• Stephen (10/5): Excellent, would recommend - Location was great for the port and bus station. Very quiet despite being right on the front and felt very safe. Kitchen facilities and bathroom excellent. Staff very responsive. Communal lobby area onto street could be more welcoming.

• Athanassios (7/5): - Sehr schöne zentrale Lage und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und still voll eingerichtet. Wunderschöner Blick auf Meer. Leider war im Treppenhaus ein starker, unangenehmer Uringeruch. Als wir hereinkamen, befand sich eine obdachlose Frau im Flur, die bestialisch nach Fäkalien und Urin roch. Vermutlich verrichten dort Obdachlose auch ihr Geschäft, da die Eingangstür 24 Stunden offen war und jeder ungehindert ein und ausgehen konnte. Der Geruch zog sich bis in den ersten Stock, wo sich unsere Zimmer befanden. Es war mir so peinlich gegenũner meiner Frau. Bitte schließt die Eingangstür auch für die Sicherheit Eurer Kunden.

• Mihaela (3/5): Dezamăgitor - Foarte bine poziționat Cazarea nu e conform cu descrierea. Nu are vedere nicăieri(la oraș, ar fi trebuit). Balconul și fereastra poziționate înspre zidurile altor imobile, deasupra unui acoperiș plin cu aere condiționate și unui restaurant. Imposibil de deschis ușa balconului sau fereasta pentru a aerisi, din cauza zgomotului produs de aparatele de aer condiționat și mirosului de mâncare, care venea de la bucătăria terasei de dedesubt. Miros înțepător in apartament. Apa de la baie, chiuveta și dus, abia curgea, canapea murdară. Comunicare deficitara cu reprezentanții proprietății, la apeluri diferite, răspunzând alte persoane. A fost necesar să apelez la Booking pentru anularea rezervării și să caut o alta. Am fost condiționată de plata unei taxe de igienizare, pentru ca reprezentații proprietății sa accepte anularea, fara penalizare, deși nu am locuit în aceasta, ci doar am intrat în ea, am văzut despre ce e vorba, am luat legătura cu ei și am plecat. Mulțumesc, Booking, pentru sprijin și operativitate! Review pentru apartamentul Ela 4.
• Elpida (9/5): - Ωραίο κατάλυμα με όλες τις απαραίτητες παροχες. Το μπαλκόνι και ο διάδρομος της πολυκατοικίας δεν ήταν καθαρά.
• Ευαγγελία (9/5): - Πολύ καθαρό δωμάτιο σε πολύ βολικό σημείο ακριβώς απέναντι από το λιμάνι! Ομορφο κατάλυμα με ωραία θεα και ήσυχη διαμονή αλλά ενα αρνητικό ηταν η μυρωδιά απο τις γάτες στην είσοδο της πολυκατοικίας..Επισης δεν βρήκαμε μπρίκι για να ζεστανουμε το γάλα του παιδιού στην κουζίνα..

• Χριστίνα Φλω (3/5): - Ενώ εκλεισα δωμάτιο με θεα στην θάλασσα μου έκλεισαν ενα δωματιο που εβλεπε την πισω πλευρα που ηταν οτο χειρότερο εχω αντικρίσει. Το δωματιο ως διαρρύθμιση ηταν οκ με μια μικρη ντουλαπιτσα που ειχε μεσα σκεπασματα. Το καπακι της λεκάνη της τουαλέτας δεν ειχε καμία συναρμογή με την λεκάνη...προφανως αγοράστηκε απο κινέζικο κ τοποθετήθηκε τελευταία στιγμή η δεν ντουζιέρα το ενα ακουστικό βουλωμενο απο άλατα. Δεν ειχε πιστολάκι Στα θετικα ειναι η τοποθεσία και οτι το κρεβάτι ηταν αναπαυτικό. Κλαίω τα χρήματα μου

• Christos (4/5): Mangelhaft!!! - Kein Platz um seine Anziehsachen aufzuhängen. Kein richtiger Druck in der Wasserleitung zum duschen. Der Ausblick im Hinterhof war nicht so angenehm mit einem Geruch vom unteren laden , man konnte nicht das Fenster aufmachen!!

