Le logement est tout simplement magnifique, avec de belles installations, décoré avec goût. Petit bémol qui n'a rien à voir avec l'appartement, est la difficulté de trouver un parking à Florence.

• Francesco (6/5): Nice location, Poor service, and unacceptable rudeness - Fantastic location in the city center 2nd Floor of an old building (~4.5m each floor), high and irregular steps, no elevator. Extremely poor and unfriendly service, refused to speak directly or answer a call and just answer at their time with whatsapp. Room was not ready at check-in time (15.00), had to wait 20 min more than guaranteed.

• Musa (9/5): It is not the best but quite ok. - Location was super.In the hearth of the Firenze. The apartment was a luxury apartment. HIGH seeling,clean and quite big.And warm There are some restaurants and bars on the street.They are always noisy. In the middle of the night you can hear their voice. The owner of the apartment even left a couple of earplugs on the table. The person who answered our phone call for the checkin was rude.

• Jekaterina (9/5): Perfect - The apartment is very well located — central, yet in a quiet area, close to shops and the train station. It was freshly renovated, with high-quality furniture and a modern, stylish design. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay: dishes, microwave, dryer, coffee-making facilities, dishwasher and many other useful amenities. There were TVs with Netflix in both rooms, and the bathroom was very spacious and modern. The sound insulation was excellent — we could hardly hear anything from outside. Communication with the owner was clear and quick, and everything was well organized — finding the key and the apartment was very easy. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment and would definitely recommend it. Could be washing machine, but for short stay is ok.

• Fernandes Eloy da Costa França (9/5): excelente localização, ótimo custo-benefício e apartamento muito agradável em Florença - Apartamento muito bem decorado e confortável, ao lado das principais atrações e à uma distancia a pé da principal estação de trem de Florença, além da presença de cafés, pequenos supermercados, farmácias e lavanderia nas proximidades Poderia ter mais mais artigos de cozinha no apartamento, além de uma cafeteira estilo mocha italiana. Pela manhã e nos finais de semana a rua da acomodação é um pouco barulhenta.

• Eren (10/5): - Very modern and clean. Beautiful design. After staying at “authentic” Italian apartments, it was such a relief to stay somewhere modern with new furnitures. Loved the kitchen and the bathroom. Overall great experience The check out time is too early. We are on vacation, we don’t want to wake up at 9.

• Maria (9/5): Genial, a un paso de todo lo importante 😉 - La ubicación es excelente, 5 min a pie del tranvía que viene del aeropuerto y a 5 minutos de la plaza del Duomo. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y todo en en muy buen estado. La única pega que por la noche se oían las voces gritando por la calle, algo que nos extrañó ya que la zona era tranquila.

Nel pieno centro storico di Firenze, a pochi minuti da palazzo Strozzi e dai più noti siti turistici. Bello l'appartamento, ben pulito e arredato con gusto e originalità, dotato di angolo cottura dà la possibilità di consumare i pasti senza necessariamente recarsi al ristorante nulla da segnalare, ha soddisfatto in pieno le aspettative
• Evangelos (9/5): Excellent place, would stay again if in Florence. - Very central location of the property. The apartment was very nice. Coffee shops were within 1-2 minutes for good breakfast. Online payment for city tax could be implemented. A bit noisy, if you are very sensitive at sleep.
• Marie-Pier (10/5): Je recommande ce logement sans hésiter! - Emplacement exceptionnel, près de tout pour visiter à pied! Près de la gare, du supermarché, des restaurants, etc. Le logement est même un peu plus grand que sur les photos. C'est propre et bien équipé, la salle de bain est spacieuse et le lit très confortable. Nous avons tout aimé! Nous reviendrions sans hésiter. Tout était parfait! Il faut seulement savoir que l'équipement de cuisine se cache dans le meuble de télé! ;)

Nous avons contacté l'hôte qui nous a amené une prise anti moustique, mais ce n'est pas assez pour 2 pièces avec un plafond très élevé...
• LEE (10/5): Fantastic modern, luxurious one bed apartment just off city centre. - Finished to a very high standard all round. Lovely open plan modern kitchen, diner and lounge. Kitchen equipped with everything you could need. Great bedroom and bathroom. High ceilings showing off original features. Great air conditioning system. Could not fault. Can't wait to stay here again. A really nice and inexpensive cafe next door which was great for breakfast. A very good wine bar across the street for the evening. Apartment in great city centre location. Not too busy or noisy. 10 minute walk from main train station. No lift. Apartment on 3rd floor.

