• Anastasiia (5/5): Учтите мой негативный обоснованый отзыв и устраните это. - Находиться в спальном спокойном районе Это пребывание было максимально некомфортно По порядку: не было переходника для розетки, что бы пойти в душ нужно за ранее вкл бойлер, подождать пока вода нагреется и через 40 мин не забыть выкл. Впервые регистрация не только через booking но и через их сайт, это странно и неудобно. мы заехали ровно на 2 недели и было только 2 таблетки для посудомойки( мы купили упаковку и там оставили, пользуйтесь) Дальше чашки ровно 3 шт. Ровно 3 вилки и тд. 2 пакетика растворимого кофе, спасибо) Ужаснейшая сковородка на которой небезопасно готовить, она в ужасном состоянии, при чем когда я читала отзывы, об этом писали уже и вы не поменяли. В микроволновке не было блюдца, как разогреть еду? Кухонные приборы нужно заменить некоторые. Дальше всего одна кастрюля, не хватает еще одной, поскольку в одной у меня был сварен суп ребенку а макароны сварить негде больше было…. Шторы у окна грязные, их постирать и к тому же подшить для внешнего нормального вида, потому что выглядит все так, что быстро сделали ремонт под сдачу и так сойдет, это прям чувствуется сильно. Я редко пишу негативные отзывы, но здесь это невозможно не написать. Дальше в 6:30 -7:00 утра под окнами стройка, рабочие носили железо бросали и стучали, мой ребенок из за этого постоянно рано просыпался. Почему вы не предупредили что рядом стройка? Из нашего пребывания я хотела как можно скорее закончить свои дела и уехать. Очень плохо ребята очень! Исправте свои недостатки о которых уже вам писали ранее!

• Marios (1/5): TERRIBLE PLACE. STAY AWAY - Nothing. It was a terrible place, and the owners did not offer any support. They just DID NOT care. The provided parking was always occupied. The builting main door system was not working proberly and eveytime we need to enter, it took us more thant 20 minutes to manage to open the door. The bed was BROKEN, we couldn't sleep in it, the washing machine was out of order, and the place was not clean. ALTHOUGH THE PLACE WAS NOT SUITABLE TO LIVE IN, THE OWNER REFUSED TO FULL REFUND ME. WE WERE NOT ABEL TO STAY THERE, AND THE OWNER WAS SORRY FOR THAT, AND OFFERED US A 30% REFUND INSTEAD OF A FULL ONE.

Very unsatisfied - Nothing Since yesterday morning, I have been sending you messages and photos, patiently explaining the situation. However, instead of resolving the issue, you continue to delay the matter by asking for more photos and providing excuses. I am 40 years old and have been booking apartments for many years. I have never in my life left a negative review for anyone — you are welcome to check my profile. Unfortunately, the situation at this property was beyond unacceptable. I have never felt so humiliated in my life — on my hands and knees, cleaning water with towels. There was water everywhere: in the bathroom, the hallway, the bedroom, and even outside the apartment. We were literally swimming inside the property. I went away for two days to get some rest, and instead I am leaving more frustrated and upset than ever. I paid 319 euros for this experience, which is completely unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund. I will be addressing this matter directly with Booking.com, as I do not wish to have any further dealings with you. The way this situation has been handled has been extremely disappointing and upsetting. I expect this matter to be resolved immediately.
• Helmut (3/5): Mehr Schein als Sein - Modernes Aussehen, noch relativ neuwertige Ausstattung, und eine ausreichende Sauberkeit ist im Bad. Küche bzw. Wohnung gegeben. Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren auch gut gewaschen und rochen sauber. Es gibt einen Lift und auch einen Stellplatz für das Auto, was in dieser Stadt sehr vorteilhaft ist. Die Wohnung zumindest mit den wichtigsten Küchenutensilien ausgestattet, falls man nicht zum Essen ausgehen möchte. Lage, weit zum Strand und Zentrum, Duschen wird zum Problem, weil das Wasser kaum abfließt, Geräusch-Belästigung durch einen Generator im Haus. Geruchsbelästigung am Abend durch Nachbarn welcher Holz verbrennt, man kann die Loggia nicht um diese Zeit benutzen, und dort keine Kleidung oder Handtücher zu Trocknen aufhängen. In der Küche ist leider nur ein großer Topf und eine eher schlechte Pfanne zum Kochen vorhanden. was wir nicht sehr komfortabel empfunden haben, und leider gibt es keine Zitronenpresse und es ist kein Korkenzieher vorhanden!

• Frideriki (6/5): Nice appartment, wish was more clean - Calm neighborhood, not noisy. There was a dirty towels and bedsheets. Also i wanted to get glasses to drink but also there was dirty aswell. I looked for a sponge to clean but there was only a used one. I texted them from booking regarding the towels but didn’t got any response… Also the ac looks like it needs service… i had it open for more than 2 hours but the living room was still cold. Same with the bedroom.

Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making the space feel welcoming and relaxing from the moment we arrived. The location was excellent and the apartment had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-quality and comfortable accommodation. We would definitely choose it again! -

Na miejscu dostępne pełne wyposażenie w tym zmywarka, pralka, żelazko. Bardzo szczegółowy opis ze wskazówkami jak dostać się do mieszkania, ze wszystkimi dostępami itp. Brak wyznaczonego miejsca parkingowego, parking na ulicy.

• Nikolaos (3/5): - The house has a lot of issues . The sheets are not clean, the sheets had blood stains on them. In the bathroom, the shower phone did not work as it was broken. Also, the TV in the room is not suitable for connecting to other devices or Netflix (very slow connection with disconnections).
• Irina (5/5): Overall, it has good potential just because of the location and price, BUT the cleanliness and maintenance issues made o - The location was ok, very close to the city and easy to get around that’s definitely the main positive. The price was also reasonable. Unfortunately, the apartment needs better cleaning and maintenance. The walls were dirty, the sofa had visible stains, and the shower was clogged, causing the water to fill up and not drain properly. The drain area was full of hair, which was quite unpleasant and which made the bathroom feel unhygienic.
• adi (1/5): מזעזע ! - מזעזע אין מענה אנושי וזה כמו חפש את המטמון, לקח לנו שלוש שעות עד שפתרנו את החידה ובינתיים אף אחד לא נתן מענה. בנוסף ביום שלמחרת שחכנו את המפתח בדירה ועד שענו לנו אמרו לנו שזה בעיה שלנו ועל אחריותינו להזמין פורץ ולשלם לו מכספנו. בושה!!!! לא חוזרת לשם בעד שום דבר. בנוסף חברת הניהול שמנהלת את זה בכלל לא נמצאת בקפריסין, אין להם טלפון ישיר ומופיע שהם בכלל מדנמרק. המלצה שלי, תחסכו לכם את העוגמת נפש הזאת ותדלגו למקום לינה אחר. Shocking, no human support and it's like a treasure hunt. It took us three hours to solve the puzzle and in the meantime, no one responded. Additionally, the next day when we locked the key inside the apartment, by the time they replied to us, they said it was our problem and our responsibility to call a locksmith and pay out of our own pocket. Disgraceful!!!! I will never return there for anything. Moreover, the management company that runs this is not even based in Cyprus, they don't have a direct phone number, and it shows they are actually in Denmark. My recommendation: save yourself this distress and choose another place to stay. Shocking, no human support and it's like a treasure hunt. It took us three hours to solve the puzzle and in the meantime, no one responded. Additionally, the next day when we locked the key inside the apartment, by the time they replied to us, they said it was our problem and our responsibility to call a locksmith and pay out of our own pocket. Disgraceful!!!! I will never return there for anything. Moreover, the management company that runs this is not even based in Cyprus, they don't have a direct phone number, and it shows they are actually in Denmark. My recommendation: save yourself this distress and choose another place to stay.
• Polina (8/5): Отличные просторные апартаменты для тех, кто любит много гулять пешком - Очень комфортно и чисто, просторные апартаменты с большой террасой. Находится далеко от основных туристических зон, пешком до основных туристических улочек и пляжа примерно 1 час 20-30 минут. Автобусы ходят, но если попадете на праздничный день, то на автобусы не надейтесь, пользуйтесь такси.
• Dmytro (1/5): Nightmare - We booked this property specifically for the terrace with a nice view, but the reality was completely different. There was no view at all—only an active construction site, dirt, and wasteland. It was extremely noisy from early morning, and construction workers could literally look straight into our windows, which made us feel very uncomfortable. The photos on the listing are misleading and do not reflect the actual conditions. We were extremely disappointed and asked for a refund because we no longer wanted to stay there. The property refused, so we had to contact Booking.com and report the false advertising. Fortunately, Booking.com helped us and we received our refund. I strongly recommend being cautious before booking this place. Fake photos of the balcony and the views.

Часто бываем на Кипре - с таким нап - Расположение удобное, наличие свободной парковки Жутко неудобные матрас и диван, шторы почти в два раза больше окон, ничего не продумано и сделано в стиле «и так сойдет» Полное отсутствие даже минимального комфорта и хоть какой то мысли о постояльце. Чистота оставляет желать лучшего. Грязная прожженная сковородка, жутко грязная духовка.

