Wir haben von der Vermieterin Getränke und einen kleinen Snack geschenkt bekommen. In der Gemeinschaftsküche gibt es kostenlos Wasser und Obst. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig.

The host even popped a complementary bottle of Prosecco in the room, as we came to Rome to celebrate my husband’s birthday! My double bed was a little too firm for our liking.

Sí te gusta caminar no necesitarás usar transporte ya que puedes llegar a cualquier lugar de Roma caminando. La atención de nuestra host es 1000% excelente, todo el tiempo responde tus dudas y te hace sentir como en casa, nos recibieron con aguas y un pequeño refrigerio. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme ahí.

• Yoanna (10/5): The best property!! - From the moment you walk in, you feel at home!! The host is extremely friendly and welcoming! He explains in the easiest way how and where to enter upon arrival, so you don’t get lost! There’s a very nice complimentary treat in the fridge, plus a kitchen, hairdryer, iron, all kinds of amenities that I’ve rarely seen anywhere else! The location is just a 5-minute walk from the Colosseum, which makes it super convenient for exploring the city. The neighborhood is not dangerous at all, but rather very peaceful. I don’t think there’s a better place to stay in Rome! If you’re wondering whether to book—don’t hesitate, just book directly! You won’t regret it. We will definitely come back again!!

Amazing partial view of the colosseum if you peak out of the window at the right angle. Lovely location Hard to say, our stay was great!

Y todo muy limpio. Además nos entregaron el apartamento a las 11 am, lo que fue muy bueno para nosotros ya que llegábamos a Roma muy temprano. El secador de pelo se me apagaba.

Great contact from the host, very responsive and we were able to leave our bags safely at the property before check in. Great location. Just a few minutes walk from the colosseum and plenty of restaurants nearby. Slightly noisy from the tram lines outside but would still return as the positives far outweigh the 1 negative.

It’s rare to find someone with his attentiveness - LOved everything about the Colosseo House Maybe the only negative but this can not be helped and has nothing to do about the structure or Management is when the subway train passes just like some other cities is a little noisy for a few seconds,

Room was clean, large bath towels, snacks/drinks in mini fridge, working air conditioner, TV, coffee pod machine...all you need for a short stay. Small grocery nearby and easy walk to restaurants and sights. Communal sink area was nice with a spigot for filling up water bottles for sightseeing. Would recommend and stay there again! Very firm mattress.

• Tricia (10/5): Beautiful accommodations, a superb host, and a walkable location - The hospitality of the owner was beyond my expectations and was greatly appreciated. Upon our arrival, the owner had left us snacks, beverages, and fresh fruit. Additionally, a Nespresso machine with capsules was available for our use. The room and premises were spotless, spacious, and decorated beautifully. There was a kitchen with filtered still water or filtered sparkling water. The location was terrific. We walked from Roma Termini to Colosseo House in about 25 minutes. We could also walk to the Colosseum in about 7 minutes, and there were excellent restaurants nearby. We ate at Colosseo Caffe about four times because the prices were great, and the food and service were terrific. The location felt very safe and attractive. I would definitely stay here again.

• Anonymous (10/5): We highly recommend Colosseo House, as it was a great place to stay. - The property looks better in person than in the pictures. The host communicates with you as much as you need and the location couldn’t be better. Walking distance to so many things and when we needed to be on the other side of town, we used the it taxi App and had a taxi there several times with 1-2 minutes. We were impressed with the whole room being completely renovated and new, just beautiful. We will refer family & friends here and perhaps one day even return ourselves! Not a dislike, for us because we needed the steps after eating lots of food but you should be aware that there are a few stairs to climb.

Host was responsible, attentive, and even booked us a taxi to get to the airport. I would give this one an A+. A little confusion in the check-in, but probably because I was unfamiliar with WhatsApp.

Property is very clean, comfortable. We had a great time. We highly recommend for the families. Several stairs are there to reach elevator, and very strict check out time. But it worked fine for us. Host was flexible keeping the luggage in the kitchen on the check out day. Only one key is bit drawback, if you have to leave kids and go out then you need to reach out to host for entering into property. Ofcourse host is very quick to respond.

We were allowed early check-in and small room refrigerator was stocked with juice, pastries, water and sodas, what a great gesture! This is in a building with other apartments, did not quite expect that but it was fine once we figured out the building. Small elevator available; a Carrefor grocery store downstairs that was very convenient, location is on the perimeter of the city, which makes some locations a bit far, but transportation is available just in front of the House, a 3 min walk to the Coloseum, impeccably clean with service every other day. Quiet location and great A/C. The hair dryer in the bathroom did not have much drying power and when i mentioned it to the host, he brought a new and regular hair dryer! Host arranged for early 6:15 am transportation to the airport! Family room had double bed and two twins, very convenient for a family! Small shared kitchen had fresh fruit on a tray for guests. The shower does not have a shelf to put soap or shampoo. We made it work but it would be nice for the shower to have a shelf. The bathroom could use towel bars instead of hooks, but that is minor.

