• fabrizio (3/5): Uncomfortable and dirty staying - good only for location Uncomfortable beds, dirty kitchen, dirty bathroom, dirty rooms, dust everywhere, fridge still with ham of previous guests and very dirty,horrible dirty shower and dirty curtains no toilet paper, wifi no connecting, everything dirty in general, would never recommend to stay, very very poor

• Wolange (3/5): Horror! - Nur die Lage sonst nichts! Der Kundenservice „Hospitality Designers“ hatte zwei Tage vor unserer Ankunft per WhatsApp die Pässe angefragt und Fotos erhalten. Auch die Kaution und Kurtaxe wurde per Kreditkarte überwiesen. Plötzlich als es am Tag der Anreise beim Check-in Probleme gab, hatte ich ein Tag später erfahren, dass dieser Kundenservice „Hospitality Designers“ angeblich seit zwei Tagen nicht mehr zuständig sei. Wir hatten um 16 Uhr Check-in. Nachdem wir gegen 17 Uhr angereist kamen, mussten wir eine Notfall Nummer anrufen, diese hatte uns eine Nummer mitgeteilt. Bei der haben wir schließlich angerufen und erfahren, dass diese in 20-30 min kommen werden. Aus den 30 min wurden über 1 stunde und wir bekamen plötzlich mit Druck die Self Check-in Daten etc. als wir dann die Unterkunft betraten, erlebten wir ein Schock. Es war überall Schmutz auf dem Boden, die Betten wurden nicht bezogen. Die Lattenroste waren sogar teilweise kaputt. In der Küche lag noch benutztes Geschirr und im Kühlschrank lagen sogar noch geöffnete Produkte. Der Klo war sehr schmutzig. Nach dem wir kurz gewartet hatten, kamen zwei Männer (vllt. aus Bangladesch) die hatten sich entschuldigt und gemeint, dass der Eigentümer gestern plötzlich ins Krankenhaus kam und sie vorher hier nicht rein kommen konnten.. eine dumme Lüge. Dies war schon mal passiert, lesen Sie alle die kompletten Bewertungen hier..die Reinigung hat ca. fast über eine Stunde gedauert, mit Betten beziehen. Die Wohnung ist erst gegen 20:15 betretbar gewesen. Trotz Reinigung gab es noch Schmutz und Haare auf dem Boden. Es roch stark nach Essig und das war sehr unangenehm. Ich hatte den Kundenservice an nächsten Tag angeschrieben und wie gesagt, sie waren angeblich nicht mehr zuständig. Wir fühlten uns alleine gelassen und betrogen! NIE WIEDER! Eine bodenlose Frechheit!!!!

• Iryna (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable, atmospheric apartments in a fairly quiet part of the city, within walking distance from the center. Excellent communication with the reception, quick answers to questions. Clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated rooms. Nearby minimarket and restaurants for every taste. We liked Ristorante Casa del Gusto the most. I definitely recommend the apartments. It's hard to find fault with the Eternal City

• Fulvio_za (6/5): Fantastic location and nice apartment but misleading with the “boutique” description! - The location was excellent. Preparedness was a disaster. Apartment wasn’t cleaned from the previous guests when we arrived - everything was dirty, dustbins full, bathroom and kitchen dirty and used, beds were not made and the used sheets on the bed. We arrived at 4pm, cleaners only arrived at 6pm and they did a very quick 30min clean while we sat at the table and waited: Apartment wasn’t properly cleaned and then we stayed an entire week and no further cleaning for the stay.
• Olga (9/5): Superb - Everything was great. No one disturbed us, it was quiet and peaceful. The only inconvenience was the dull knives. A sharpener would be nice. Service and reminders would also be appreciated. Thank you.
• Sylwia (8/5): Beautiful, cozy place, located in charming area. - Newly renovated, beautiful apartment, with all the necessary amenities. Smooth communication, everything nicely explained and easy. Useful guidebook for the guests, I would recommend the place. The mattresses are extremely soft, not super comfortable. Also bear in mind that there’s heater for warm water in the bathroom with limited capacity, so it’s not possible to take few showers one after the other. You need to wait apx.1hour for the water to heat up again.

• Carolyn (9/5): Lovely flat in a quieter area of Rome - Chose this apartment due to location (within 30 minutes walk from Stadio Olimpico) and is was lovely and quiet. Good restaurants within easy reach and lovely bakery and ice cream shop in the same street. Access to central Rome is an easy walk - Spanish Steps & Trevi Fountain, etc. Small, but well decorated with lots of space to keep our stuff. Host was very responsive who also assisted with booking airport & train station transfers for us. Some difficulty getting taxi's in the street for longer distance sightseeing like the Vatican, etc. But found out how to call for a taxi and that made it a lot easier.

• Ellie (10/5): Family Stop in Rome! - Apartment recently renovated, comfortable, elegant and quiet. There were 5 of us and we had a great time. Large, spacious rooms, with comfortable beds and comfortable pillows. The area is excellent, full of services and 15 minutes walk from Piazza del Popolo or easily reachable by tram from Piazzale Flaminio. Quiet area, excellent for a family like ours with a supermarket very close. The assistance girls are excellent, always reachable via WhatsApp and self check-in is convenient! We'll be back!