• Νάσος (7/5): A good value for money place. I wouldn’t recommend more than 2 days staying. - Calm area , good construction building . Parking place available. Well equipped kitchen. Enough space for 2 in the wardrobe . Big balcony, big tv and many appliances. Couch and mattress were both stained and not comfortable for the 4 days that we stayed. Bathroom without plugs. You need adaptors in order to use any of the plugs inside the house. For four days we didn’t have the possibility to change sheets or towels. Soundproofing isn’t a big plus in the apartment. It’s sad that the apartment has a lot of potential but the furniture inside is quite cheap

• dalila (1/5): Très déçue , je ne recommande pas du tout, nous avons dû quitter l’appartement avant le jour de notre départ - Appartement assez propre dans la globalité mais la salle d’eau n’était pas très propre Du bruit toute la nuit , les voisins n’arrêtent pas , cela pensant 3 jours La climatisation fuyait , il y avait des goutes d’eau toute la nuit , on a eu deux petits accidents , nous sommes deux à avoir glissé alors qu’on essuyait l’eau plusieurs fois par jours Nous avons dû quitter l’appartement avant la fin de notre réservation et pris un autre hôtel , nous avons fait une réclamation chez booking mais ils ont remis en question nos dires , soit disant ils ont vérifié la climatisation et pas de goutes , alors que ça fuyait encore quand on est parties Je ne recommande pas du tout , pour le même prix , prenez un hôtel , vous serez beaucoup mieux Honnêtement très déçue de la prestation , mais encore plus déçue au vu des réponses à nos réclamations ( comme si on avais de l’argent à jeter par les fenêtres pour prendre un autre hôtel )

• Maria (10/5): Exceptional - Nice place, comfortable, has everything one could need. No parking space, air-condition controllers were not working. They put the batteries wrong and also wrong size of batteries. I had to go buy the batteries to make it work but until i figure out what was wrong with the controllers, 2 days passed. They offered, though, to come take a look at the air-conditions but it was a bother for me since i had tight schedule, and also all my stuff was in there.

• Iosif (1/5): Disappointing to deal with them , rip off artists. - Quiet location and close to the motorway. Will only recommend it to someone that has a car as it is not easy to get anywhere to from there. As far as the room is concerned the room was very sloppy in its cleaning , hair from the people before i got into the room everywhere and the toilet was not cleaned up either.
• Stanislav (3/5): Poor - The instructions were provided in a convenient format and were easy to understand. The apartment was dirty. There was no extra set of bedding or towels provided—only two towels and no additional bedding for a 20-day stay for two people. The dishwasher was not working, and the refrigerator was constantly making noise like a diesel engine. Only two rolls of toilet paper were provided for the entire 20 days, and there were no paper towels at all. The shower drain got clogged after the first use, and we had to buy drain cleaner ourselves. The floor, all soft furniture, curtains, kitchen table, and dishes were dirty. Upon arrival, we found someone else's hair on the floor and near the curtains.

• Eva (7/5): Good - Very modern and luxurious apartment. With high quality furniture, very nice bathroom and restroom. Not very clean. As soon as we opened the entrance, the main corridor to the living room, the indoor sofa and the outdoor sofa had obvious stains on them which were very disappointing. We didn't use them and we had to put a bed sheet on the sofa to use it. I would like to have an other pair of bed sheets and towels.
• Tina (8/5): Very good - Nice quiet area, very comfortably bed, shower had good pressure and hot water. Big nice balcony as well. Air-conditioning was good. Also was very helpful that there were labels on the switches. Would be good to provide some extra cleaning products (especially for those who would be staying for a while). Also a coffee machine would be nice with some capsules. Also would be great if the check out was maybe at 12pm since check in times is set for 4pm.
• Liliaz64 (3/5): It was Okbut not the best. The area is not good at all. - The bed linen and the room were clean. In the property description it says that there is a parking spot. I rented apt. 103 and there was no parking spot allocated to that apartment. I asked the property management and they didn't do anything but advised to park in the street which was not what I wanted having in mind careless driving in Cyprus, the are and that my car was rented. Even though I asked the property management and there were few spots available, they didn't do anything. The spot 302 was available all the time but they wanted me to park in the street. The neighborhood and the few from the window is depressing (garbage and unfinished construction).

• Tatevik (9/5): Overall we were happy with the apartment and comfortable stay. - The apartment looks exactly like in photos, clean and modern, with spacious rooms and balcony, quiet surroundings, and all facilities needed. Clear and detailed instructions provided in advance. More small amenities would make it more comfortable - like hangers in the hallway, shelves in the bathroom, laundry detergent (while shampoos and dishwasher tablets are available).

• Maria (10/5): Like at home - Modern renovation. A big advantage clean water for drinking in the appartment. Car sharing zone (RideNow app). You can find everything that you need for cooking exclude oil, salt. Very calm area. without car is it impossible to live there. Or choose taxi everytime.
• Christos (7/5): Nice and cosy for a short stay, anything more upgrade. - Clean and cosy Could only check-in after 4pm and check-out early at 11am! No local TV channels, even after searching which means there is no decoder connected to find the channels. You need to put in your own Netflix/Amazon subscription (which I wouldn't do ) as there is no subscription automatically logged on for the residence. Can't believe that a new building would not have solar panels to automatically warm the water and had to put on the switch for 40 minutes before bathing.
