E’ una casa comune molto frequentata da tedeschi ed amanti di questo genere di vacanze coloniali Il prezzo è troppo alto rispetto ai servizi offerti. Non c’è il bagno nel camper, ed il camper stesso ha i suoi anni, la posizione è piuttosto scomoda per raggiungere Puerto del Rosario ed il sud dell’isola Sauna non aperta tutti i giorni

Les hamaques. Moltes famílies amb nens fent soroll a diverses hores i ocupant espais comuns amb sorolls i corredisses... Si vols uns dies de calma potser no és el lloc. Això, òbviament és qüestió d'educació i respecte pel descans dels altres o per la seva estada. S'escoltava tot. Potser s'hauria d'avisar que la sauna només és dijous i agafant hora.

Robin (4/5): Schimmel im Zimmer, nicht für kurze Aufenthalte und junge Leute zu empfehlen - Der Innenhof ist sehr schön gestaltet. Mitarbeiter und Gäste sind sehr freundlich. Die Küche bietet viel Stauraum Unser Zimmer war sehr hellhörig und wir wurden eigentlich jeden Morgen von den Nachbarn wach. Außerdem gab es Schimmel im Schlafzimmer, im Bad, in der Gemeinschaftsküche und in der Spülmaschine. Das Zimmer war allgemein sehr feucht, wie hier auch schon andere angemerkt haben. Jeden Morgen waren die Scheiben beschlagen und es haben sich kleine Pfützen unter der Tür gebildet. Nach dem Regen stand das halbe Zimmer unter Wasser, da die Tür nicht richtig dicht zu sein scheint. In der Dusche ist das Wasser nur sehr langsam abgeflossen. Die Bettdecke hatte Löcher und das Bett war generell nicht bequem - aber das ist vielleicht Geschmacksache. WLAN hatten wir leider gar nicht im Zimmer, das haben wir direkt am ersten Abend angesprochen aber es wurde innerhalb der 7 Tage nicht gelöst. Die Unterkunft scheint eher für Langzeitaufenthalte ausgelegt zu sein. Es sind fast ausschließlich Deutsche da und viele junge Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Als junge Erwachsene, die dachten wir würden in unserem einwöchigen Urlaub hier Gleichaltrige treffen mit denen wir was unternehmen könnten haben wir uns etwas fehl am Platz gefühlt.

Luca (5/5): The caravan’s hygiene conditions are very poor and show little respect for the customer - A quiet place, with a nice idea of ‘community’, even though I didn’t meet anyone from the property and no one welcomed us The camper was very dirty, with some broken windows, extremely dirty mosquito nets, sofa seats that smelled musty and dusty, and marks of squashed mosquitoes on the walls. 🫣
Uta (8/5): Perfekter Aufenthalt mit toller ruhiger Lage 😊 - Und hat es sehr gut gefallen. Für 6 Tage ist es perfekt. Gemeinschaftsküche muss man mögen, und hat es nicht gestört. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles super. Man bekommt Kontakt zu anderen Gästen, wenn man es möchte.

Jessica (10/5): - La cornice, l'idea e il contesto in cui si situa casa cocolores fa parte di un progetto di comunità: spazi condivisi, spazi comuni ricreativi, spazi più individuali per andare a dormire formano una cornice perfetta per la creazione della stessa. Noi abbiamo alloggiato in uno dei due studio (a cui si accede attraverso una rampa di scale) quindi avevamo solo la cucina e lo spazio lavanderia in condivisione mentre il bagno era in camera. La cucina è ben organizzata: ogni alloggio, anche la yurta (tenda) ha il suo posto nel frigorifero e nella dispensa e non si può proprio sbagliare!!! ho apprezzato questa organizzazione. Sono presenti allo stesso modo pentole, padelle, attrezzi. Chi sporca, lava. Non ci sono gli elfi della cucina perché sono... a fare surf. Se siete un po' schizzinosi non è un contesto che fa per voi diciamo. Bisogna essere un po' adattabili anche a pulire lo sporco di altri quando accade... In generale questo però dipende dalla responsabilità delle persone. Ogni persona che cucinava aveva orari diversi e ogni tanto ci si incontrava: è un'occasione bellissima per viaggiare e conoscere nuove persone. La lavanderia ha un costo di 5 euro pagabile su diverse piattaforme (e forse questa cosa non era specificata sulla prenotazione ma non è stata fonte di disagio). il modello della lavatrice è una Lg e permette anche lavaggi veloci. Il detersivo è presente. In camera, ci sono un letto, una scrivania, armadio capienti una doccia con acqua molto calda. Sul terrazzino adiacente alla nostra camera c'è un altro studio, con cui si condivide uno stendino. Letto molto caldo e profumato, idem la biancheria. Presenti anche shampoo e bagnoschiuma brandizzati. All'esterno ci sono tantissime aree: caravan, camper, furgoni, casette. Il tutto contornato da una cornice verde e dalla montagna. Ci sono aree per i bambini, aree benessere che si possono utilizzare non gratuitamente, e zone di relax con cactus e fiori. Nessuno, forse solo la comunicazione sulla vita comunitaria (che se uno non è abituato si può turbare)

