• Pollastri (3/5): - Buona la posizione, vicina alla spiaggia (la più vicina a 5 minuti a piedi) e a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. L'appartamento in sé bello e spazioso, ottimo anche per la presenza della terrazza. I proprietari non sono stati affatto disponibili. Appena arrivati abbiamo avuto dei problemi, ossia: frigorifero ancora caldo che ha iniziato ad essere utilizzabile appena una decina di ore dopo (ma avevamo del cibo che andava messo in frigo che abbiamo dovuto buttare); lavastoviglie rotta sporca e puzzolente; lo stesso per la lavatrice che l'abbiamo trovata puzzolente e con all'interno dell'acqua chissà da quanto tempo lì a stagnare. Anche il wc spesso si rompeva e l'acqua non andava, abbiamo dovuto ripararlo noi più volte. Inoltre se si utilizzava la doccia per molto tempo si allagava il bagno, cosa che non dovrebbe accadere essendo un appartamento per 7 persone, dovrebbe essere tutto pensato per riuscire a sostenere questo numero di persone. Il problema più grande però non riguarda questi appena elencati, ma il fatto che una volta contatti i proprietari telefonicamente e chiesto loro un aiuto questi ci hanno detto che sarebbero venuti ad aiutarci, senza però mai arrivare. Infine l'appartamento l'abbiamo trovato un po' sporco, ad esempio abbiamo trovato patatine sotto i cuscini del divano.

• Alexander (8/5): - El apartamento era muy amplio, perfecto para 6 personas y estaba limpio La cisterna del baño a veces dejaba de funcionar
• Arianna (3/5): - I strongly don’t recommend this place. everything was broken, one sink was basically ripped out and the other one wouldn’t let the water flush down, same for the toilet which you can’t flush two times in a row and have to wait in order for it to flush again. the light in the balcony doesn’t work and one of the chairs is broken. also, when we arrived the boiler didn’t work because the switch was turned off in the main electrical panel, we asked the host right away for instructions but they took so long to answer we had to have cold showers before they found the time to tell us how to turn it on. the plugs in one of the bedrooms didn’t work so two of us had to charge their phones in the living room, there are no functioning blinds on the windows so you cannot sleep in late without being woken up by the sunlight in the morning. also there were chips (not ours) under the sofa pillows. the dishwasher doesn’t work and there was no rack to let the hand washed dishes to dry. for any problem we couldn’t count on the host since they would take forever to reply (often they wouldn’t even reply).

• Steve (6/5): Great Location but needs Maintenance. - The location was spot on, within walking distance to the old town, plus a bonus in having parking available. The unit was spacious. If a few improvements were made, it would definitely pick all the boxes. Could do with some maintenance, plumbing and electrical improvements. Dishwasher, bathroom lights and sink drainage didn't work, No kitchen plug or toaster, drying rack very rusty. Very minimal amenities available.
• Katri (5/5): Ok. Would not stay here again. - Location Shower Spacious Dishwasher smelled awful and we couldn't use it. It took a long time for owners to reply to our messages. It was very hot in the bedrooms because the AC was in the living room only. There were no effective blinds in the rooms so the rooms were hot and it was difficult to sleep in the mornings.
• David (6/5): It’s a clean place to stay and reasonably priced - It was very clean and access was easy we were simply sent a code of the key locker outside apartment and let ourselves in and left the key in the locker when we left. There were two bedrooms and a bed in the living room. You could walk 5mins up the road and get a bus into Dubrovnik old town and it was €10 in an Uber to the port. There was only one aircon in the apartment in the living room and as it was quite a big apartment the bedrooms were hot even with the aircon full on. The living room didn’t have any curtains or blinds so it was difficult for my daughter to sleep. The apartment was further away from the old town than I thought.

• Vicky (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Dubrovnik! - Perfect place to stay in Dubrovnik, apartment is large and clean, host is welcoming and everything in walking distance.
• Chanida (10/5): For the price and location we are very satisfied with the apartment considering it’s high season. - Location is approx 20 mins walk to Old Town. Garage parking is right below the apartment. There’s washing machine to do your laundry. The mattress of the sofa bed was too thin. For a huge person this can be uncomfortable.
• Eduardo (8/5): Simple apartment in good 15mins old town location, great for families - Great location, 15mins walking to the Old town. Owner very friendly and accommodating. Apartment is in good shape, nothing fancy, but nice. Good shower running, nothing to complain Not muxh; not fancy and high price, but summer is what it is. Would book it again
• Kristina (8/5): Very good - Location was good, the host pleasant, nice wiev, big parking place. Only one conditioner in living room and was hot to sleep in other rooms. In the kitchen were many ants.
