MaryCarmen (7/5): - Limpio, con mucho detalle. Necesitamos entrar antes de la hora y no hubo ningún problema. Todos muy amables El aire acondicionado no funcionó y el wifi tampoco. La red no estaba disponible excepto la extensión y la clave era incorrecta

Roberta (6/5): - La cosa positiva dell'alloggio è la posizione centrale, che permette di visitare tutta Assisi a piedi, ed è molto comoda anche per chi arriva in pullman dalla stazione ferroviaria. Il fatto è che le foto che presentano l'alloggio sono ingannevoli perchè non appartengono al seminterrato in cui siamo stati ospiti ma ad uno o due altri alloggi più grandi riservati a gruppi più numerosi. E non viene neanche specificato nella presentazione. Entrando infatti nell'alloggio sono rimasta perplessa perchè non riuscivo a riconoscere nulla di quello che avevo visto. Dove siamo stati ospiti noi (tre persone), era un monolocale posto sotto il livello stradale, un po' angusto e con un po' di problemi di umidità. Noi ci siamo accontentati ma consiglio vivamente alla proprietaria di essere più chiara nella presentazione su Booking anche per evitare recensioni negative con conseguente perdita della clientela. P.S. Gentile signora, invece di dire a me che sono scorretta e di scagliarsi in maniera aggressiva ai clienti che hanno qualche "giusta" critica da fare, impari invece ad ascoltare le critiche per migliorare quello che non va. E lei parla di scorrettezza?
