Carmen (10/5): - The moment I stepped into the room, I felt a warm and cozy atmosphere — as if I had just arrived home. There was a sense of harmony and calm throughout the space, making it incredibly easy to relax. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was thoughtfully provided. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, and there was a washing machine available. In the bathroom, I found a complete set of toiletries as well as slippers, which added a lovely touch of comfort. From the balcony, I could enjoy a beautiful view of the pool and the beach, making every morning feel special. I would also like to highlight the hosts — Amira, Sherif, Mustafa, and the rest of the team. They are truly wonderful people. The service was always fast, friendly, and genuinely helpful. No matter what question or request I had, someone was always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, this accommodation offered the perfect combination of comfort, tranquility, and heartfelt hospitality. My sincere thanks to the entire team for making my stay so memorable. Looking forward to meeting again soon.😇🤩

Un vrai petit cocon. • Le complexe : Les infrastructures sont superbes et très bien entretenues. On s'y sent tout de suite bien. • L'emplacement : La position de l'hôtel est idéale pour profiter pleinement du séjour sans perdre de temps dans les transports. • Fidèle à l'annonce : C'est un point important : les photos sont totalement conformes à la réalité. Pas de mauvaise surprise en arrivant ! Le seul petit bémol concerne la pression de l'eau dans la douche, qui était un peu faible durant notre séjour.

Caroline (1/5): Ich will mein Geld zurück und hoffe, dass niemand diese Unterkunft bucht. - Die Lage, der Zugang zum Meer. Wir hatten die Unterkunft gebucht, als wir bereits vor Ort waren und und eine Überbrückung für eine Nacht in Hurghada suchten. Vorab hatte ich über booking.com gute Bewertungen für diese Unterkunft gelesen. Außerdem hatten wir uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden da im Preis von 40 € nicht nur ein Zimmer für zwei Personen, sondern auch Frühstück und ein Hotel Shuttle garantiert waren. Beides haben wir bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht erhalten, als wir in der Rezeption des Hotels ankamen, war leider keine Person vor Ort, die gut Englisch sprechen konnte. Es dauerte eine Weile, um dem Servicepersonal überhaupt klarzumachen, dass wir eine Buchung unternommen hatten. Uns wurde gesagt, dass das Zimmer noch nicht fertig sei und wir auf die Person warten sollten, die wissen würde, wann das Zimmer fertig sei, und konnten keine klaren Zeitangaben gemacht werden. Die Lobby war extrem dreckig und leblos eingerichtet. Das ganze Hotel befindet sich noch in intensiven Bauarbeiten. Die Gespräche wurden überschattet von Geräuschen eines Presslufthammersin den Zimmern neben uns wurde gearbeitet. Überall war Staub. Auch die Haupteingangs Halle ist noch eine Baustelle sowie alle Zimmer auf Erdgeschoss, Ebene und die Flure komplett verdreckt sind vom Baustellenlärm. Etwas verspätet konnten wir dann in unser Zimmer in unserem Zimmer, welches zwar halbwegs sauber, aber von sehr schlechter Qualität war, fanden wir dann zurückgelassene Putzmittel wie ein Putz und ein Besen und Lappen einfach in die Dusche gestellt. Die Armaturen sowie das Bett und die Möbel waren schlecht verarbeitet. Es lag ein Bleichgeruch in der Luft. Im Bad befand sich Schimmel die Wäscheaufhängung auf dem Balkon war kaputt. Das Service des Hotelpersonals war mehr als schlecht selbst in der wenigen unverständlichen Kommunikation. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass es kein Frühstück gebe und auf die Nachfrage, ob es ein Flughafen Shuttle gebe.

David (7/5): Unfinished apartments but I still enjoyed my stay here - Lovely apartment with a sea view on to the private beach. Pretty good location. Although I ended up walking most nights to The Marina. About 20 mins or so. Not a lot on your doorstep for restaurants etc if you want variety The hotel complex was still being built. The apartment unfinished with cracked plaster, badly laid carpet and some electrics that didn’t work. It will be amazing when it’s properly done. But at the price I paid for it I’m not complaining.

Benjamin (9/5): Sehr gerne komme ich wieder - Check In hat super geklappt ohne Wartezeit. Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und sehr zentral gelegen. Man hat Zugang zum Pool und zum Starnd mit liegen. Die Anlage ist super gepflegt und das Café im Erdgeschoss ist auch super.

We booked a whole apartment with one living room and two separate bedrooms, we recieved two double rooms without living room. There was no dining tables or chairs, no sofa and the kitchen equipment was very poor. The aircondition did not work all the time. We made a complaint the day we arrived and they promised to get back with a solution but they did not, we tryed to contact them several times dureing our stay but did not get any answers.

Antje (5/5): Hat meine Erwartungen nicht erfüllt - Lage des Ressorts direkt am Meer Schlechte Ausstattung, kaputte Möbel, Dusche musste repariert werden, Badezimmertür aufgequollen, kein Besteck, Geschirrtuch, Schwamm oä. Wlan funktionierte erst nach Austausch des Gerätes, sehr laut, durch fortwährende Bauarbeiten, Türen nachts laut zugefallen, es war nicht erholsam.

