• Liza (10/5): A home away from home, prefect - The property is prefect. Spacious, well equipped and homely. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. The garden is secure which is a bonus when travelling with dogs. The location five minutes from the M1 is great if you want to go exploring. We will definitely be staying again. Nothing

They left us some things like fresh eggs, bubbles and sweets for our boys, toilet roll, soap - it just meant we didn't have to go straight to a shop when we arrived. Can't think of anything off the top of my head. Bit rough around the edges - but what house isn't? We LOVED it.
• Anne (10/5): Very comfy home away from home in a quiet yet convenient location. Very kind and responsive owners. - Superbly equipped kitchen, comfy lounge with smart TV, comfy beds too. Loved the ice and cold water feature on the fridge freezer! The owners provided fans which was an absolute godsend in the warm weather! We did find there weren’t quite enough plug sockets around the property, a few more extension leads in the bedrooms and living room would be really helpful.

• Adejuwon (10/5): Homey Haven: A Perfect Escape at Turner's Escape - We had a wonderful stay at Turner's Escape! The house was impeccably clean and comfortable, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and communicative. They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. There were plenty of board games to keep us entertained, and for the Harry Potter fans out there, they even have the books available. Our family had a great time relaxing and playing games together. If you're looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay, Turner's Escape is the perfect choice. We can't wait to return!

In a rental of this price and standard disappointed by complete lack of basic welcome pack such as cruet set more than one loo roll, tea towell, no kitchen bin, no bathroom bin no kitchen roll. One bed table lamp which did not work. Shame as host quickly and helpfully responded when I couldn't find WiFi code, maybe a basic welcome manual would help....cooker and freezer bit complicated.

Overall it was easy to get in after contacting the lovely owners of the home Other than the fact me and my friends couldn't find the boiler for the heating we had no complaints or problems with anything

Only problem we had- we had the master room with on suite toilet, toilet kept making a loud noise through the night, as if a tap had been put on in the property, so had interupted sleep, But dont let that put you off, beds were super comfy, and its a fab place.