• Ana (6/5): Estadia boa para quem malas de mão. - Muito bem localizada, apto bem cuidado, banheiro grande e confortável. Está no 2 andar, com muitas escadas. Complicado para subir e descer com as malas. Predio bem antigo e a entrada e as escadas bem sujas. Anfitrião nada atencioso . Telefonamos e não atendeu e não atendeu as mensagens prontamente. Chegamos à noite e não tinha nem uma garrafa de água na geladeira. Ao fazer o check out , não tem lugar para deixar as malas e o anfitrião nos indicou um storage 15 minutos a pé mas com mala fica longe. Acabamos pegando um táxi e vimos que não existia.

• Nikos (9/5): Nice and elegant apartment - Everything was good, the apartment was nice and clean. I also liked the little decoration details. There are some small things that are broken. The apartment has two clocks, neither was working. The leather armchair was not clean, a dark stain was very prominent. One of the windows was out of order and we could not open it.
• Szidónia (9/5): Superb - Everything was as in the descriptions. Stylish apartment in the heart of the city. Every attraction was within 5 minutes walking. Some basic things like salt and oil would be helpful. The noise cancelation is not so good, but we were able to sleep:)

The apartment is updated in modern design, spotless, high quality supplies with everything you need Booking.com list check-in time is 2pm. When we arrive, we were told check-in at 3pm.
• Yu (2/5): No hot water after a 20-minute shower but cozy design - The interior design is great and the room looks cozy We have two people in the room. When we tried to shower for 20 minutes it was okay but after that we only have cold water. We need to wait for at least 2 hours for it to reheat up. We talked to the staff and asked them to check about it but still no improvement.
• Gail (8/5): Disappointed with Florence - The apartment was spacious and very clean. It was in a good location so we could walk to all of the places of interest. The apartment is warm if you use the inverters - great as we were there in January. Once found, in the cupboard beneath the television, there are plenty of saucepans and nice tableware. The bathroom was lovely and the shower worked well. There is a supermarket nearby and lots of places to eat. The shutters couldn't be opened on one window as the window was broken, this made the apartment dark. Please leave a tea towel. The street cleaners arrive outside at 06:00 every morning. Anyone visiting Florence be warned - we are seasoned travellers and my handbag was stolen within 10 minutes of arrival in the city!
• Montserrat (9/5): Modern and opulent studio with office kitchennette - The beautiful modern decoration makes you imagine a whole life in Florence even if you only count with a few days. Good insulation on the windows. Perfect location, great value for money in the heart of Florence. The electricity plugs jump off if you use the kettle and anything else at same time, you need to manage the order of using appliances (even the heating).

Unfortunately, the apartment was filthy (full of dog hairs everywhere including the bed linen and bathroom floor) and we had to sleep the first night in this situation. The host cleaned the apartment on the second day after complaint.

Central location and not in the busier parts of town. Less than 10 minute walk to the Duomo, about 10-15 from the train station. Easy to walk everywhere. Great interaction with host. Everything was great.

• Helen (10/5): Designer apartment in beautiful Florence! - This is a very well positioned property in the centre of Florence and close to the SMV train station. Such a breath of fresh air walking into such a beautiful, well presented and designed apartment which was clearly furnished and decorated by some people with great taste. We loved it. One night was just not enough!! The stairs up to the second floor with luggage but we knew that before we booked! It’s Italy after all!! Just pack light!😂 However once you get the the oasis of the apartment it’s all worth it!!

The appartment was clean and spacious. The host was responsive and nice The fact that dogs were allowed was a great plus ! The check in time was a bit late (2pm, and non negotiable. However, we were able to store our luggage a bit earlier in the appartment, but had to wait in the city before checking in). The appartment is well equipped, but an oven would have been perfect

This charming abode proved perfect for our family of four, including our 18-year-old caught in that awkward stage. The location was spot-on, placing us in the heart of our tours, visits to the park, the Doumo, and shopping, not to mention being close to the train station. The apartment was impeccably clean with impressive quality, craftsmanship, and stylish decor. Both rooms had air conditioning, and the bed and sofa bed were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, and the highlight was the fabulous shower. The kitchen lacked a traditional cooker but had a combi microwave, though we preferred dining out at the delightful restaurants. Finally, let me rave about Renae, our remarkable concierge. Her lightning-fast responses, helpful suggestions, and assistance with restaurant bookings—including adjusting a reservation due to our early arrival—made her truly outstanding. Bravo to the Dolcevita Boutique apartment for an unforgettable stay!
