• Gladis (10/5): Para repetir!! - Un alojamiento de 10. La atención con Sylvia muy buena. El sistema para entrar muy cómodo y práctico con llaves en cajetín de seguridad, pero Sylvia siempre muy pendiente de todo y con explicaciones muy sencillas. La ubicación perfecta, delante del loro parque. Con pequeños comercios alrededor y lugares para comer. La playa a 3 minutos caminando. A 4 minutos en coche tienes el lidl y a 7 minutos en coche el mercadona. Lo mejor de todo, las vistas, con una terraza en primera línea del mar. El alojamiento Súper equipado, además dejaron un detalle de bienvenida con fruta, agua, café y vino. Se escucha el mar desde la habitación, es maravilloso. En la cocina y el baño tenías las cosas básicas, un gran acierto para evitar esos gastos. Sin duda repetiremos. Para nosotros todo fue estupendo, pero por poner algo; durante el día el aparcamiento es complicado al tener el loro parque delante. A partir de la tarde no hay problema. No fue un impedimento porque durante el día estábamos de ruta y cuando llegábamos ya había aparcamiento sin problema. Y lo único es que es un -1 sin ascensor (para tenerlo en cuenta con el carro por ejemplo). Pero nada que no pudiéramos solucionar cerrando el carro o entre 2 personas.

• Rafael (8/5): Vistas increibles - Las vistas desde la terraza son espectaculares, sobretodo al atardecer. La situación es muy buena, al lado del Loro Parque y con restaurantes muy cercanos. Las camas y los electrodomésticos necesitan una renovación.
• Ramoncal (9/5): Hidden gem in Puerto de la Cruz by LoroParque - Location, view, cleanliness, facilities, snacks, fruit, water, coffee, sweerners, milk, communication with owner and cleaning personnel, Air Conditioner. A very good experience overall. Many towels available, plenty of closet space in both rooms, cooking spices available, plates, cups, cutlery, and can openers. Bed wasn't a queen bed as requested and confirmed by booking, but smaller, too small and too firm, kept bumping into each other at night. Front door of building very hard to open. Notified owner but she said it was responsibility of building owner. Took us 2 minutes to open the last night.