Valerie (8/5): Cute caravan for a short-term stay - Really loved the caravan, it was clean and the interior was cutely decorated. It had everything for a short term stay, the bed was comfortable & during the night it was really quiet so I slept amazing. The location is also great. It seems there are mostly German couples/families staying here for a longer period. Kids are allround present so if you’re looking to connect with other (young) travellers, this might not be the best place/period.

All of the people we met were very friendly, there was a nice vibe. Clean and tidy kitchen facilities available with space in the fridge for your groceries.

Hervé (10/5): Un endroit plein d’authenticité et de charme - Nous avons passé trois jours très agréables à la Casa Cocolores, une demeure typique de la région de La Oliva, avec ses épais murs en pierre et son charme traditionnel. Le grand appartement de 140 m² est spacieux et plein de caractère : ici, chaque pièce a sa propre entrée et l’on passe de l’une à l’autre en traversant le patio-terrasse à ciel ouvert, semi‑couvert, à la fois ombragé et lumineux. La cuisine est moderne et parfaitement équipée, très agréable à utiliser. La salle de bain dispose d’un espace dressing pratique, et la machine à laver est récente – un vrai plus pour un séjour de quelques jours. Il n’y a pas vraiment de salon à l’intérieur : c’est la terrasse qui en fait office, un lieu convivial où l’on vit au rythme du soleil et de la douceur de Fuerteventura. Un endroit plein d’authenticité et de charme, idéal pour ceux qui aiment les maisons qui ont une âme. Pas de machine à café !

Grzech (9/5): Urocze mieszkanie, idealne jako baza wypadowa na surfa lub zwiedzanie wyspy - Mieszkanko było przestronne i bardzo wygodne. Ogromnym plusem jest pralka i duża kuchnia. Łóżko było bardzo wygodne. Otoczenie jest urokliwe, dużo roślin, stylowych dodatków. W okolicy jest sklep Dino. Z Vilaverde szybko można dojechać. Do pobliskich miasteczek np. Lajares, El Cotillo. Check in, check out online, wszystko przebiegło sprawnie. Chętnie wrócimy w przyszłości. Zapach (temat rozwiązuje zostawianie otwartych okien) oraz bardzo powolny odpływ wody pod prysznicem.

Strahinja K. (9/5): - Very pleasant stay! Apartment was really big and had everything we needed. The courtyard and the garden outside of the complex was so pretty with a lot of greenery. We really enjoyed spending mornings and evenings outside. Parking lot is just outside of the apartments which is great. All in all we are pleased! No bad things.

A bbiamo avvisato tramite mail del nostro arrivo anticipato ma la camera non era pronta né pulita.Nella stragrande maggioranza delle location ti fanno trovare almeno una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo.Qui Zero. Le foto del giardino super curato in realtà é un terreno non curato e disordinato.Le Zone in comune non sono curate da ordine e pulizia.Posaceneri inesistenti . Illuminazione scarsa soprattutto nella zona di entrata dai parcheggi alla camera.Manutenzione interna scarsa.In Bagno odore di scarico malfunzionante e in casa al posto di una scopa da adulti c'era una scopa da bambini mini.
Patrizia Carbone (8/5): Casa Cocolores é un ottimo posto per rilassarsi e riposare - Casa Cocolores é stata davvero una bella esperienza, vicino corallejo e el Cotillo circa 10 kmla casa un po’ spartana però con tutto il necessario . L unica cosa è che i mobili sono un po’ datati e si percepisce un leggero odore di muffa però passabile come qualità/prezzo. Addirittura abbiamo scoperto l ultimo giorno che il posto è dotato anche di un orto privato. Davvero geniale! Lo consiglio assolutamente, se non si hanno troppe pretese Soltanto i mobili forse più le porte