• Viktor Popovski (1/5): Very bad experience - Nothing DON'T TAKE APARTMENT NO 4!!! It is impossible to sleep there. The balcony view is a backyard full of garbage. But that is not the problem, there are more than 10 Air Conditioning industrial compressors. Some of them are broken making squeaking noises, quite loud. Contacting the managers of the apartment did not have any results. They said they need to talk to the owner??? And after that nothing. The first time i sat on the toilet everything failed apart. In the kitchen there is only warm water. In the bathroom faucet where you should wash your face had a hair line of water. The shower head is dirty, and also 20 % working simply unusable. There is no hair fun. No wardrobe. No Netflix as they say. I've already paid upfront for 10 nights, so i stayed there and survived somehow. Again

• Bernadette (8/5): Difficulté pour rentrer dans l'immeuble - La vue, le confort Il n'y a pas de digicode sur la rue pour rentrer dans le bâtiment et la porte était fermée. De plus à l'endroit ou il y aurait dû être le digicode il y avait l'affichage de deux appartements en location, mais pas du notre.... Nous avons passé beaucoup de temps au téléphone et c'était un dimanche après-midi, nous avons perdu plus d'une heure avant de rentrer dans l'immeuble...

• DINAH (3/5): V disapointing stay and support from mgmt company - Good bed , pillows great, big tv coffee machine Key pad on door was not working well and not opening the door . I had to call mhmt to help me get in twice . Very poor lighting outside apt making it impossible to see key pad. No views on apt 4 thought i had booked a sea view apt . Views were the air co units and extractor fans fron the restaurant sthat filled the apt with cooking fish smells .I asked to move apts but had no result and my call was not returned at first time then called again and recieved an unsatisfactory reply . Very little in kitchen eqip no bread knife , bottle opener , mugs for hot drinks . No sign on apt 4 the guy from the restaunt below showed me where it was . A sign appeared on my 2nd day . Water flow v poor in bathroom so v poor shower flow .

• Helen (9/5): Great location, very clean and modern. Perfect for our needs - Great location, apartment modern and clean with port views. Bed very comfortable . Would definitely use again . Only improvement would be to provide extra pillows, my partner prefers 2 pillows to sleep. Everything else perfect

• EFSTATHIOS (5/5): - Η πόλη. Η θέση του διαμερίσματος, ακάλυπτος.
• M (10/5): - Πολύ βολική τοποθεσία, κοντά σε κέντρο με θέα στο λιμάνι. Πολύ άνετα κρεβάτια και γενικά το δωμάτιο ήταν εξοπλισμένο με τα απαραίτητα έπιπλα και συσκευές. Ο χώρος τόσο του δωματίου όσο και του μπάνιου ήταν μεγάλος και άνετος. Όλα πολύ καθαρά. Πολύ ωραία διακοσμημένο δωμάτιο. Καλή σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής. Τα παρακάτω είναι λεπτομέρειες, γι' αυτό και η άριστη κριτική, ωστόσο είναι πράγματα που θα μπορούσαν να βελτιωθούν. Στις οδηγίες checkin αναφερόταν ότι το δωμάτιο απ' έξω μπορούσε να κλειδώσει με το πάτημα ενός τρίγωνου συμβόλου, το οποίο ωστόσο δεν μπορέσαμε να εντοπίσουμε στο keypad και θεωρήσαμε ότι κλειδώνει αυτόματα ούτως ή άλλως όπως μάλλον φαινόταν. Επίσης, ο κωδικός του wifi που μας δόθηκε δεν ήταν σωστός, και η τηλεόραση επίσης δεν ήταν συνδεδεμένη στο internet. Το κτίριο είχε μία οσμή η οποία είχε παρυσφρήσει αμυδρά και στο δωμάτιο, κάτι ωστόσο το οποίο δεν ήταν ανιχνεύσιμο, ούτε ενοχλητικό παρά μόνο όταν πρωτομπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο. Τέλος, αν και το δωμάτιο ήταν εξοπλισμένο με τα απαραίτητα σκεύη για να μαγειρέψει κανείς ένα γεύμα, δεν είχε τα απαραίτητα (αλάτι, λάδι) ούτε καν σε ατομικές μερίδες/φακελάκια.

