Simpatica e calorosa l'accoglienza. Marco e' stato gentilissimo a lasciarci la casa a disposizione sino all'ora della partenza del nostro treno. Un consiglio, che non vuole essere una critica, lasciare in dotazione alla casa tappi per le orecchie, per le persone che non sono abituate a dormire con i rumori della citta'.
• Nigar Aslanova (10/5): Simply perfect!!! - First of all, I must say that the host is such a kind and wonderful person who immediately gives you positive energy. The second important point is the location of the apartment: it is right above the metro, facing the main road, and not hidden in any side street. As for the apartment itself, everything was perfect – the rooms were clean, tidy, and spacious. The bedding provided was fresh and new. What impressed us most was the thoughtful gesture of the host – a small bottle of Roman wine and some sweets as a welcome gift. For someone arriving after a long journey, nothing could be more delightful. I felt completely comfortable and safe, just like in my own home. On my next trip to Rome, I will definitely stay here again without hesitation. There is nothing negative I can say, as everything was just perfect.
• Pacheco (10/5): Excelente - El departamento es muy cómodo; todos los ambientes cuentan con aire acondicionado, algo fundamental para poder descansar bien en verano. Las camas son realmente confortables. Al llegar, nos recibieron con algunos detalles para comer y un vino que estaba muy rico. La ubicación es muy buena, ya que cuenta con paradas de subte, metro y colectivos a pocos metros. Durante el día el metro pasa por el frente, lo cual puede dificultar un poco el descanso si querés dormir siesta. Sin embargo, por la noche deja de funcionar, así que se descansa muy bien.

If I would go to Rome again with family like we did or with a group of friends, I would take this None

• Peñate Rodríguez (8/5): Maravilloso 🥰 - Apartamento decorado con buen gusto, muy bonito, limpieza impecable. Gianfranco encantador, nuestro tren se retrasó y nos esperó una hora más. se preocupó en todo momento por facilitarnos toda la información de la ciudad, un mapa y lugares de interés. ofrecen traslados al aeropuerto por 60 €. Detalle de bienvenida una botella de vino, unas pastas, café…encantador!! El dormitorio que daba al exterior, no estaba bien insonorizado, se oía todo coches, ruidos de la calle…estaba algo alejado para mi gusto, lo único cerca era el coliseo a 20 min.
• osman (8/5): Ana cadde üzerinde olmasa 10 puan - 4 gün kaldık ,Ev sahibi çok ilgiliydi. Mobilyalar yataklar yeni ve konforluydu. Temizlik açısından 10 puan verilebilir. Her odada ve salonda ayrı kliması mevcut. Otobüs metro ve tramway duraklarına çok yakın. Yürüyerek 20 dk kolezyum , 25/30 dakikada tren garına gidebilirsiniz.Ödemeyi nakit veya kredi kartıyla evi teslim aldığınızda ödüyorsunuz. Bina çevresi ve yürüş güzergahı gayet güvenli . Ev gayet işlek olan bir cadde üzerindeki binanın 1 katında odalardan 1 tanesi caddeye cephe , geceleyin yoğun trafik gürültüsünü odadan çok rahat duyabilirsiniz , motorsikletlerin gürültüsünden bahsetmiyorum bile . Eğer gürültüye duyarlıysanız tavsiye etmiyorum , tramway geçtiğinde zeminin sallandığını çok rahat hissediyorsunuz ben tekrar gidersem sırf bu sebepten dolayı tercih etmem.

Situated in the Esquilino district, Casa Esquilina offers convenient access to many of Rome's iconic landmarks. Its proximity to the Manzoni Metro Station, making it easy to explore the city. The Colosseum and Roman Forum are within walking distance, approximately 15–18 minutes away. Additionally, the area has numerous restaurants, supermarkets, and cafes, enhancing the overall convenience for visitors. The thoughtful touches of hosts, including welcome gifts like wine and dessert, add to the homely atmosphere. One bedroom was a little loud (facing the street) for our friends to sleep in however noise is manageable and does not significantly detract from the overall experience.