Anett (10/5): 🇩🇪 Schönes Hotel mit Meerblick, freundlichem Personal und Restaurants in der Nähe – absolut empfehlenswert. 🇭🇺 Szép hote - 🇩🇪Wir waren Ende September dort, sodass es nicht überfüllt war. Wir haben – wie gewünscht – ein Zimmer mit Meerblick bekommen, mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Als Überraschung gab es gleich drei Pools, die wir jedoch nicht genutzt haben, da das Meer mit 28–30 Grad noch wunderbar warm war. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Momentan wird renoviert, es gibt laufend Bauarbeiten, die meine Ruhe aber überhaupt nicht gestört haben. Ein Bar-/Getränkeangebot habe ich ein wenig vermisst – vielleicht habe ich es übersehen oder es ist noch in Planung, das war für mich aber eher nebensächlich. In der Nähe gibt es auch Restaurants, sodass man immer etwas zu essen findet. Insgesamt habe ich keinen Grund zur Beschwerde und war vollkommen zufrieden. Bei der Ausstattung ziehe ich einen Punkt ab, da ich einen Handtuchhalter und einen Duschgelhalter vermisst habe – das ist aber wirklich das Einzige. Ich kann dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.♥️ 🇭🇺 Szeptember végén jártunk itt, így a hely nem volt zsúfolt. Ahogy kértük, tengerre néző szobát kaptunk, gyönyörű kilátással. Meglepetésünkre három medence is volt, bár nem használtuk őket, mivel a tenger vize 28–30 fokos volt és tökéletesen alkalmas fürdésre. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész volt. Jelenleg felújítás zajlik, folyamatos munkálatokkal, de ez egyáltalán nem zavarta a nyugalmamat. Egy bár/italpult kicsit hiányzott – lehet, hogy csak én nem vettem észre, vagy még tervben van, de ez számomra mellékes volt. A közelben éttermek is találhatók, így mindig van lehetőség enni valamit. Összességében nincs panaszom, teljesen elégedett voltam. A felszereltségből egy pontot vonnék le, mivel hiányoltam egy törölközőtartót és egy tusfürdőtartót – de ez tényleg az egyetlen negatívum. A hotelt mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom.♥️

Karthik (4/5): Not a resort: A poorly maintained motel with broken things inside. - There is not a single reception person as point of contact. We had a guy who was responding but in his own time. We asked for service but it was always delayed and reasons were given. The main bed coir was broken, the coir were very uncomfortable to sleep on. The spring was hurting us badly. We had breakfast included but the guy in charge told us he can't serve untill 10AM next morning and rerouted us to multiple guys and it was painful to follow up as it was our vacation and not official office work (it was stressful following up for single basic needs). When we checked with entrance/ reception they told us to contact some other person always or the owner(we never had owner in contact). The quality of accessories and items inside resort was poorly maintained. We paid 31$ for one night and it was not worth the penny, it was more like 5$ condo. There was no wifi in the place, we had to call the staff and follow up more than 10 times and eventually at 10:30 PM we got wifi. I would never recommend booking this as it is not justified to call it a resort.

L (1/5): Go anywhere else - Booked this as it was close to shops and a hospital. Room that I booked was not reserved. Room we stayed in was filthy, with none of the amenities promised. No view, lights wouldn't work, water shut off. A/c leaked all over floor, TV wouldn't work.

No facilities I did the reservation with breakfast , they provide you boxes included (croissant, cookies, cake,mineral water, juice) to each one. The apartment doesn’t have sea view Regarding the beach, Shallow water, stones in the beach you can’t swim without shoes , very long distance to achieve suitable depth to swim ( we went to the next beach ) The owner is aggressive, once I asked her why the wi-fi is not working? She start to speak aggressively saying: how could we know that it’s not working 😊

Dan (1/5): Terrible. Poor service and the hotel is still under construction! - This property is a scam. The hotel is still under construction with more than 80% unfinished. For example only one of the 4 elevators work. I paid to include breakfast but they say its not included. There are no reception staff, only security who do not speak English, so difficult to communicate. The room is in a terrible state with no bath towels and the shower flooded the bathroom. The room and bathroom is also unclean. The room I booked online was not the room I had been allocated. It says it is 60m and has a separate bedroom and lounge. This one doesn't, it's a studio and doesn't even have a chair. The walls are paper thin so had to listen to music from the adjacent room until 4 am. Do not book here, you have been warned. After contacting the manager Samir, he responded declining any wrongdoing and no further communication despite4 several emails to speak with him directly. Booking.com also have been unhelpful in resolving the issue.

This is not a resort with 24hrs reception, it is a timesharing residence and the host is a private host. There is no wifi at all, as the wifi is a metered wifi but they do not top it up. The host promised to top up the wifi but never did and was very pushy to book excursion. Also no luggage store if you leave in the evening. I do not recommend it due to the host bad attitude. Misleading listing, this is not a resort and some announced services are inesistent. No wifi at all

I paid for breakfast included option for 4 people and they said that when we arrived they did not have breakfast or any restaurant. For 6 days we had to go outside to have breakfast although we paid like 140 euro extra.Althiugh they talked abiut reimbursement on booking we got nothing. Beach is cllean but not suitable for swimming cause you have to walk like 1 km to reach enough deep to swim if you dare to go that far.
