• Mike (9/5): - Umugama villa’s is een ontzettend fijne en rustige plek ik Ubud. Binnen enkele minuten ben je in het centrum van Ubud! De kamers zijn schoon en de tuin wordt netjes onderhouden. De host; Ketut is erg behulpzaam en benaderbaar. Wij hebben het erg fijn gehad!
• Christine (8/5): Comfortable villa with pool in easy location. - Lovely clean rooms, beautiful pool and gardens. Kadek is very helpful host. Good value breakfasts. Good room facilitates with a/c, fridge and kettle. About 5-8 min easy walk to main road and cafes. Unfortunately construction nearby is quite noisy but not all day.

Manque un peu de luminosité et d’aération ! Joli jardin , bien entretenu! Chouette petite piscine ! L’odeur d’humidité dans la chambre , sinon chouette endroit !

• Karry Amirtharaj (9/5): Pleasant stay outside of Ubud city center with friendly host - Breakfast was always fresh and homemade. Communication with Kadek was easy and very friendly. He was always eager to help us out. One encounter with a gecko in our room was unpleasant, but it was expected because the accommodation is close to rice fields. All in all, a pleasant stay. The way from car parking/pick up place to Umagama villas is a bit tricky by scooter because of the street quality (holes in the ground and narrow parts). Expect rooster sounds in the morning.

• Domenico (8/5): IN MEZZO ALLA NATURA... FORSE TROPPO... - Camera spaziosa e luminosa con una buona la colazione da ordinare la mattina. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo per chi vuole evitare il caos del centro che rimane in effetti un po' distante. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione è scomoda da raggiungere dato che non è accessibile con l'auto, soprattutto con bagagli ingombranti (anche se lo staff si occupa del trasporto in motorino) e distante circa 30 minuti a piedi dal centro.
• Cleo (10/5): - Leuke huisjes, goed zwembad en goede service en communicatie. Iets verder van de weg daardoor lekker rustig. Als je de haan even vergeet die elke ochtend zeer actief is. Goed prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Een aanrader als je in ubud bent.

• Maria (8/5): It was a nice stay. Cute and clean place. Good location - Great location. Cute little guesthouse to stay for a couple of nights. Nature around. Friendly staff. Overall room was good and clean. According to photos. It's a bit difficult to find or walk around, but it's ok with Gojek.

The location was quiet, the room traditional and hidden away in a back corner of Penestanan. Handy to the Yoga Studios, some great eating options whilst still being really accessible to Ubud Central. Lovely owners who really looked after me. Thank you.
• Beatrice (10/5): Exceptional - Very cute bungalows surrounded by fields. Perfect if you want to immerse yourself in the Balinese nature. Said so, consider that the location is reachable via bike and not car. The host was amazing helping me out with all the luggages for check in and check out! Very nice and friendly and great communication even before checking in! Most helpful host I’ve ever had! Thank you so much 🙏🏻🌼🌴

I could hear the other guests in other rooms quite loudly which kept me awake. Construction work next to my room was also loud during the day. Overall a bit too noisy for me.

• Holly (10/5): Beautifully serene Villa, situated close to lots of great Ubud spots - The villa was my first introduction to Bali and I felt immediately reassured by the host’s level of communication from the get go. The location is central by walking, but wonderfully serene. The garden and pool area was beautifully kept and the room was immaculate. I found the host to be very approachable if I needed any help or advice but also very respectful of my space. I think that it is a perfect location for anyone who is solo travelling and is after somewhere peaceful, yet accessible. Nothing
• Christian (10/5): Beautiful getaway, quiet and relaxed - Beautiful little houses, everything very new, clean and tidy. In the most lovely area of Penestanan, Ubud. Quiet, in nature. Super friendly host who takes care of everything. You need to walk a bit from the street or rent a scooter or get a motorbike taxi because there is no car access, which makes this place such an idyllic hidden gem.

They are very helpful to get you there, they meet you at a pick up point and bring you to the lodging.

• Nabah (9/5): Feels like home! - The loctaion was very quite and relaxing.. the owner was super nice and friendly.. the room was extremly clean and comfortable. We had early morning tours planned and we were provided with breakfast early.. which was very nice! Even though its mentioned that the homestay is a bit away from the main street I was not imagining that its that inside.. we were a little bit worried to go out late at night, but in the day it was perfectly fine.. I needed an iron for my clothes and it was not available..

• Keyla (10/5): 10/10 experience - Absolutely stunning villas and pool. The beds are comfortable, always hot water in the showers and good facilities in general. The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Note that you can only access the property by foot or bike, no car, as its on a quiet little street. This wasn’t a problem for me though. I loved the location as it was calm and peaceful, yet close enough to many cafes and restaurants. 100% recommend.

• Brianda (9/5): Superb - Comfortable bed, necessary amenities and a nice cabin made our stay cosy. Basic breakfast without many options, however, we greatly appreciated that it was served on our balcony every morning at the appointed time. We enjoyed the eggs with beans and sausage, fresh juice and coffee that were lovingly made for us every day. The service and support of the host were the most outstanding, just Top!! :) The entrance to the residence is a tiny street that is heavily travelled by motorcycles. It can be uncomfortable at first because you can't walk without having to stick to the wall so that the motorcycles pass now and then, but I suppose as the days go by you get used to it. All of Bali is like that.