• Anja (9/5): Comfortable and conveniently located flat for a short stay in Rome - The flat was very spacious and nicely furnished. The location was also great - 20-40 minutes walk from most of the tourist sights in the historical center of Rome. The keys handover and communication with the landlord were very easy and pleasant. It’s not the fault of the property or the landlord but the side of the flat facing the Main Street was pretty loud. We could choose to sleep in the quieter bedroom which was great so it wasn’t a big deal in the end. Also there was an issue with the shower where it was draining really slowly. This is easily fixable and not a major issue.

The location is unbeatable – just a short walk from the Manzoni Metro Station and within walking distance to Historical Rome. We were able to explore iconic landmarks like the Colosseum and Roman Forum on foot, which added to the charm of our experience. The house itself was very clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, making it ideal for a family stay. The convenience of being close to both public transport and key attractions made this accommodation an excellent choice. Nothing

The contact with the apartment owner was great, they even contacted me afterwards when I lost my earring. The apartment is spacious and very clean. It has all the needed equipment and devices including an iron and a dishwasher. It was not a problem to get an extra set of linen and quilt, and leaving our luggage after the check-out. And the location in the close proximity to most Rome attractions and metro station - awesome!

• Angela (8/5): Overall comfortable stay in Rome - - Great location, walking distance to main attractions and the metro. - Marco was very responsive and helpful. - The airport transfer was very smooth and the driver was very professional and on time. - the apartment was very clean and had useful amenities (ie vacuum and washing machine) - Couldnt get a consistent temperature in the shower - was always too hot or cold which was difficult for the kids. Towels provided were very thin (similar to dish drying towels) - on a busy road so got noisy - no elevator so needed to bring all the luggage up the stairs

• Felipe (10/5): Very good choice in Rome - The apartment was great. It's located very close to a metro station and not far away from Termini railway/metro station. The place was spacious (rooms, dinning room, kitchen and bathroom). Also, everything was (as it should be) very clean. Plus, the air conditioner in the rooms and the dinning room helped making our stay very pleasant. Finally, the host was extremely helpful and the communication open and fluid.

• Marco (9/5): Overall a great experience, would highly recommend! - The hosts communication was exceptional. Both Marco and Gianfranco made sure that our stay was a well organized and pleasant experience. The cleaning staff were also great. The apartment is located near Manzoni train station which was very handy and there were many food options and other services nearby which was great. To walk to the Colosseum it was about 15-20 minutes and super easy and also not far from Termini, the main train station. The place is light filled, airy, clean, safe and secure and has all the elements of a great stay. Overall, very happy and would highly recommend this place for a great stay in Rome. The apartment is on a very busy street so can get quite loud during the day. At night it wasn’t so bad. There is no lift access, but that is typical in older buildings. Recommend you bring your own bathroom toiletries, soaps, shampoo, body wash etc and only tiny sample sizes are supplied. Price was a bit on the higher end but that could have been the time of year, June 2024.
• Simone (9/5): A beautiful place to stay in Rome, super clean and perfect for 4 people. - The apartment was super clean and beautifully decorated. It felt like a real home to us. The location is perfect to walk to the colosseum and good restaurants nearby. We felt very welcomed by Marco and Gianfranco. Grazie! It was a little noisy with the trams in the first night but the shutters kept most noise out.
• Avital (10/5): Everything was super thank Marco& Gainfranco - The appatment was very well disyned , very cleen comfortable beds and welcoming. The location was very good, there was a metro just neer by., supermarket and restaurant under the building. Marco the owner and Gainfranco took care of all we needed they were very kind and friendly form the day we arrived and till the minute we left. I truly recommend this apartment. We had a lovely time in Rome. Very recommended The appartment was a bit noisy because it was on the main street, but most of the time it did not bother us at all and we slept very well.
• Felipe (10/5): A wonderfully clean and comfortable house with excellent access to the city center, - The house was extremely clean and comfortable, perfect for our group of five people. It had easy access to the city center, even on foot. The location was fantastic, being close to the Colosseum and many other tourist attractions. The metro station was very close, and there were numerous bus options available. I have no negative points to mention.
