• PGCD (10/5): - Great location. Simple apartment, but very quiet, and very helpful host. There was no bedside lamp, and the bedroom only had very bright overhead lights. Besides that, everything else was good.

• Roy (10/5): Wonderful host, large apartment, excellent location, great value. - Everything! Very spacious apartment, excellent location, and fantastic host. The host (Luca) is extremely accommodating and thoughtful, and goes out of his way to make sure your stay is perfect. If possible, he’ll even pick you up at the airport! The location could not be better. All major sights are a short walk away and also has a well-stocked little market on the corner.

• Romy (10/5): Fijn verblijf op een goede locatie in het centrum van Catania - Het ontvangst van de host was fijn, hij heeft zelfs een typisch Sicilaans ijsje voor ons gehaald. De accommodatie was schoon en ligt op een goede locatie. We konden de privegarage gebruiken, waardoor onze huurauto veilig stond tijdens ons verblijf. Eigenlijk beviel alles ons.

He made dinner reservations for us (when we asked for a recommendation for dinner), he brought us connolis later that night and even took us to the train station the next morning. The unit was great and in a great location. It had a full kitchen, bedroom and dining area.

He helped us park the car in the private garage, I find parking in Sicily to be a major challenge, so that was extremely helpful. The garage is totally worth the extra charge. The place is huge and very conveniently located. It is on a quiet street and very walkable to main areas. The pastries were delicious. We needed a place to stay before flying home from Catania airport. We decided to cook a pasta dinner in the apartment and there were all of the utensils we needed. It worked really well. This place is a 15 mintue drive to the airport. Nothing. I would stay here again.
• Emaniadi (10/5): Like in the pictures, good location - Luca is such a great man, very nice, he was available for any question, he offered us as a present 2 of best Canolli in Catania. The location of the property is excellent, in 10 minutes you arrive in the historical center, in 2 minutes is a supermarket, there are a lot of restaurants very close, so it is just great! An extra bonus is Luca's garage, you have to pay extra for it, but it is worth it! Honestly, I did not like the pillows. Sometimes, the neighbors can be loud under the window, but I could sleep even if I am noise sensitive.

He helped us with the garage since we came with a car, and since it is a bit crazy with the traffic in Catania it was very nice to have our own private garage that you had full access to. Luca was very nice and the location was great! I would definitely recommend this apartment !
• Radka (10/5): Excellent accommodation in the heart of the city - The apartment is in a great location - a quiet place, almost in the center of the city. Clean and spacious. Communication with the host was extremely easy. Luca is a very polite person. I also thank him for the early check-in and the delicious cannoli. We will stay there again if we go to Catania.

There is a private garage that solves the parking problem. And location is very good - 5 minutes by walk to the center.

Great well stocked supermarket across the road 5 minute walk to the town piazza and huge Duomo, great restaurants best Arancini and canoli, a short stroll to catanias out door food markets fresh seafood meat and fruit and veg. appartment freshly renovated with tea coffee and coffee machine. All utilities covered. Great comfy bed well airconditiond.