The_girl_wanderer (9/5): a great base for exploring the island - The place is very calming. The shared inner garden, the breeze throughout the day, it was a nice base to explore the island away from the hustle and noise of the city. We like to cook for ourselves during long holidays so having our own kitchen in our accommodation allowed us to shop for local produce and try to make local food ourselves. the place is better than the photos they put online. We had a large capacity, modern washing machine, a huge dishwasher. our accommodation was stocked with cleaning supplies and cooking utensils. there is also a shared kitchen where you can borrow stuff that you don't havein your own accommodation. We hae a big fridge too. We rented a studio with kitchen for two but it can accommodate four people. we had a leather couch and a lovely mosaic coffee table. there are four bar chairs and a breakfast island. there is a 4 slot gas burner and oven. there is a shower with hot water. We were in Villaverde which is the hub of some of the best restaurants in the island (the kind where locals would go). there is a supermarket nearby as well that is just a few min walk. you can also walk to the windmills. There is an open-to-all fresh herb garden on site. communication with the landlord is very efficient too. it is just a less than 20 min drive to corralejo and el cotillo, and a short drive to the airport too. The bed could be comfier- but then maybe that is just me because I have a bad back. but for the price point, I think the value for money is amazing. a glass divider to stop the water from the shower would be better than a shower curtain (more of a preference) and feels and look cleaner. There is a bit of humid smell when you enter which i think is because it is not peak season and the room is not aired all the time but nothing a nice reed diffuser from the supermarket can't fix.

Kim (10/5): Magical Place - Casa Cocolores is a magical place where we immediately felt at home. We stayed in the camper for 1 month. Owner Kasia has an incredible talent, her creativity and eye for detail make this casa not only beautiful and inspiring but also warm and welcoming. Every corner radiates love and attention. Manager Kathi is fantastic: always available for any question and ready to help with a smile. The atmosphere was so pleasant that we could work remotely without any issues, while our 2-year-old daughter had the time of her life. She even started seeing the camper as her second little home! During the first three weeks, we occasionally rented a car, but we also got around easily on foot and by bus. Being here felt so natural, as if this place was calling us. We’ve fallen in love with Casa Cocolores and will definitely be back! Nothing

Mareva (6/5): Throwback to hostel life! - The vibe felt like being in hostel or a shared Airbnb, with an outdoor communal part, which means it can get loud at times / at night. The walls are not soundproof. Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper! There is a self checkin process which is ok, but a bit impersonal. It was quite humid in the room. There would be quite a lot of condensation on our windows every morning. The pillows were not very comfortable and made our necks sore after a couple of days, but that’s personal I guess.

Cecilia (10/5): A beautiful, quiet place with radiant people - The place is comfortable and beautiful. All shared spaces are thoroughly cleaned every morning, the staff is friendly and responsive and all the hosts I met were nice and respectful. It is situated in a small rural village surrounded by a gorgeous landscape, for those without a car like me there are multiple beaches on both coasts easily accessible by bus, and a supermarket 10min away on foot.
Ilse (10/5): wonderful paradise to come back to 🏝 - great place to be! I enjoyed my studio and terrace, the courtyard, the beautiful kitchen with refrigerator and dishwasher, the view of the authentic windmills and mountains, but especially the beautiful garden. Upon arrival I immediately felt welcome and communication was very pleasant.

Agnieszka (9/5): Superb - We loved the house: it's renovated and common spaces are great (a dining area, the terrace, small swimming pool). The kitchen was well equipped and clean. There is a big supermarket just in the corner and the town has many tasty restaurants (we've tried two of them). It's near Corralejo and Cotillo if you enjoy surfing. Special thanks to Kasia and Mathias, incredibly helpful staff! The rooms are next to the common area, so your sleep depends a lot on other guests... We were a bit unlucky as there was a family with a noisy toddler playing just in front of our door. It lowered our amazing experience but could really happen anywhere.

Vladyslav (10/5): Hidden gem - Incredible location with lots of small mountains to hike. The town is very small, but still has a decent supermarket. There is a common area in the property, and it looks incredible - lots of palm trees, cactuses, hammocks, a small pool, some couches etc. The place is very cozy since the owners live there too. As for the room itself, we haven't expected it to be so big (two floors) and so beautiful. Even better than the pictures. Many decorations were handmade by the owners. We even had a personal roof area (for sunbathing, workouts etc). Private kitchen, private chillzone, two bathrooms.. I see myself living here for a long time :)) There was no bedside table (I like drinking tea in a bed). Easily fixable though. Also would be nice to have some sort of a drinkable water reserve, or maybe a faucet filter for this
