- Milan (1/5): We book five days and we need to leave of the bad condition. - Nothing The room carpet is extremely dirty, the sink was clogged, people living there non stop slam the door and the front door. Lounge down stairs and they play loud music until 1:30 am. Really bad condition and experience.

- Deborah (8/5): - Lovely appartments but they are in a great spot , clean and a good size. Shower was fab. Very clean sheets etc Difficulty in opening very high windows , could do with some you can actually reach. The mattreses are worn and extremley uncomfortable and stained, better quality are needed for the price. Not enough pans although i would expect they may be taken from app.

- Rachel (8/5): - The apartment was clean and in an amazing location, right opposite winter gardens. From the initial booking to our stay, the staff were extremely helpful in answering any questions I had. The only two things we noticed was the noise! There is a bar located underneath the apartments. Whilst sunday night was a much quieter night, saturday night was very loud and we did struggle to sleep due to the noise from the bar and people who were standing outside chatting. Additionally, whilst the apartment was clean and well presented, we did notice a slight smell of drains when we walked in and this smell did not fade during our stay. We noticed by keeping the bathroom door shut this did help alittle but there was still a slight smell.

- KellyPort4 (8/5): Winter garden ball - The facilities, tea/coffee well stocked, clean and tidy room. The shower was great. Great location for winter gardens. Bed was comfortable Easy check in messages with clear instructions. Room wasnt as expected as different from photos, Bit noisy, but was fairly quiet after midnight. Room was very warm and we couldnt figure out the fan and only 1 top windows would open however still a comfortable room and pleasant stay.

- Stuart (7/5): Location for us perfect and The room overall ok but due to the issues we faced this completely spoiled out stay - great location for what we wanted a short stone throw to the venue No parking at the hotel - An additional £20 on the multi storey for 24 hours, 5 mins walk away - Our room we struggled very badly with any sleep at all, we was floor 2 suite 6 and to the front of the hotel - There was 2 smaller windows on the bedroom, that we couldn’t shut and another window near the bed with a note on it saying it’s broken and the window was taped all around. The weekend we stayed we had very high winds which caused the window blinds to be knocking constantly against the windows due to the wind blowing in, and the window that was taped up had a high pitched noise coming through it constantly, with the wind gusting through and catching the tape creating a constant load whistling noise that nothing could be done about.

- Ian (6/5): Modern but disappointed - The room was nice and comfortable although basic for the price. The decor was nice, although needed a few touch ups. We stayed for on level 1 of the property and the bar underneath was playing loud music until midnight, which wasn't ideal when staying with a child.
- Natalie (10/5): - Lovely apartment, very clean modern and everything we needed. Staff very accommodating too with allowing us to drop off luggage before check in time. My only critically (but minor and easily fixed) point, was the smell. It was spotlessly clean but I think a dirty wet mop was used to clean the floor so there was the 'wet damp mop' smell that was quite strong. It didnt cause us to have less of a good time, but thought id mention just so you could mention to cleaners. Cleaners were lovely though, they took our bags in and were really helpful.

- Juliana (10/5): Our second holiday home x - It was very well located, large room that exceeded expectations. For what you pay it is fabulous could very well be a beautiful 5 star place. We slightly struggled with directions to the hotel so please take note it is directly opposite the food end of abbingdon food market (we also dined there and it was beautiful). We will most definitely be revisiting Thankyou for the stay x

- David (9/5): Clean apartment. Perfect location. - Perfect location. A horrible sewage smell which was coming from the shower trap. But the manager said it was getting fixed the day after we left. This is the 2nd time we have stayed there and have booked again for next year.

Clean and tidy On one of the nights of the stay the guests in the other room were very noisy and kept us up quite late could hear them shouting and banging doors This wasn’t ideal as we had an 7am rise for a dance comp. We never had this issue on our last stay. I couldn’t work out how to use the coffee machine but that’s my issue 🤣

Only downfall was that the shower pressure wasn’t the best and the amount of stairs within the property was more than what we were expecting. Besides that, it was all good!

