• Phil (8/5): Convenient and comfortable - Easy enough to get the key, reasonable value for money, bus stop close by, full amenities at the property. Rubbish strewn across the front garden does devalue the initial impression. Paintwork inside looks a little tired in places. What seems an excessive number of notices about charges for damages ranging from £30 to £250. However, its value for money if a group of you are looking for a couple of nights accommodation

• Mark (3/5): Adequate - Easy check in once security deposit had been paid, code sent for lockbox. Location was good and plenty of free on street parking. Not too impressed with having to send ID for each person staying, not sure why this is required at all. Lots of automated messages asking for information already provided which is frustrating. The house itself is in a fairly poor condition, damage to the bathroom door, toilet seat not fixed properly, a proper pet hate of mine. We booked for 4 people, there were 3 beds, not very comfortable and a sofa bed, but no linen was provided for the sofa bed. Strange schedule of damage notices everywhere in the property, £30 for a broken cup or plate! going upwards for other items. Handle and lock for the conservatory broken. Lots of rubbish in the garden. Could be so much nicer with a bit of care.
• Jannah (9/5): Cosy, relaxing and good customer service - After a disappointing stay in a different location, this far surpassed it, even though the decor style qas similar, this place clearly showed the owner cared about it looking good and giving a cosy vibe. And the host was very patient with me, even though I kept asking silly questions which they had already provided info for on their booking (I was under stress due to my previous experience especially with my young kids), they were professional and kind despite this. Everything was clean and well maintained and there was basic necessities like handwash, cleaning products etc. The tv was great for the kids and we loved the garden and little conservatory to relax in. The little signs were helpful aswell. Overall the look was nicely done and very cosy and inviting. We also received our deposit back in time, and they accommodated our needs to check out later. There were some issues with some things in toilet due to a long stay of previous tenants, and these were explained by the host when I enquired and due to be fixed quickly. It also led to a delay in our check in lock box info however rectified before arrival. There was also issues with rental agreement signing as there was a glitch in their system and I couldn't communicate with them except through the site chat and via email. So if you dont have a good internet connection I dont recommend booking since there will be no other way to contact them. However I definitely plan to book with them again personally as I had a overall very good stay.

• Kazam (1/5): Bad - Nothing much The tab in the toilet was not right upon confirmation we were guided that there is a box fill the water in then use as it was 1940 two tabs with hot nd cold water. Second a window was broken nd wind was coming in on the side of kitchen for which it was said that you can leave nd no refund nd at.the end being charged 50 pound for hour late in rhe checkout plus the mark on the sofa. Upon confirmation it is taking time.for.them.to.get the proof. Why so. If you had the damage or marks you should have that immediately. WHY WOULD IT TAKE TIME TO GET THE PICTURE PROOF OF THE SOFA DAMAGE
• Michelle (8/5): A great property for a couple of nights stay with family. Thank you very much. - Comfortable house with plenty of seating and 3 good size bedrooms. Good location for University railway station, Edgbaston reservoir parkrun (15 min drive) and good access to city. Some wine glasses and a bottle opener would have been helpful. Otherwise we had everything we needed.

• Ademola (10/5): Exceptional - "The apartment was neat and perfect. Everything I needed was available in the apartment and the bed was so comfy and soft. The security cameras were installed for security purposes, but it felt like I was being watched regarding my movements and activities.

Feel like home even thousand miles away as appliance available as we had at home. The boiler is not working properly as it turn off automatically especially at night time. Maybe we don’t know how to operate it properly. Luckily it is summer as we don’t need heater as much compared to winter. So, it just the minor issue.

The smoke alarm went off all night so I had a sleepless night and the house was dirty with an old pair of women’s underwear on the bathroom floor and a previous guests Chinese takeaway snd pop still in the fridge! • Steve (6/5): A clean home - Very clean and tidy. Very quiet road. Owner answered the phone when I had to call them on arrival. I've sent quite a long list to the property owner - I've not included them here as I believe they are all things that can be rectified reasonably quickly for future guests. Nothing too dramatic but things we'd like to know are fixed/added before we considered booking the property again.
