• jdiazalv (10/5): Una estancia perfecta - Apartamento muy completo en equipamiento, cómodo y luminoso. Muy céntrico, al lado de supermercados, farmacia, comercios y restaurantes. Se ajustó perfectamente a lo que buscaba. Excelente relación calidad-precio.

• Holger (4/5): Wenn man Blick auf den Atlantik hätte, vielleicht einen Balkon dann würde ich nichts sagen.Aber so ist das Preis Leistu - Nahe am Atlantik gelegene Wohnung in der 2. Etage , Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und verfügt über eine gute Ausstattung. Es ist doch recht laut, da es direkt in der Flugschneise liegt und ab 6.00 Uhr der Flugverkehr beginnt. Durch die Fenster kann man direkt in die Wohnungen auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite schauen und umgekehrt.Außerdem war das Bettzeug so extrem Parfümiert, selbst die Matratze hat so stark gerochen das es für mich nicht möglich war im Schlafzimmer zu übernachten.

Punto forte la vicinanza alle spiagge e al centro di el Médano. Un po' rumoroso ma normale essendo in una zona centrale del paese di el Médano

• Maciej (8/5): Good value for money, get the ear-plugs though! - The location is very good: close to Super Dino + one "supermarket" in the same block, two cafeterias VERY close (one actually just downstairs). 10 minutes walk to the remotest South Beach. Apartment was quite spacious. Clean. Good value for money. 1. Noise. The street noise + obnoxiousness of pedestrians was surreal. You cannot do much about it. Just sleep with ear-plugs. 2. This is a single-aspect apartment. In order to create air-flow it is necessary to open the main door to the stairwell, which is not what most of people would accept (since I was alone, I didn't mind). 3. No air-conditioning. The temperature outside was actually not so bad (mid September), but considering stuffiness, it was necessary to sleep with open windows (exposing to the noisy street...). Fortunately though, there was a small fan which helped greatly at night. 4. No capsule coffeemaker :o\ 5. No bathtub (just a shower).