- Maaike (8/5): Top accomodatie - Goed bed, wel wat smal, zeer ruime kamer, centraal gelegen, op 2 minuten vanaf Wintergardens, schoon. Wifi is top. Ideaal aan de overkant de foodmarket. Lekker eten voor weinig. Wij hebben voor volgend jaar alweer geboekt! Echt een aanrader Vrij gehorig (deuren zijn erg dun). Zeepdispenser die geen nut meer had, want was kapot. Hing ook erg in de weg tijdens het douchen. Miste een handdouche. Haren uitspoelen onder een regendouche gaat niet heel lekker. 1 handdoek p.p voor 3 nachten is wat weinig. Een extra zou wel fijn zijn. Ook miste in een kleine handdoek voor op de vloer/badstof badmat. Vloer wordt best wel nat met het douchen. De tussendeur op de 1e verdieping heeft geen goede dranger. Deze stond eigenlijk altijd open, omdat onze vloergenoten deze niet in het slot duwde. Zou fijn zijn als er naar gekeken wordt. Het lijkt nu veel, maar het zijn een paar kleine minpuntjes op een prima verblijf.
- Donna (10/5): A**** - The location was perfect, very central to where we needed to be. The room was very modern and clean. We were sent the access codes the morning we were arriving and check in was meant to be 3pm but they said we could get in at 12pm which was amazing. The bed was extremely comfortable,the best night sleep ive had in ages!! We thought it was going to be noisy being so close to bars but we closed the windows and couldnt hear a thing. The only thing i thought was missing was maybe a little fridge as i like a cold bottle of water in a morning.Also when we first entered the room,it was freezing, but once we turned the radiators on it soon warmed up.Maybe leave them on before guests arrive,especially in winter months.

- Jemma (8/5): - Lovely clean and upgraded room, very comfortable and worth the money. Its a very cosy room with everything you need for a short stay. No staff in the building, we had awful neighbours who had very loud music, slamming doors all night and knocking our door and running off laughing at stupid o'clock in the morning. I barely slept because of the noice, although manager was very apologetic in the morning and said she would speak to them it wasnt really good enough for the price to be leaving very tired and feeling on edge whilst there. If staff was in the building it could of been sorted better.

Good late checkout. Carpets needed hoovering. Fans and blinds were dusty and there was a coffee mark on side so not sure if been cleaned before we got there. Did think it was slightly dear for the one night. Undecided if would book again.

Mattresses replaced and a thorough clean through. - Location, space and style Smell of drains in the kitchen Bad mattresses, no mattress covers and mattress dirty. General cleanliness wasn’t great. Other issues that didn’t affect our stay… Missing remote for bedroom 2 tv Broken hinge on window in the lounge. Internet would not work Heavy dust on blinds and above bed 2 tv housing.

- Faye (10/5): Pigeon show penthouse! - Beautifully clean and modern apartment with no end of top range gadgets and fittings. Spacious, clean, comfortable. Central location and extremely secure. Three separate entry codes for each door. Just missed a coat hanger/rack by the entrance and maybe a throw for the living room, ti get cosy in the evening. But that is being really picky, as it was such a good accommodation in Blackpool and we've stayed in many!

It’s an absolutely lovely apartment and the location is perfect for the Winter Gardens The living room floor was freezing under foot and took a good 12 hours to warm up the room. It’s a shame that a pub has opened underneath so is noisy till closing time

- Craig (6/5): It was okay - level 2 room 5 - The location was ideal, looking out onto the square, could see the Blackpool tower, short walk to the seafront and the amenities, co-op around the corner, Sainsbury's up the road, parking 150m away, £22 for 48 hours The bed was very comfortable and cosy, the lights around the bed were very cool, and fan / light was nice too, The room was nice and modern, The shower / toilet was spacious, and decorated nicely, Built in Bluetooth speaker system was a nice touch, Smart TV allowed us to get comfortable at night. The main entrance and stairs going up to the rooms, needs a good clean, there was thick patches of dust all up the edges of the steps going up and dust webs all around the railings, The room: There was a blood stain on the carpet as soon as you opened the door and foot prints left on the head board, Around the skirting boards of the room alot of dust built up, hair and even found an ear ring in the middle of the carpet, Display was missing off the radiator in the bedroom so working it out was a fiddle as the room was set to 39°c when we got there and was roasting, The radiator in the bathroom wasn't working so the bathroom was very cold at night. The one window was broken, and let alot of noise in front the square, and the pubs outside, The shower needs a good clean, build up of limescale all over the shower head. And there was alot of mould in the grout around the shower, and around the base, the shower also needs sealing as I notice even with the door shut, there was water getting out of the corners and creating puddles on the tiles, The sink also needs a clean as there is limescale around this too, Alot of noise coming from the family apartments outside, and the doors closing and opening would echo throughout the building

Clean modern , excellent communication I would say being right next to a bar soon to be a bar below us in the same building so there the noise will be at least to the early ours of the morning for us we use this for dance comp that weekend 😂

Would stay there again if in Blackpool - Modern clean property in an ideal location, next to Abingdon Market which was great for food and drink street food style. Just away from the front and bars which made it a pleasant experience. There was a smell of drains as you walked in, a couple of bottles of Mr Muscle drain cleaner would probably sort it.

