Guest Reviews
- Richard (8/5): Very good -
- Lesli (10/5): - The staff was very kind and helpful. Offered many things to rent by request. Was also about a 3-5min walk to the nearest stations. Room was big enough for us (3 travelers). Beautiful big window and the balcony was simple and nice. Loved staying here! Thank you :)
- Wataru (4/5): - Room humidity is abnormally high.
Bath water spreads across the floor and soaks the bath mats if they are not laid far away.
There is a lot of dust on the black beams.
The door that needs to be opened to watch TV has to be scraped on the floor. And once the door is open, it is difficult to move around the room.
The design looks good at a glance, but no consideration has been given to usability. It looks as if it was designed by an amateur.
Staff were kind and good.
- Shammit (10/5): - The room was a good size. Very roomy
- Levana (10/5): - Great experience! My family (of 12) will come back here on our next trip. Staff helped us check in even though we arrived close to midnight, was always helpful in anything we needed.
- Nastja (9/5): Superb -
- ?? (10/5): - よかった
- Amanda (7/5): Wasted space on room layout - Laundry service was complimentary right in the comfort of my room. Wasted space in the layout of the room, there was am L-shaped sofa taking up a massive space of the room, and it wasnt comfortable lounging on it. The bath moxed was difficult to control for hot water, and on top of that, water overflows after unplugging the tub for water to drain off. Also suggesting would have been good to have some sort of hooks where travelors can hang their towels or cloths in the bathroom. Last but not least, location was kinda off. Wouldnt even rate this a hotel, more like an Airbnb stay.
- Shaun (9/5): Superb - Rooms were good sized, lovely feel to the place.
- Shaun (9/5): Superb -
- John (8/5): - Good for couples but not family. Room’s pretty small but overall nice little cute property
- Milosz (6/5): Cool design but needs a little of love. - Nice design, big room, great amenities. Overall the room was ok, it has the nice layout, and cool design. I like that everything was hidden, so it was easy to keep it tidy. Location was great for airport transportation (direct line 5 minute walk from hotel). Room wasn't clean. It was really dusty and you can find the old ear sticks in "tight spaces". The bad was really uncomfortable. Location was mediocre (for sightseeing or restaurants) - it was like 20-30 minutes half from Akihabara.
- Joao (5/5): Cool mix of traditional and modern styles but struggles with the functional - The hotel is located in well connected neighborhood (3 subway lines and a train line if not mistaken). It has local kombini, 24h laundry, nice coffee shops. The hotel are split 1 for each floor. They are much more spacious than typical Tokyo hotels. The room itself is also decorated with big door cabinets that hide a lot of storage space. It also hides typical amenities like tv, AC, drinking glasses, washing machine, etc. The room we stayed looked very modern, clean, well lit and spacious. The room was cleaned daily. They also provided extra bed mat (single) and another duvet. The bathroom is big, well lit and contains a bathtub. The bed was very stiff, we had to put in an extra mattress just to be able to sleep on it. The room itself has very poor insulation (sound + thermal), even though it looks like the windows are double glazed. We could hear everything going on outside. You can see big cracks in the pavement throughout the room. In the bathroom some paint? is peeling next to the floor. Also no shower, only bathtub. The tub has some space between itself and the wall which can cause water to leak there to the floor until it reaches the floor drain. For some reason the shampoo and other amenities are above the toilet which is inconvenient and we drip water all over the toilet and floor.
- Sam (10/5): Boutique apartment/hotel that’s well connected to transport in an underrated area - Chose this place because we wanted to be away from Shinjuku/Shibuya chaos yet still easily connected to all tourist attractions if need be. More of an apartment hotel but had on-site staff all the time (ie. Meaning we could send our luggage to the hotel).
Large room size for Tokyo. Great modern Japanese decor with the convenience of microwave, kettle, steam iron, washing machine and a small sitting area - self contained enough to sit and enjoy breakfast/afternoon sake.
Great location in quieter area but easy access to train/subway stations.
There is a Lawson opposite the hotel.
Some great local yakitori places just a short walk away and great coffee at a place called Westside (about 8-10minute walk).
Staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Minor stuff but Just needs a couple of hooks to hang towels to dry on.
- Keanna (7/5): Enjoyable - Location was very good comfy bed good facilities No breakfast
- Quincy (10/5): Great hotel. It’s beautiful and will definitely come back. - A beautiful room! Very comfortable bed with soft pillows and blankets! Light fixtures are beautiful and has a modern take which we enjoyed! Bathroom is spacious and modern. I loved how there’s only one room per floor, so we had the top floor to ourselves which I thought was cool! Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Location is a bit far from the train stations but it’s manageable. Close to convenience store across the street. Able to deliver luggage to and from using Yamato and airporter. Location is a bit far but it’s manageable.
- Thanh (10/5): Very nice vibes - Quiet, single room per floor, has all amenities Floor is a bit dirty
- Soohie (10/5): Comfy and relaxing - Great location, easy to get to nearby transport links. Lots of nearby food options if you want to eat nearby and the rooms are large and spacious. Hard to shower / bathe if you are tall.
- Mingtong (10/5): Exceptional -
- Annie (9/5): Superb -
- Ansel (7/5): Overall pleasant stay, but it could be better - Good cleanliness, friendly staff (english speaking), easy check in and out, convenient instructions in the room, and excellent washing machine/dryer Hotel is next to a fairly busy road so you can hear traffic (occasional sirens in the night).
The ceiling is thin and the occupants above were stomping around (for about half an hour) around midnight.
The heater aircon unit is not very powerful/effective. Even when set to 30C the room feels closer to 18C.
- A. (8/5): Aesthetic room but designs are not very practical - Room was very modern and aesthetic, with a jap minimalist design.
It was about a 5min walk from nearest train station, and there are convenience stores closeby. Even though room was aesthetic, it wasn't design with practicality in mind. An example is the toilet where the shower area doesn't have piping so the whole toilet floor can end up getting wet after a shower. That said, its still an overall pleasant stay.
- Truong (9/5): Comfortable, cozy, covers all the requirements for a holiday stay. - Coming back a second time so soon, no new changes, however, the locality helped us go about our holiday easily. Being close to public transport and nearby convenient stores, allowed us to start our day nicely. No real negative feedback points on the second return to work on. All in all, positive.
- Theng (6/5): Pleasant - The location was ok but not much around the hotel. It is fairly near a subway and there are at least two convenience stores nearby. The rooms were a decent size for Tokyo. The staff were nice, friendly and helpful. The room heater didn't work very well and the shower curtain hardly worked to keep the water off of the toilet floor.
- Truong (9/5): Overall, it was a pleasant stay, close to Asakusabashi Train Station for easy travelling. - The room was cozy, the bed was comfortable to sleep in, and the staff was very friendly, answering all the questions we had to ask. There was extra blankets and pillows stored in the room, which made lounging on the couch a treat. There were guides in the room that showed us how to use the washing machine/dryer and all the necessary information for our stay. There was a lamp placed in the room, however, there were no power points for it, unless we decided to move it closer to a power point, so it was more part of the décor than anything else. The showerhead for the bath wasn't the best, but decent enough. The shower curtain doesn't fully cover the bathtub from all sides, so the floor sometimes got wet. There was a drain for it however, so all the water funnelled towards there.
