- Venkata (2/5): Very poor - I didn't like anything Sink was not draining Sink drain pipe was leaking Hotel said they would fix it , later they told us that we didn't leave the key, that is a big BS. Don't they have master key? When confronted they were ready to change the room knowing we were leaving next day early morning.

No Towels provided, repeated requests were turned down blindly As per the hotel staff they were out of stock for linen No drinking water provided ( We have to buy drinking water) Lot of mosquitoes House keeping staff are lazy . They don't clean the room even after requesting them to do so. Overall terrible experience Never recommend anyone to stay there Facilities are worse than Local lodges . This is no way a 3 star hotel.

- Manesha (8/5): Nice hotel to stay near ststion - I was there with my family on 24th to 27th of march. The hotel was clean. Staff was very cooperative. Very good hotel to stay with family. Very near to station and market. The feasibility is very good for outing.

I kept the room door open for sometime. then it cleared. hotel should keep the door open after guest check out to clear the stench.

- Luis (3/5): Valuable only for one stopover night. Don't ever come here if you are looking for comfort and relax! - I had to insist several times to have barely clean sheets. The staff is seriously deficient in English. The surrounding area and the environment inside the hotel is terribly noisy. This is definitely not a hotel for couples or for family.
