• Shanthi (3/5): Okay - 1.Very good location - easily found and very near to all places 2.very humble host 3.Rooms were clean 4.House is very beautifully built. 5.Air conditioned rooms. 6.Host always checks on breakfast ❤️ and suggest good place to eat . 1.Privacy ..you will have privacy if you stay in your room other than that it's very difficult to even sit in living room with host being around always like 24*7. If this issue can be addressed than this would be an ideal stay. 2.Not children friendly 3. Even for drinking water we have to ask (no can or glass is provided) . 4.It would be great if TV is provided in rooms. Overall it was like okay experience.But thank you for hosting us.

The host, Mrs. Tessy was friendly and hospitable, even preparing an early breakfast to accommodate our schedule. She helped organize a boat ride and local transport to the station. We would love to return for another stay at her lovely home!

Location was a bit off the track but very quiet, particularly at night. Very large room with comfortable bed. Wifi did not work in room. No mosquito screens on windows. Overhead fan switch was broken, so not possible to adjust speed. Bathroom cabinet door broken. No sign at road to indicate the property entrance (we had to ask a passing local).

• Satish (9/5): Superb - Excellent budget homestay. Spacious and clean room with full ventilation and clean bathrooms. Home made food tea breakfast by owner Tessy was very tasty and not so costly. Good roof to dry your clothes with ironing facilities. Location is bit trickey but no so much problem with help of Google. On our first arrival Mrs Tessy was on main road near homestay to receive us. If you walk by short way about only one kilometer from finishing point of Alleppey government ferry station and ksrtc bus stand. Tessy also arranged auto on reasonable rates for Alleppey local sightseeing and later to leave us for KSRTC bus stand for our ongoing journey for Trivandrum. Nothing

Recommended. - This is a nice 'homely' house/homestay with Dessey (maybe spelt her name wrong, sorry) and her family who I must thank for helping me book a train. She made me a nice Keralan breakfast and also got up at 5am to make me an early breakfast for my early checkout day. She also helped by arranging my boat trip. The room was clean and fine (aircon & fan). It's in a quite location, a shortish walk into the town centre via shortcut down lane - of course you can see the location from googlemaps. The wifi was a bit intermittent for me but not sure if that was my device. I'd prefer a softer bed ideally.

• Kieran (10/5): Fantastic and authentic Indian stay, with delightful hosts - The host was fantastic! Very accommodating to our late night entrances and cooked amazing food for us. Even came and removed a massive spider from our room for us! Air conditioner didn’t work
• Subrata (9/5): Superb - The host was really good with good hospitality skills. I booked a spacious room for 3 people(me, my dad and mother). AC and breakfast is included. The place has serene and nice surroundings.The Alleppey beach is within 3 km. The homestay has terrace where you can give your clothes to dry. The place doesn't allow for bachelors or something like that. Otherwise it's good. Happy travelling !! Beauty lies in the eyes of beholder, i.e., we felt it nice but still it depends on you and your needs. Television wasn't present in the room. Otherwise it's good!!

Finding the home on our own is difficult, they need to put a sign board or a more accurate google map drop pin. More bookings were undertaken. It may not be felt good by people who prefer privacy. Even though they were in different rooms, we still share the common places together.

• Rohit (10/5): Excellent homestay and very kind host - Excellent homestay experience thanks to our host Mrs. Nancy Thomas Ma'am. The host has been very kind and cooperative. They helped us in booking a very nice private boat ride which was much better option than a nirmal Shikara, due to the boat having an additional terrace view. The breakfast which was served to us in the morning was amazing, along with fruit and cake. I would highly recommend this homestay. The location is right in the center of Alleppey, located in a very nice and safe locality. Good parking space is available. The interior of the homestay and the room is quite exquisite with all the possible amenities provided and well maintained. The place is at a walking nearby distance from where Shikara and boat pickup point. Nothing that we didn't like.
• Goswami (10/5): Exceptional - It's a very spacious property with generous host who cooked hot breakfast for us with love and it was indeed home away from home. Next time I'm in alleppy I won't think twice to book this property. Really loved itt!!!! :):)
