The location was excellent, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and all the facilities were great. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the apartment had everything we needed during our stay. • Evelin (8/5): Nice interior and good location - The apartment manager was very friendly & communicative. I had some water issues in the building and she always replied fast and wanted to find a solution. The apartment had everything that I needed for a longer stay. Was cozy and comfortable. Apartment is in a good location, close to the beach and restaurants/shops. Washing machine didn´t work properly, but hopefully it was fixed for the next guests.

• Krisztina (10/5): - This cozy apartment had everything I needed and the location so close (less than 1 minute walking) to the Playa de las Canteras couldn't have been better! Parque de Santa Catalina, bus station, was a 10 minutes walk, the Puerto even closer. I was in Las Palmas during the carnival and I especially loved the Mercado del Puerto, where they also had live music on Sundays besides the good food and atmosphere. I recommend to visit the old town, Vegueta and Triana, beautiful! Merche was so helpful with everything I needed, she immediately answered to my questions. Merche, I loved your apartment and if I had the chance, I would definitely go back! Muchas gracias por todo! ❤️

• Dagmara (9/5): - The location is pretty central to the beach, the flat was fully equipped, decent size bed. The host was very friendly and helpful. We have checked in 2h later as the flat wasn't ready, but the cleaning lades were super friendly.

• Georgios (9/5): Would recommend the flat and the area where it is located - The location was great and having gone to Las Canteras in the past it was easy to find. Santa Catalina bus station is near and your connection to the island. The shower drain needs to be fixed as the water backs up and showers have to be finished quickly not to flood the bathroom.
• Janis (9/5): Enjoyable stay in a comfortable apartment - Location just a minute away from the beach, countless food options and other establishments, all within a walking distance. Large and clean apartment with everything you need. In particular, loundry machine and ironing facilieties were important to us. Good comfort with two bathrooms and two bedrooms, a number of clean towels, enough for a week or more. What else do you need ? We had a very pleasant stay. few of the things are slowly getting old, might be considered to exchange by a newer ones- the iron, one of the ceiling lamps' bulb has served it's time, but that was so insignificant, that's its not even worth to reduce the rating.
