• wei (9/5): Excellents séjours à Tokyo - Très bien situé, 3 minutes à pied du métro / supermarché /7-11 / pharmacie, plein de petites restaurants dans le coin . L’appartement est très propre et grand, avec une terrasse qui a la vue de la tour Tokyo skytree, la cuisine est bien équipée, les lits sont confortables. Les personnels ont répondu mes questions très rapidement . Il y a une petite fenêtre dans chaque chambre qui n’a pas de rideau ni volet, c’est un peu gênant le matin. On est réveillé par la lumière à 5h du matin.

• Ross (9/5): Great place to base yourself in Tokyo with friends - Location right next to Nezu train station, large living area and comfortable beds. Close to supermarket, pharmacy, 7 eleven, wine bar and lots of restaurants. Short walk to Ueno park and zoo. Washing/ drying machine and 2 toilets. Good communication by the owner The stairs to the bedrooms below the living area are steep and the hot water system. It worked but took about 2 to 3 minutes to heat up.

• Michael (10/5): Very spacious and comfortable apartment for exploring Tokyo. - Amazing property. Unbelievable location and very helpful management team. They are responsive and friendly. The apartment is spacious, clean and well-equipped. I would love to stay here again. Everything was excellent.

• Yihuei (9/5): 住宿經驗很好 ，附近有7-eleven，超市，居酒屋等，千代田根津站就在附近，非常理想 - 住宿地點很方便，清潔舒適，適合大家庭或多個小家庭出遊住宿選擇 有點小可惜，Netflix 登入帳號後似乎無法觀看，其他影音如Disney 都正常，電視是投影的，晚上觀看效果不錯 ，白天因為客廳窗簾透光度高，會干擾畫質。

• Brandon (10/5): Great location for families. - This 2 level apartment was spacious and located so close to Nezu station that getting around was really easy. We were a family of 7 with 4 adults and 3 kids and it suited us really well. Supermarket around the corner, great local restaurants, 15 minutes walk to Uneo Park and all the cultural treasures. The host Momoko was kind and attentive and the check in information was very easy to use. We would definitely stay again if we are back in Tokyo. There were no problems, all clean and well presented.

• Summer (10/5): Great space for a large group to sleep. - The space was great! There was plenty of room for our family and it was very clean. The pillows were too firm for our liking. Traveling with a toddler we were worried about him playing/ being too loud and the down stairs neighbors calling the cops due to all the signage.

• mohamed (10/5): On adore Love Tokyo ! - L'appartement est vaste, sur deux étages, avec une grande terrasse, des balcons pour chaque chambre, les pièces sont spacieuses, très propres, confortables. Il y a tout l'équipement nécessaire. L'emplacement est idéal, le voisinage calme, il y a toutes les commodités à côté, notamment la station de métro Nezu, très pratique pour se déplacer dans tout Tokyo. • Benjamin (10/5): Modern, spacious apartment in a great location. - Great location, a stone’s throw from Nezu Station and right in the thick of many restaurants and konbinis. Easy walk to Ueno. Ridiculously spacious for inner Tokyo. Hard to find a fault. Perhaps some more effort could be made with the blackout curtains? One window in my bedroom had no curtains at all and the early morning sunshine woke me up earlier than I wished.

Centrally located, very comfortable rooms and beds, a nice big terrace to enjoy the Tokyo weather with beautiful views of the city and Skytree. It was the perfect place for us.

Good location next to the station with some nice places to eat within walking distance Stairs going to bedrooms are small. Wasn’t an issue with us but anyone with walking issues or who struggles with normal stairs would find this a challenge

• Katerina (9/5): Superb - The apartment is spacious as you can see it on pictures. Amazing terrace with a view to the tower and the city. The locations is amazing (for Tokyo), we very often just walk in the morning and come back by public transport in the evening. We had really nice time staying there. Did not have problem with the night "quiet" request as we are properly behave. Just be aware that Tokyo is a noisy city, we used earplugs in every city in Japan were we stay in. Just note as some europeans may find it problematic.
• Bernat (8/5): Good if you are silent - The place itself is nice, as announced. The location is also great. There was just one problem... Looks like there is a serious issue with the neighbours and there are a lot of menaces and warnings about avoiding noise. Going with little kids, it was impossible to relax and we barely used the lower floor out of fear the police might be called and a huge fine applied. Surprisingly, one night some noisy neighbours woke us up instead.