- Evan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Clare (9/5): Superb -
- Durlacher (8/5): A treat - a pleasure to return to each evening & to wake up in each morning. I'll be back! - Loved the room - layout & aesthetics
Very minimal Japanese - definitely felt like I was in Japan & not a generic chain hotel
A big sized room & bathroom, & with everything hidden away with so much storage, it felt tranquil
had great amenities too - microwave & washer Only thing I can think of was, some hooks in the bathroom for drying multiple towels/washing
But that's a tiny thing
- Hanan (8/5): I like it - It clean & have washing machine A little bit small
- Sander (9/5): Great stay in a beautiful hotel close to undergrounds - - overall atmosphere was great
- it was quiet at night
- super helpful and friendly staff
- spacious, beautiful and clean rooms
- close to stations, we could go anywhere in 30 to 40 min
- Alexander (8/5): Very good -

- Iris (6/5): It was ok, but I wouldn't book it again. - The beds were comfortable, the room had a nice atmosphere balancing traditional elements with a really modern style to it. The AC was good and we had a washing machine in the room. I've stayed at many hotels, so maybe I am too picky. But this hotel was not the cheapest, and there was actually nothing particularly great about it. The beds were super comfortable and that was our highlight, but the rest kind of ruined our stay in the room. The room actually had a lot of space, but the way it was distributed was done very poorly. Also, to get into your room, you barely have space to breathe if you have suitcases and you get out from the elevator in front of your room's door. The bathroom looks nice but was porely designed as well - the shower head could only be placed really high or really low, and it was open on all sides so you pretty much HAD to flood the bathroom to have a normal shower. The wall surrounding the bathroom also was just for decoration and doesn't give you any privacy on the toilet- it would be nice if the toilet had a privacy sound button, but it didn't, so don't stay here if you don't want to audibly share your bathroom habits. Also if you're a girl; doing make-up in here is a challenge in itself, the only mirror in the room is in the bathroom with lighting coming from above you- there are no other mirrors in the room anywhere. There were also a fair share of hairs around the room from people other than us, and some corners were pretty dusty and not cleaned really well. Expected a lot more comfort for this price, to be honest. The nearby train stations are ok, not too far and ok connections. Neighborhood doesn't offer anything exciting- we liked it was quieter, but there wasn't much of anything around unfortunately.
- Korbsak (9/5): Superb -
- Donatella (10/5): Exceptional - Great place! The staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. The room is spacious with plenty of natural light. It's equipped with a fridge, microwave, washing machine, and all the necessary kitchenware like plates, mugs, glasses, and cutlery. The bathroom is spacious, the "walls" don't reach the ceiling, but you get used to it. The location is fantastic, close to both the JR station and the regular metro station. There's a convenience store right across the street from the hotel.
- Korbsak (9/5): Superb - Staff are great and very helpful, They can assist to making a reservation for restaurant and many things. Room is big and clean. Everything you need is in your room. The location is quite good though. The bathroom. A shower water is too hard and keep splashing out of the bath as well as the sink. Also the wall of bathroom is too thin and not keeping any sound. Found some overflow water sound from the drain pipe at night.
- Angelina (9/5): Superb - Very nice staff!
- Milano (9/5): Convininet traffic, High cost performance - Located in a quiet street, 2min-walk to Asakusabashi station while Akihabara is the next stop. You could also walk to Akihabara, around 1.2km. The room is spacious, with a king-size bed plus a sofa bed, a small balcony. And especially, a huge huge wardrobe, which contains everything, washing machine, TV, reading desk, kettle ect. Also enough space for suitcase. 24-hr front desk and on-line ENG service. In Tokyo center, such size room, cost-performance is high. Shower in bathtub, easy to make water leaking
- 嘉揚 (8/5): Very good - Staffs are really kind and willing to help. Special thanks to the lady (sorry I forgot to ask her name) who helped me send out a mail.
The location is good as well. And I love its bed so much! Maybe can put a little mirror in the room so that girls don't need to stand in front of the one that is right beside the toilet. Not that convenient.
- Chikako (7/5): Good -
- Matthias (9/5): Superb -
- Agnes (9/5): Superb -
- Paul (10/5): Amazing - Great spacious hotelroom, great use of space, nice location near the trainstation close to Akihabara. Very polite and helpful personel, supermarket across the street and many restaurants nearby, also close to the metro station. Bathroom is not a sealed off different room, thus bathroom noises are heard in the room when someone is using the bathroom. No proper showerhead.
- Olga (10/5): Exceptional -
- Johannes (9/5): would come here again - we stayed there twice during our Japan trip. after the first stay in Tokyo, we made sure to come back upon our return at the end of our trip.
location and subway access are great - super easy access to Haneda airport.
stylish new place, very clean and comfortable, washer and dryer in room are great, highly recommended. extend shower curtain, as water drips easily.
- Sharon (8/5): Very good -
- Maciej (9/5): Superb - Nice room with microwave and washing machine. Close to JR and metro stations. Very nice staff.
