• George (9/5): Great value. Nice place to stay. - The location was terrific. Two blocks from the train station and a 18 minute walk to the ferry. The apartment was big enough for four people to be comfortable. Shower was good. Appreciated the washing machine. Air conditioning made sleep comfortable but you had to leave bedroom doors open to aid air circulatiom. The beds were very firm. We like softer beds.
• Alina (10/5): Overall, the apartment exceeded my expectations, there are so many small useful details and the hos - The location is perfect to explore Cinque Terre and also not far from the beautiful promenade and center of La Spezia. The apartment is spacious, very clean, comfortable beds, it has 2 very cozy balconies, I liked that in bathroom and kitchen you can find almost everything you need for your holiday, like, for example in the kitchen there will be cooking oil, salt, tea/coffee, towels and many other small details. It didn't bother us, but the apartment is located on the 4th floor with no lift. And also I would suggest to add more plates and tea cups.

• Emily (10/5): Great stay! We loved it. - It was a great location & the balconies were so beautiful! It was clean and comfortable with plenty of needed amenities. Highly recommend this stay for a Cinque Terre trip. The owner was very kind! It was a slight hike upstairs to get up to it with suitcases and the pillows were a bit hard.

• Dee (10/5): Stephy Is A Great Host - Stephy is a great host and met us at the property and helped us get familiar with our location. We used this property as a base to visit Cinque Terre (which we did in one day)
• Remon (10/5): Best place in La Spezia - The place itself is so nice. Really well set up and nicely renovated apartment. More than that, although not speaking much English, through translation app we had really good communication with Stephy and she was so helpful. Like we didn’t quite know where to park, so she came within 5 mins and jumped in our car with us and guided us to some nearby free parking, then showed us where to eat and how to buy best priced Cinque Terre train tickets. We couldn’t have asked for more, she made our stay so comfortable. Would love to come back again to stay. There’s nothing to not like.
• Jiawen (8/5): Very good - Perfect location for visiting Cinque Terre. Easy access to/from train station. The second bedroom did not have an AC in it. The only way the room was being cooled was from the AC in the living room, so the door had to be open overnight.
• Christine (9/5): I love the place will most likely recommend it. - Lovely and homey Apartment… we were travelling as a family with our 3 dogs. Hosts were very accommodating specially we arrived late. Found dish filled with water already ready for the dogs. Cool airconditioning very big plus. Location is top. 5 mins walk from Train Statoon. Bus stop at the corner to take you to the port. Or you can enjoy an evening stroll from the port to the place. No lifts for the elderly and luggage. But didnt matter that much we got good legs.

• We (9/5): An excellent 2 bedroom apartment in La-Spezia. Best value for money. - Stephy's apartment is a real find in La-Spezia. Location is great - 2 minutes walk to the train station, and 6-10 minutes walk to the historical center. Also only about 3-4 minutes to the nearest big supermarket. Stephy was super helpful in showing me where I can find free parking for several days within 4-5 minutes walk of the apartment. She also suggested places to visit other than the obvious ones in Cinque Terre. Rooms and beds are very comfortable. Clean and roomy bathroom with a strong water pressure. Airy apartment with large windows. The only thing that would have been nice ad is missing is a dishwasher, but definitely not a deal breaker with all the good things going for this place.