• Kelly (9/5): Spacious apartment, good location, minor communication issues with the host - The apartment is very spacious for being in central Tokyo. It is well-equipped and clean, and our group was very comfortable there. The terrace has a great view too. Just a note for others - it is a 2 story apartment, with steep stairs we didn't feel comfortable carrying luggage down, but there was enough space upstairs to lay out our bags as needed. We also liked the residential neighborhood, which gave us a different experience than our previous stays in Tokyo. It was a quiet area and Nezu station is right there. There is also a supermarket right at the corner and a 7-11 very close too. On the day of check-in, my friend arrived before me and tried to contact the host via the WhatsApp number provided, but he didn't get a response until over a day later. Thankfully he ended up being able to access the apartment via the code provided, but if he'd had an issue it could've been a problem. I also requested extra towels ahead of our stay, but I think the host missed that request somehow as we did not receive them. We decided to make do without them. The host messaged asking us to confirm we'd been able to access the apartment, but never asked if everything was okay with the apartment or if we had any questions. Meanwhile, they sent follow-up messages repeating the policies and rules of the apartment (especially the quiet rules for the 9th floor, as other residents must've complained before about previous guests). Nothing significantly impacted our stay, but it left me feeling that the host could've been a little friendlier and more responsive.

• Daniel (8/5): Great place with lots of room for multiple people and a great neighbourhood - Lots of space and privacy for guests. Great outdoor terrace. Great neighbourhood. Close to train station. The instructions for finding the property and getting your key were not clear. Should update photos with arrows and simpler clear instructions.
• Jozhua (10/5): Exceptional - Large apartment, perfect for a group of travellers and well equipped. Located very close to Nezu station and fairly close to Ueno park. Great view from the terrace.
• Jacob (9/5): Fantastic for groups that are casual and not filled with rowdy individuals or even boys who can be a little goofy someti - The space was perfect. The location is perfect. Everything about the space was really good The dryer somehow got switched into a tumble dry only mode and we weren’t able to figure it out to fully dry our clothes. Thankfully there is a coin laundry nearby. Another downside was being deathfully afraid of making noise and being scared we were going to make too much noise for the 8th floor Neighbors. The 300,000 fine and immediate eviction of what seems like a vendetta they may have against people who stay at this location is quite off putting and didn’t allow us to relax on the location. The 9th floor felt very sturdy so we were surprised it was making at noise at all for the neighbors.
• Vdinn (9/5): good place for a family - the place was spacious and clean. there is a large balcony to relax. due to complaints made against previous travellers, there is a noise restriction on the bottom floor after a certain time.

• Michele (9/5): Spacious! - The apartment is clean and tidy. The host Momoko quickly responded when we need anything. The view from the verandah was amazing. A great view of Tokyo skytree. The projector TV was a great touch and the massive couch was awesome. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. We were a family of 4 and had no problem settling in. There are loads of great eating out places within walking distance and having the massive park Ueno within 10mins walk was awesome. If I was to choose one thing, the internet can be a bit hit and miss on 9F (bedroom areas).
• Dan (8/5): Fantastic location (2 minute walk to Nezu station), with a huge projector TV! - Excellent location! It is less than 2 minute walk to Nezu station. The beds are comfy, and the unit is very spacious. Full size fridge and nicely outfitted kitchen. The TV is awesome with the oversized wall screen and projector. The view of the city is wonderful from the terrace. The A/C works good (once you figure out the remote). The building was doing maintenance while we were there. Nothing the property owner could do except inform us. But it was a pain to walk up 10 flights of stairs with groceries when the elevator was down for maintenance. There is no closet space, and no hooks where you'd expect them (such as for towels when taking a shower).

• Rob (10/5): A fantastic end of our Japan journey. Great place to explore the city - Fantastic appartement. We where there with 4 people, two adults and two teenagers. Way to big of course, but very comfortable and clean. Good responsive communication with the owner/landlord. Great thing is also that it is fully stocked. Enough towels, enough plastic bags, enough toilet paper, enough soap, etc. Etc.. No “penny saving” anywhere which ads to the comfort level very much. I would definitely book again if we every visit Tokyo again. Connection and facilities: It is maybe 50 meters from Nezu underground station. Line 26 bus is at 35 meters, Supermarket at 25 meters, 7-11 at 100 meters and a great small (hole in the wall) sushi takeaway just across the supermarket. Nothing, really good.