• Paniori (10/5): Εξαιρετική!! - Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία με Υπέροχη θέα στο λιμάνι.. ο χώρος πολύ προσεγμένος.. και το ντουζ απίστευτο.. τόσο πολύ ζεστό νερό και πίεση...σαν να κάνεις χαμάμ!!! Δεν μου άρεσε που δεν κλειδώνει ο πόρτα κάτω της εισοδου

Even with the key the lock did not work properly and could not lock the door Apparment was renovated and nice, but the building is old and not well maintained
• Ioannis (5/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν τέλεια, στην παραλία στο κέντρο της πόλης με θέα τη θάλασσα και το λιμάνι. Οι οδηγίες δεν ήταν και τόσο κατατοπιστικές. Δεν υπήρχε ενημέρωση για τον όροφο και ψάχναμε όροφο όροφο να βρούμε το κατάλυμμα. Το wi-fi δεν ήταν αυτό που μας εστάλη σε μήνυμα ενώ αφού δοκιμάσαμε όλα τα παρόμοια (το διαμέρισμα ήταν το ELA5 και μας είχε σταλεί να συνδεθούμε στο 5 ενώ ήταν το 6) η σύνδεση ήταν πολύ αδύναμη και διακοπτόταν συνέχεια. Στην τουαλέτα υπήρχαν δύο μπουκαλάκια με σαμπουάν για τα μαλλιά και όχι για ντους. Ένα άλλο που δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω γιατί χρησιμοποιούν συρμάτινες κρεμάστρες και όχι ξύλινες. Οι κρεμάστρες ήταν όλες σαν σιγμα τελικό και δεν μπορούσαν να κρατήσουν ένα μπουφάν.
• EvangeliaR (7/5): - Βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλό σημείο, στην παραλία με τα τσιπουραδικα και πολύ κοντά σε ολα. Το δωμάτιο σχετικά άνετο, καθώς και το λουτρό. Ενώ το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο και σχετικά καθαρό και στα 2 διαμερίσματα που κλείσαμε μύριζε πολύ άσχημα το λουτρό από την αποχέτευση και οι λεκάνες είχαν κάτι σαν σκουριά που έκανε πολύ αρνητική εντύπωση. Επιπλέον υπήρχε πολλή φασαρία από τα μαγαζιά που υπήρχαν στο ισόγειο με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε να κοιμηθούμε. Τέλος ενώ από τις φωτός νομίζαμε ότι είναι κάποιο οργανωμένο συγκρότημα, τελικά τα δωμάτια βρισκονται στον 1ο όροφο μιας πολύ παλιάς πολυκατοικίας.
• Μάριος-Ιωάννης (7/5): Βολική και όμορφη τοποθεσία αλλά με αντιεπαγγελματική προσέγγιση απο τη διαχείριση. - Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική και δίπλα στον πεζόδρομο και την παραλία.Η θέα κάθε πρωί πολύ όμορφη.Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο και εξοπλισμένο με κουζίνα.Ακριβώς απέναντι υπάρχει πάρκινγκ 24ωρο επι πληρωμή. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται κρυμμένο πίσω απο ψαροταβέρνες χωρίς καμία ταμπέλα για να το εντοπίσεις.Αναγκαστήκαμε και τηλεφωνήσαμε για να μάθουμε πως τα δωμάτια βρίσκονται στον 1ο όροφο μιας πολυκατοικίας πίσω απο ταβέρνες.Ορισμένα βράδια ακούγεται έντονη βαβούρα απο κόσμο είτε απο τις ταβέρνες είτε απο το σωματείου του Ολυμπιακού Βόλου που βρίσκεται στην ίδια πολυκατοικία.Για να μπεις στο δωμάτιο και να σου στείλουν όλες τις οδηγίες πρέπει να πάει ακριβώς 15:00 κάτι που μας φάνηκε εντελώς αντιεπαγγελματικό δεδομένου ότι ταξιδεύουμε συχνά και μάλιστα αφού είμαι και εγώ ο ίδιος ιδιοκτήτης ξενοδοχείου.Τελος,θεωρώ υποχρεωτικό το να αλλαχθούν έστω οι πετσέτες και να πεταχτούν τα σκουπίδια έστω 1 φορα σε μια διαμονή 3 βραδιών,κάτι που δεν συναίβει στην περίπτωση μας.
• Μαρία (10/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν σε κεντρικό σημείο κοντά στο πάρκινγκ. Το δωμάτιο με ωραία θέα κ πεντακάθαρο.
• Σταυρουλα (5/5): - Η τοποθεσία! Ήταν μικρός χώρος για τέσσερα άτομα. Με έλλειψη αναγκαίου εξοπλισμού για την άνετη διαμονή

• ΑΡΧΟΝΤΙΑ (9/5): - Ήταν πολύ καθαρό το διαμέρισμα, με όλες τις ανέσεις… στο κέντρο της πόλης!!! Πολύ φιλόξενοι οικοδεσπότες, πολύ πρόθυμοι να μας βοηθήσουν σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε!!!

