being busted - therefore anyone could access the building. With that said, we had no issues during our stay and enjoyed our time overall. 😁

• Christopher (7/5): Great location but basic accommodation in an old neglected bldg. - Location was ideal. Bldg is old and smells. Apt however did not and was very spacious. Unfort cheaply furnished, with dated finishes requiring upgrade and heat control was challenging.

• Thompson (1/5): Shitfull and dissapointed - On arrival you couldn’t see the name on the outside building we went into pubs, and information centre to find it.well what a shock for $1500.00 for 3 nights a rip off, one bathroom, one toilet, one towel each, the stench of oil reeds to kill the smell caused my Asthma to flare up, washing machine clunked washing full of shredded plastic washing had to be re rinsed by hand, grr nothing personal in the way of body wash, tea bags and coffee unsealed in a tin container, curtains thread bare, beds 3/4 pretty hard on 6 ft 4 men, carpet in blue bedroom had vomit smells seeping through. Then a trip Hazzard a big carpet covering burnt iron mark on carpet, over powering perfume in linen. And coming through the walk way looks like a tip old carpet laying in where you walk, it needs a good clean up the getting into the entry door on every level doors shabby we honestly thought we had the wrong building it looks so dirty and dingy. An absolute let down for us compared to what we had at Inverness very very poor cheap Apartment Everything

• Peter (9/5): Excellent location, friendly and helpful host, all the facilities you need for a great weekend stay. - Fantastic location, everything we needed was provided at the property. Exchanged messages with the host in advance - really friendly and helpful (eg advised that the property was available early for us to go in) and gave advice on local amenities, etc. The communal entrance and staircase to the property (I'm guessing not the responsibility of the host) doesn't do justice to the property itself.
• Norbert (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic location and the apartment is spacious for a family of four. The flat is well equipped with all the bits and pieces you need. The hosts also prepared some welcome stuff in the living room ( I think it was a box of Scottish shortbread), which was also very kind. After a long driving I really enjoyed gazing the water and the boats from the living room. The High Street of Fort William is just 2 minutes walk from the appartment, so all the shops and restaurants are just couple of yards away. Everything is easily accessible. Only just one tiny thing really: the double bed is a bit smaller than the size we are used to. For the 2 kids it was ok.

We were very comfortable and we all had an amazing nights sleep. More flexible sleeping options e.g. twin beds or a sofa bed would allow us to book again for a family trip.

So close to the main centre/pubs etc. Instructions provided were very clear and easy to understand. Flat was spotless and loved that there was a bath! Myself and my siblings done the great glencoe challenge so to come home to a bath was amazing! Thank you so much and we would definitely book again. I don’t feel like there is anything that could have been better.

• Stephan (8/5): We had a very nice stay in the apartment, felt comfortable and would book it again. - The apartment is close to the train station and was easy to find, as we got excellent directions the day before we arrived. The key was easy to find and the code for it worked. The apartment is big and tastefully furnished. It was very clean and we were welcomed with a note and biscuits. In the kitchen we found teabags and coffee and there was fresh milk in the fridge. There was little crockery and cutlery in the kitchen. But that was not bad for us, as we only stayed for a short time and did not want to cook ourselves.
