Broneering oli juba varem tehtud ja oleks saanud oluliselt parema marsruudi teel valida.. Köögiseadmed ei toiminud, 1 pliit oli katki, asenduspliit oli väga kehva. Köök oli väga must, ühe toa põrandal vedeles ka krõps. Valgustus kehva, välimus oli ajast maha jäänud, vajab hädasti uuendust.

• Michalina (8/5): - Doskonała lokalizacja w świetnej okolicy - zaraz przy morzu, ale też przy wielu sklepach i restauracjach. Mieszkanie było duże i dość ciche, można było zasłonić okna roletami. Balkon z bocznym widokiem na morze i miejscem na wywieszenie mokrych rzeczy. Dostępna jest również pralka. Świetny kontakt i instrukcje dostania się do mieszkania. Prysznice mógłby być czystsze.
• Bernhard (2/5): - The hair dryer and the hot water. May 1, 2025. Elly Downside Not Seaside Apartment! Beware, it's a trap! Everything that could possibly be broken is filthy and broken: the blinds in the living room and bedroom don't open. The windows are filthy from the construction site next door. The kitchen is simply disgusting. The large shower is completely covered in limescale and mold. All the seals are broken, so water leaks from the fixtures, less so from the shower head. The electrical switches are dangerously faulty. This apartment is in dire need of renovation. Even the bedding is of a miserable standard. I wouldn't even offer the pictured wool blanket in the bedroom to a dog. We had to take the towels from the clothesline on the balcony. Were they washed or just dried? The hygiene was simply appalling. The pictures say it all. After 8 fantastic stays in Albania, this was the worst we have ever experienced!
• Bernhard (10/5): - Natascha was an excellent and very welcoming host. She served a small treat at breakfast each morning. The apartment appeared to be brand new. The location was quiet with private parking. Dogs must not disturb the peace at night, and roosters must not be heard in the morning. Thank you for the pleasant two-night stay.
• Lenka (3/5): Špinavý, slabo udržiavaný apartmán - Jedine plus je lokalita- pár metrov na promenádu Špina- v kuchyni všetko lepkave, čo sme chceli použiť to sme si museli predtým umyť, takisto kúpeľne už majú najlepší čas dávno za sebou, v jednej chýbal záves v sprchovacom kúte, v druhej bola špinavá vana, výhľad do záhrady je vlastne výhľad na parkovisko a okolité domy, chyba balkón/terasa- resp. je tam niečo také kde sa dajú poposuvat okna ale aj to bolo špinavé, 2 stoličky so zlomenými nohami- za nás nikdy viac

• Fallon (10/5): Peaceful Beachside Stay In The cleanest Apartment In Albania! - This place is so clean! Our son has sensitivity to mold and dust. He usually experiences great discomfort in short term rentals, but not here. Even the heating/aircon units did not cause him congestion. We were amazed! The location is superb! You can get to stores many restaurants and the beach within a minute or two of walking. The Main Street is right by and you can find taxis or the bus line that will take you straight to the mall where there are even more shops and places to eat or get coffee and sightseeing. The host is the best part! Responsive, not that we had any issues just questions which he got back to us immediately. We had a wonderful month long stay!!! We have been traveling through many cities in Albania and Europe. This was by far the cleanest place we have visited. We will absolutely return! There are so many good places to eat but the woman that runs the street food place on the Main Street goes above and beyond to give you great food for a very low cost. Check her out too! Nothing at all! Even the neighbors were quiet and respectful.

• Tülay (8/5): - Sehr gute Lage, großes Apartment und sehr gut ausgestattet. Unkomplizierter Check in, freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Es steht privater Parkplatz bei der Ausstattung. Das ist nicht korrekt, man muss sich einen Parkplatz in der Nähe suchen, abends war aber komplett alles vollgeparkt. Ein kleines Licht in den Schlafzimmern wäre toll, das Deckenlicht ist sehr grell und ungemütlich.
• Melissa (10/5): Gemütliches Appartment an der Promenade von Dürres - Wir sind spontan eingekehrt, nachdem wir als Familie aus einer "Horror" Unterkunft gegangen sind. Es war überhaupt kein Problem, etwas eher einzuchecken. Nach unserer schlechten Erfahrung im vorhergehenden Appartment wurden wir super lieb empfangen und herumgeführt. Auch bei der Parkplatzsuche wurde uns sofort geholfen. Der Gastgeber war stets per WhatsApp erreichbar. Beispielsweise funktionierte das WLAN nicht sofort, aber es wurde sich direkt gekümmert. Der Preis ist für die schöne Wohnung und Lage absolut fair. Wir sind dankbar. Alles ist in unmittelbarer Nähe: Supermarkt, kleiner Strand, Bars und Restaurants. Die Matratzen sind teilweise etwas weich. Geschmackssache.

The beds were comfortable and the spacious apartment was super clean. We had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was stocked with all the things you will need . Just amazing. WOW. It felt like home. Nothing at all. I wish we could stay there for longer.

He took us to the apartment , and explained everything to us . The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was located centrally , we walked to a restaurant in the evening and promenaded on the beach front for breakfast . Bonus there was air conditioning and Wifi . We would stay here again as it was great value for money At the time one shower could not be used as it had no glass .

First of all it was so clean when we arrived, the host was so kind and helpful for everything that we ask and we wanted.The house was very big and very comfortable for all of the members.I like the most the seaview that we have from the balcony. It is really worth it if you want to stay in Durres. To be honest, nothing. Everything was okay, just like the description in the booking.

• Qalliu (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is in a prime location, a lot of restaurants, bars, and nightlife options. The city beach is in a walking distance. Walking distance from the city center and historical sights. The team was also helpful, I was in contact with Mirel, and he walked me through the getting in the apartment steps and recommended a couple of good bars for me and my friends, we ended up going to the Zins which had a nice vibe in a summer day. The place was clean, and it deserves the 5 stars. See you next time I'm in Albania

Very friendly and attentive owner. There is a restaurant next to the apartment with very tasty and inexpensive food. Nearby are shops, an exchange office, a small market with vegetables and fruits, attractions within walking distance
