• Thomas (6/5): Nothing too bad but we were disappointed - The staff was friendly and the pods seem well maintained. We did not have a great experience here. We were required to install an app to be able to enter our room and (for example) use the lights. When we couldn’t install the app (App Store phone region was not Indonesia, changing would mean losing data in other apps), we had to go to reception every time to have them open the door or light the room. The two person rooms were also very cold, sheets thin (and too small for two people) and temperature couldn’t really be changed. Lastly, the sheets in both separate rooms we used had stains. Nothing outrageous, but we were a little disappointed.

• yuya (9/5): - ・きれいで快適なカプセル。 ・灼熱の東南アジアの中、快適に過ごす事が可能。 ・ロッカーにタオルや歯ブラシが置いてある。500の水は枕元にあるのに。2回目の利用にして気付いた。 ・空港直結の駅に近い。チェックアウト後荷物を置いて観光し、荷物をピックアップするのに便利。受け付けにもトイレとコンセントと椅子があるのも良い。 ・フロントは若者の男女だけどみんな愛想が良かった。 ・お湯が出るのに時間がかかる。出ないと思って諦めるぐらいレベル。 ・エアコンはきつめ。毛布はあるけどヒートテックを着て寝ないと寒いレベル ・カプセルホテルなので、同じ部屋の人のマナーに左右される。（それが嫌な人はホテルに止まるべき） 個人的に気に入ったので、滞在中2回宿泊した。

• yuya (8/5): - ・空港から乗り換えなしで来れるSudirman Baru駅からかなり近い。駅は西側の出口を出ると良い。 ・近くにコンビニあり。屋台もいくつかあり、ナシゴレンを食べられる屋台もある。 ・チェックイン時のデポジットあり。現金のみ。現金がない伝えたらパスポートでもいけた。 ・部屋はエアコンがきいてて涼しい。ただしカプセル内はエアコンが弱く、入口は開けておかないとしばらくは少し暑い。 ・フロントは親切な印象を受けた。 ・部屋とカプセルそれぞれロックあるのでセキュリティは信用できそう。 ・ウォーターサーバー（お湯のみ、水は出ない）がある。朝には空になってたようで早いもの勝ち。 ・建物の西側から建物南の通りに向かうと入口がある。 ・シャワーは弱いしお湯はぬるい。期待してはダメ。 ・私のベッドだけだったかもだが寝返りを打つとギシギシうるさい。 ・値段はカプセルホテルにしては少し高いかも。2000円程度。 ・カプセルホテルなので近くの人のマナーに左右される。運は必要。

• Nata (4/5): - 1) Good location. 2) Good variant for a short trip to Jakarta city. 1) There was no notice provided online or at the front desk to confirm the deposit requirement before check-in. 2) Although payment was made in advance, the front desk staff still insisted on a deposit at check-in. 3) I requested that the deposit requirement be clearly displayed on the website or near the front desk; however, upon leaving the hotel, I did not notice any such notice had been added. 4) The withdrawn funds were not returned, and I had to mention contacting the police to assist in resolving the matter. 5) Check-in was completed without a deposit, which I appreciate. However, as feedback, I guess, the room was not cleaned on November 18, 2025, dust bins were not emptied, and toilet paper was not provided. 6) One of the other guests had already mentioned the issue of no hot water.

Besides what many people have mentioned such as the socket, the capsule not being sound proof, the sheet and pillow case are stained. I talked to the cleaning staff but he told me they cleaned it but the stain won’t wash off so it is what it is…

• Filippov (8/5): - Понравилось месторасположение, до стадиона 1 час ногами, в центре города, рядом был магазин 24/7 старбакс, персонал очень вежливый и дружелюбный, готовы всегда помочь, в хостеле есть задний дворик с настольными играми, управление номером через приложение (открыть дверь, включить свет, поменять цвет подсветки, есть еще управление кондиционером но это уже к минусам отнесу) В какой-то момент приложение перестало работать и поэтому зайти в комнату нельзя, но персонал помог открыть дверь. В приложении есть функция управления кондиционером (вкл/выкл., увеличить уменьшить поток) и эта функция по сути фейковая, т.к. он не выключает и не уменьшает, поэтому в комнате было холодно. Надо было ручками закрыть решетки кондера, и все равно прохладно было, но под одеялом ночью вроде норм. Постельное белье тоже не супер свежее, были пятна на простыни. В целом это все минусы которые я заметил, в остальном все гуд для ночлежки на пару дней

• chamrubyjane (9/5): - Location wise is very good. Near the public transport and 1 station away to plaza indo / Grand Indonesia. Lots of eatery nearby too. Indo maret is few minute walk. Staff is very helpful. Suddenly one morning no water supply and theres no action informed by the staff, managed to shower using the toilet hose but took time and the towel are small.

When I told the lady in the reception about this during checkout, she literally couldn’t care less 🤣 either she didn’t understand or just didn’t care since I was already checking out.

Compared to the last time I stayed here, they improved pest control and no more mosquitoes. Secure pods and comfortable. Inside the pod there were still some dirty/dusty areas.on the side, they should be cleaned more thoroughly.

• Thomas (4/5): Smart hotel that took it too far and ended up missing the point. Would not recommend. - Location Fully automated “smart” hotel, which in the end made everything much more difficult. Needed to download their own app which was not even available on the App Store. Had to ask staff to open the door of the room every single time, have them turn off the lights or change the AC.

Initially just wanted a shower, but what with the price of the stay was really good. I decided to sleep/lie down for a few hours. The clean towels were all used. So just a shower option was not available. My first time in a capsule too. Felt claustrophobic like in a coffin, So it was rather daunting turning the lights off and to sleep. Lol. So maybe have a dim light option for travellers with this phobia.

Beds are pod type, so mattresses I find are usually on the thin side, but ok. Lockers a good size. Lots of street food and shopping malls near by. The showers are rubbish - only cold water and pressure is almost nonexistent 😒 Only the poor showers. Everything very good.

I will definitely return if there's a chance! - everything was great! i love that it was easy to find and very near an MRT station, plus there's Alfamart nearby and so many street food vendors around. It was overall a really good introduction towards Jakarta for me. Just one thing - the shower's water pressure was wayyyyy too low and there was no heater available. It wasn't a problem for night showers, but for morning showers it wasn't ideal.

Our double room functioned entirely with the use of an app. We tried to install the app on 3 different phones, but this did not work. This meant we needed a staff member with the app every time we wanted to open our room, turn on/off our lights and adjust our AC. This was very annoying and totally unnecessary.

And remember to bring the cable with USB head to be able to charge yout phone in the - The location is super convenient, it stays right in the central of Jakarta, near bus and mrt stations, malls, convenient store,… and near the station for the airport mrt line too. Nice staff and the location is quite and safe. The temperature inside the capsule is quite cold, but I solved it by asking the staff to raise up the temperature of the main AC and I cover some ventilation fans in my capsule with a paper and urgos :)))
