• Ulf (6/5): - Die Größe des Apartments. 6 Schlafzimmer zu haben. Die Klimaanlage auf dem Flur. Das Apartment war nicht sauber (das mini Sofa auf dem Flur war richtig dreckig, der Boden nicht richtig geputzt, Schimmel im Bad, die Küche nicht besonders sauber). Der Toaster hatte einen offenen gebrochenen Kabel. Die Ausstattung in der Küche sehr sparsam. Und kein Geschirrspüler.

• Xavier (10/5): - L'appartement était parfait très propre et bien climatisé. Se fait bien à bien à partir de la gare. Le quartier est très salle et donne pas une impression de sécurité.
• Richard (5/5): Not worth it considering the amount that I paid. Central aircon not working . Bathroom has no cleaning brush and no loc - It's spacious with ample rooms for big groups. Central air conditioning not working , although was provided with fan in each room. Toilets has no locks so there's no privacy. Too far from city centre.No toilet brushes in each toilet and toilet has no locks .
• Anonymous (10/5): Perfect Choice for a Mature Travelers’ Reunion - We are four retired friends from Germany who met in Rome for a week, and Domiziano Boutique Apartment exceeded our expectations. It’s very spacious, beautifully maintained, and filled with natural light. The location was peaceful yet perfectly connected to central Rome, with the metro just a short walk away. We appreciated the modern comfort, excellent Wi-Fi, and the ease of both check-in and getting around the city.
• Anonymous (10/5): American Couples’ Group Had a Fantastic Time - Our group of six from California stayed here and absolutely loved it. The apartment was recently renovated with a modern, functional style and spotless throughout. The bedrooms were quiet and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed relaxing in the sunny living room. Just a few metro stops from the Colosseum, the location was both convenient and peaceful. Getting in by car was straightforward, and the check-in was seamless.
• Anonymous (10/5): Scandinavian Family Loved It - We traveled from Stockholm with two families and found this apartment just perfect. The kids loved the open space and everyone had their own room and plenty of bathrooms. It’s modern, clean, and bright, with a beautiful wooden floor and comfy furniture. The metro line B made it super easy to get around and the area was calm but well-serviced. Having reliable Wi-Fi and a smooth check-in process made everything even better.
• Anonymous (10/5): Excellent Stay for Multigenerational Families - We visited from Chicago with our kids and their grandparents and Domiziano Boutique Apartment was ideal. The layout with six bedrooms and three bathrooms gave everyone privacy while the spacious living area and terrace were perfect for being together. The apartment was spotless, bright, and stylishly renovated. Check-in was very easy, the Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, and being just four metro stops from the Colosseum made sightseeing simple and fun for everyone.
• Anonymous (10/5): Great for a Friends Trip to Rome - We came from London as a group of friends in our 30s and had a brilliant stay. The apartment is spacious, super clean, and the modern décor made it feel like home. The kitchen and large terrace were great for hanging out. The location in EUR was peaceful but incredibly connected—metro and buses just minutes away and only a short ride to all the action. Fast Wi-Fi and easy check-in were a big plus too.
• Sk3_mkd (10/5): It is a nice apartment giving you the extra comfort with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. - The breakfast was not included but there is a store and a bakery each 3 to 5 mins away from the apartment. We were 2 families with 2 kids each and we had every thing that we needed in the apartment for little kids todlers and pre teen kid :)

• Swen (10/5): Spacious and Comfortable Stay Near Metro B! - My stay at Domiziano Boutique Apartment was fantastic! The apartment is huge, bright, and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect choice for large groups, two families, or friends traveling together. With six bedrooms, six beds, three bathrooms, and large common areas, there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The location is super convenient, right at the beginning of the Garbatella neighborhood, just a short walk from Metro B, which makes getting to the city center and major attractions quick and easy. Despite being well-connected, the apartment is quiet and peaceful, ensuring a great night’s rest after a day of sightseeing. The space is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very welcoming and always available for any questions or recommendations. If you’re looking for a spacious, well-located, and comfortable place to stay in Rome, Domiziano Boutique Apartment is a perfect choice. Highly recommended!