• Stefanos (10/5): Εξαιρετική διαμονή - Ήταν όλα καθαρά και περιποίημενα. Ωραία θέα στο λιμάνι. Καλό στρώμα και άνετο ντουζ Πολύ μικρή σημασία αλλά επειδή ήταν όλα άψογα θα πω μια λεπτομέρεια. Οι Μεταλλικές κρεμάστρες ήταν στα μείον. Ένα ακόμα επίσης. Το φως διαφυγής άναβε όλο το βράδυ και ενοχλούσε. Ξέρω ότι αυτά τα φώτα ανάβουν όταν πέσει το ρεύμα Μπορεί όμως και να κάνω και λάθος

• Ioanna maria (9/5): - Μας αρεσε πολυ που βρισκόταν στο κέντρο του Βόλου και το δικό μας δωμάτιο έβλεπε το λιμάνι. Γενικά καλό δωμάτιο, νεόδμητο με ωραια αισθητική! Δεν μας αρεσε το οτι βρίσκεται σε πολυσυχναστη πολυκατοικία,με ιατρεία, σύνδεσμο ομάδας κτλ . Δεν αισθανομασταν ασφάλεια καθως έμπαινε πάρα πολύς κόσμος καθημερινά στην πολυκατοικία και η πορτα κάτω ηταν ανοιχτή.
• Sara (8/5): We’d stay here again for a night before catching the ferry ( couldn’t be any closer! ) - The location opposite the ferry port was really convenient with restaurants and coffee shops within a few seconds walk. Very close to the shops too. The bed was comfortable, water always hot, great shower and the apartment was clean. We really liked that they’d left enough coffee, sugar and water for a couple of cups each on the first day. It would have helped if there’d been a rack or hooks for towels. 2 hooks for 4 towels and nowhere to hang them on the balcony meant they were always damp or wet ( we stayed for 3 nights ). The stairs up to the apartment were dirty and smelt awful ( possibly because cats nipped in as the front door was sometimes left open ).
• Nikos (8/5): - Στο λιμάνι κοντά για συγκοινωνία Η πόρτα της οικοδομής είσοδος ανοικτή μόνιμα όποιος νανε εμπεναι οι μυρωδιές στην είσοδο από τα μαγαζιά της ψαροταβερνες.Το ψυγείο όλο το βράδυ από τον θόρυβο δεν μας άφησε να κοιμηθούμε.

• Dimitris (8/5): - Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική. Το δωμάτιο πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο με θέα στο λιμάνι! Στο δωμάτιο υπήρχαν κράκερ και ατομικά κουτάκια μαρμελάδας. Θα περίμενα να υπήρχε έστω ένα μπουκάλι νερό και κάψουλες καφέ.

• Claudia (7/5): - Lage direkt am Meer und gleich im Zentrum. Schönes Zimmer. Für einen Aufenthalt von 1 Woche ist etwas wenig Platz zum Verstauen von Kleidung. Keine Möglichkeit nasse Duschtücher aufzuhängen und trocknen, daher wäre eine doppelte Ausstattung wünschenswert. Ein Akku Staubsauger wäre auch hilfreich und würde nicht viel Platz benötigen.

• Sebastian (5/5): Geht sl - Das Zimmer ist schön modern und gut gestaltet. Das Bad ist auch schön. Die Ausstattung der Küche war mangelhaft. Es gab lediglich 1 Topf. 3 Teller und Schüsseln. Wir hatten das Apartment geholt um selbst zu kochen. Mit der Ausstattung definitiv nicht möglich. Auch war kein Salz oder Pfeffer da. Ich erwarte, wenn es heißt es gibt eine ausgestattete Küche das man zumindest einfache Gerichte kochen könnte. Auch gab es keinen Tisch. Die Laken waren teilweise fleckig und nicht sauber. Im Bad wurden 1,5 Rollen Klopapier für 4 Tage gelassen. Die volle Rolle sah aber aus als wäre Sie in Wasser gefallen und war komplett dreckig.