- Jen (8/5): A comfortable stay - Before our stay, the manager Chloe was on hand easily through the booking.com app, and very helpful with a couple of requests we had. Location is excellent, a 5 minute brisk walk from the train station and 2 minutes from Winter Gardens. Easy to use key code system to enter the property. Our suite, number 3, was large, clean, recently painted and lit up well. The bed is a firm, comfortable memory foam mattress, TV easy to use, adjustable heating, a fan is also provided, a nespresso coffee machine with plenty of instant tea and coffee supplied too. Had a view of the tower and town. The shower room is really nice, with attention to detail in the design and lighting. A cosy stay for us and we would book again. We didn't dislike, but a few extra additions could make it a 10 out of 10 stay. Such as, a small bedside lamp, as the surround LED is great but too bright for waking up through the night. Curtains would help with the early morning sun shining through the gaps in the blinds if you're wanting a late start from the night before and to also give the room that extra bit of luxury. A better quality pillow would be appreciated, or a couple extra would be fine. A reading chair for that extra comfort. A welcome booklet is always good to have too, with local numbers, attractions, safety instructions, restaurants and how to use the mod cons provided. It is quite noisy inside the building, other residents let doors slam behind them but this didn't bother our time there, Blackpool is a fun and loud place so it's to be expected.

- Allisha (8/5): Great stay! - The LED features were fantastic and gave the room such a modern feel. The bed was super comfy and nice and firm – just how we like it! There was loads of space for clothes, and the little dressing table was such a cute addition. The room itself felt really spacious and cosy at night. We loved the coffee machine with the pods – a great touch! The bathroom was lovely and warm, and the big TV was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The location was ideal too, really close to the town centre and all amenities. We’d definitely recommend staying here and will 100% be back again! Tried to upload pictures when we got there but my phone isn't letting me, no idea why. There were a few small things that let the stay down. Some areas weren’t as clean as we’d hoped — the toilet had some marks on the back, and the kettle was full of limescale. Unfortunately, the booking app didn’t work properly, so we couldn’t get in touch with anyone when we needed to. The walls were quite thin, so we could hear a bit of noise from the neighbours and outside, and there were some patches where the paint was coming off the walls. None of these were deal-breakers, but a little extra attention to these details would make the stay perfect.

- Kamlesh (1/5): The room was in poor condition, it was dirty, it smelled of damp and that set the rest of the tone for my stay. It was t - Nothing, the room was a mess, paint was peeling off the walls (through damp and mould), the bed had lots of dust around it, behind it and underneath it. The room was worn out, the pictures are out of date, it was not fit for purpose. The coffee mugs were dirty, the walls were full of damp and mould, the carpet was dirty, the bathroom radiator had dust on each beam, the bed had lots of dust under the headboard, the shower was leaking on to the floor as the seal was damaged. The door frame was split in its corner, the brass tacks on the headboard were rusted. The room was completely out of date and out of touch from the photos. I was conned by booking this room and for what I paid.
- Rachael (5/5): Good location but very cold with paint peeling from walls - The location was very good and codes were easy to get in and out Bathroom was nice and fairly new We were freezing. Radiators need to be put on yourself which we didn’t know until after we returned from our night and and took that long to heat get it was still cold by the time we left. Windows weren’t double glazed and could hear everything outside There was a significant amount of paint peeling from 2 walls under 2 windows.

- Darren (8/5): OK... - The room in the picture is the same as when you get there.. Apart from paint coming off the wall where it's been damp, the tea area would benefit from making slight bigger going under the window and having a fridge and microwave.

- Ian (8/5): Great location with all the facilities of Blackpool on hand - Location and modern room 7am wake up call with bin men bottle collection followed by washing of pavement but all very necessary unfortunately it was so early. Very hard pillows.