• Karol (1/5): Horror - Nothing Our stay at the apartment from December 12 to 15, 2024, was the worst experience of our lives, turning the preparations for our wedding into a true nightmare. The apartment was completely unheated throughout our stay, and the rental company tried to hide the issue and deceive us. From the moment we arrived, the apartment was freezing cold. We reported the lack of heating immediately, and we were told that the heating would turn on between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Unfortunately, the heating never worked. Instead, we were provided with just one portable heater and one fan heater, which were absolutely insufficient for a 240 m² apartment. On December 13, we got married, but the night before the ceremony was unbearable. Guests had to walk around the apartment wearing coats, scarves, and boots. The bride was so stressed by the situation that she had to consult a psychiatrist and take strong sedatives. On December 14 at 5:00 PM, we were given four additional fan heaters, but they worked for only 10 hours. By 2:40 AM on December 15, there was a complete power outage. We had no heating, electricity, or hot water. Guests were unable to shower before their flights, couldn’t charge their phones, and all food in the fridge spoiled. Additionally: The apartment was as cold as outside because the windows were completely drafty. The bathrooms were in terrible condition: one shower faucet was broken, the water pressure didn’t work, and the water alternated between freezing and boiling. In one bathroom, the toilet seat was detached and held by a single screw, and another bathroom had no working lights. Bedrooms and bathrooms had no door keys, causing discomfort and a lack of privacy. The apartment was entirely unprepared—there was no tea, coffee, oil, salt, or sugar. Some power outlets were detached, and the terrace and windows were covered in thick layers of dirt. After our stay, we requested a full refund of €1,117.83 (€937.83 + €180 city tax).
• Grafinyshka (8/5): Very good - This is the best apartment for the big company! It's very large, bright and comfortable! Everything was clean. And the apartment is located well. It's only 10 minutes slow wolk to metro station and about 5 minutes walk to good supermarket. The kitchen is perfect and has anything you need for cooking. There are an iron and enough hairdryers! We have a good stay in Rome! There was a little cold in the apartment. The heat was working a small time..
• Aleksandra (10/5): Exceptional - everything was wonderful. the apartment is huge, everyone in our group of 11 had space, the kitchen was well stocked, and 3 bathrooms are a great solution for such a number of people. the contact with the property was perfect, we received answers to every question, additionally we also received information about the strike which was very helpful and nice, not everyone would think of such information

• Rossana (4/5): A learning experience arriving Rome - The apartment super nice , It was super well distributed and comfortable , the beds and the rooms very nice , nice kitchen , we enjoyed the meeting room for our work , the apartment it self met our expectations When we arrived for a long trip we needed to leave the luggage’s because the apartment was not ready , the elevator was broken we didn’t know this because the door was with a pass code key , it’s an old building ,we were very tired of the trip , some of our clients in the group couldn’t carry heavy luggage , I had complains of everyone because we were a tour , we were all women , and had to pull the luggage’s through the stairs five floors , no one helped us , we call the staff and they said they didn’t know the elevator was broken , the cleaning maids were there and they knew the elevator was broken and the owner knew , two weeks prior our arrival we put the complain to the staff , it was not clear how they handle this , at the end of our stay The staff apologized and the concierge that was very nice helped us pulling down the luggage’s, we gave him a tip for his help , the elevator was never fixed when we were there 3 days , we left the apartment super clean they asked for a 300 euros deposit I am still waiting to be returned , it was a bad experience that could be prevented if they communicate the elevator was broken for next visitors , the apartment however was super nice and comfortable and the staff at the end were very supportive
• Alexandra (9/5): A very good place to stay, even for a large group, 6 comfortable rooms and 3 bathrooms at your dispossal to rest after l - The apartament is really large and spaceful and well equiped with everthing is needed. Little details that was noticed there (elevator not functional, electricity not working well in all rooms, one problem with a door, nothing significant for us). Only one important mention which was not known by us, smoking is not allowed neither on the terrace, so the people who smoke should go down (by stairs 4 floors) to smoke a cigarette. The good thing is that we found two nice bars near the apartament and we started our morning there :)

The location is ideal for exploring the heart of the city, with many attractions within walking distance. The spacious and well-appointed rooms are equipped with every comfort for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
