The room was brilliant, spotless clean, very modern and comfortable with a great bathroom and 5 star amenities in room. Restaurant closes early and menu only in Chineese and we had no idea what we were ordering. Staff helped best they could with phone translate but a menu in English would be good especially when they advertise as am airport layover hotel with international customers.

• Cristian (10/5): Great stay, not far from the airport. - The location was great for us, close to the sport venue. Although the staff don't speak much English, we've managed to communicate pretty well, sometimes using the translation apps. Big thank you for the reception staff in particular. Both, morning and evening shift. They were the best! The room was nice and clean. The airport shuttle was another bonus. A mini-fridge would have been nice to have in the room. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Vi blev virkelig behandlet fantastisk. Det var rart at man selv kunne vaske tøj og tørre det - der var også sæbe. Tøjet blev virkelig rent. Lufthavnservice virkede perfekt. Jeg har rejst rigtig meget rundt i verden og forventede ikke meget, da hotellet var relativt billigt - det var så langt over min forventning. Det var virkelig lækkert at få lidt gammeldags god service. (roomservice bliver bragt op med robot, og virker fint) Husk at bestille/oplyse du skal have ikke ryger værelse, hvis du ikke ryger. Nogle etager er for ikke rygere. Husk en oversætter App.

• Chun (7/5): Very nice and helpful staff, but facilities need improvement - The staff were very, very helpful, and very nice. Our electronic devices were able to connect to the hotel's free wifi. But most of the time our devices said "connected with limited service" or "connected, no internet service". Only very occasionally we were able to use the internet for a short while. The problem was definitely not due to our devices, because the mobile phones of mine, my partner's, and our tablets, all 4 devices, of different types and brands, could not use the internet. We ended up using our own global roaming instead of the hotel's free wifi. The front desk staff tried her best to help, by showing me how her own mobile phone wifi settings were done exactly the same way and was able to use the internet. But that didn't work for me. The hotel must get technical people to sort this problem out. Another thing I didn't like is that the shower heads, both the handheld one and the overhead one, were old and cloggy. Also, the design of the tap was bad. When you turn the tap, it has to go through the process "weak and cold... moderate and cold...stronger and warm...very strong and very hot". That means if the hotel guest want to start showering with "moderate and warm", or if you want to shower with water "strong and warm", it is impossible by design.