Despite not meeting the manager / owner the warm Italian welcome via brilliant videos and constant communication via what’s app was fantastic. Kind, thoughtful, efficient - we really couldn’t have asked for anything more. Traveling solo with my 12 yo son having a shop on the doorstep and a kitchen to prep snacks and high speed wifi was so much more relaxing for us than a hotel. Great air con meant the 35 degree heat wasn’t an issue at bed time. We will be back ! Tiny thing - it would be great to have a shelf / hanging holder for soaps etc within the shower

The location is unbeatable -you can see the iconic Colosseum right from your window, and it’s just a few hundred metres away. I loved being able to enjoy the view both during the day and beautifully lit up at night. The host went above and beyond to make my experience memorable, recommending some amazing local restaurants that added a delicious touch to my trip. Even more, he kindly allowed me to leave my luggage there until the evening, which gave me the freedom to enjoy more hours in Rome and meet up with all my Romanian friends without any hassle. An unforgettable stay in the heart of Rome.

• Poorvi (9/5): Nice, warm stay in Rome - The proximity to the Colosseum is a plus. You can see it right from the window. The location and the rooms are very good. Since its a new property, it gives a perfect mix of old and new as the building is old but the property is very new. The room looked upon the street giving a perfect European experience. There's a small sovenior shop right next to the building to help spot the property. Our stay was only for a day. The nearest metro station is a bit far. Can get hectic if you travel with luggage. The traffic of Rome can also be challenging.

It was on the main st and lots of traffic and noise outside (but the property is well insulated with good windows) I have never been to Rome and we knew we wanted to see the coliseum. So we booked near to that. It was a bit of a walk to everything else. But that’s Rome for you.

• Kehoe (8/5): Clean bright and spacious room - The room and bathroom are spacious and bright with all the amenities you need. There is a full kitchen right across the hall if needed. Staff is fantastic and helpful even though we never met them, they were quick to respond to any questions. The colosseum is just down the street so any easy walk and there was a great little cafe on the corner to grab a coffee and croissant. The traffic noise is quite loud in the room. Not too bad with the windows shut but we couldn’t get the air conditioning going so was quite hot in the room or quite loud.

Andrea answered all my questions and helped with recommendations of places to eat in the area. The rooms are a good size compared to what I’ve heard can be available in Rome for your money. Check in was super easy. There is a lift but we didn’t use it as it was only up one floor. The view from our room of the Colosseum was a real treat! There is a small supermarket right outside the front door which has everything you need. We were so thrilled with our stay that we’ve booked to stay again for our last night in Rome before we head back home! Nothing! Everything was fabulous!

• Levon (4/5): Disappointing - very noisy even without taking into account external noises, constant strange noises inside - knocks. All night there were strange sounds from the refrigerator. When opening the main door, the whole room also rattles.
• Hermine (10/5): Exceptional - Very close to Coloseo, after metro station you turn to left and go strait. Living here you forget that it wasnt your house. Andrea is so caring about everything, always in touch with watsup. You never feel you alone in Rome. Thank you . My next stay in Rome definitely will be here again.
• Radhakrishnan (10/5): Wonderful place near colosseum - Location was great, very close to the colosseum and walkable distance to nice restaurants. There was a grocery story next door. The host was very attentive and responded to all our queries immediately

• Lorraine (10/5): Home from home. Fresh, clean and great location - Fabulous location, easy to locate and great communications. Bright, clean, modern. A super sized bed and high powered shower, home from home for our trip. Nothing- everything was perfect.
• Antoine (9/5): Overall, my stay at this property was enjoyable. It’s perfectly located just minutes from the Colosseum, with great tran - I had a fantastic stay at this property! It’s ideally located just a few minutes’ walk from the Colosseum, with the iconic landmark even visible from the window—such a great view. Getting around was a breeze, with easy Uber access and a tram stop right outside. A supermarket located in the same building was an added bonus. The property was clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches like complimentary chocolate and drinks. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall, a perfect spot for exploring Rome! While I had an overall great experience, there were a few downsides. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a restful night’s sleep. Additionally, if you want to open the window for fresh air, be prepared for a lot of noise. You’ll hear trains, sirens, motorcycles, cops, mopeds, cars, and groups of people talking loudly all night and into the morning. The train noise stops around 1 a.m. and starts up again at 4 a.m., so there’s only a brief 3-hour window of quieter time. This could be challenging for light sleepers.

• Shannon (10/5): Best way to see Rome as a family. - Amazing location. You can see the Colosseum from the window. Safe street and easy to find. Great for when you need a quick break in between all the walking. It has everything you need and more. They even provided us with ponchos when it started raining.
• Yegi (10/5): Too location and great place to stay! - Great location, easy access to all of the major attractions. Easy check in and out and a great communication with the host. Super clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, and a communal kitchen in case you need it. None! All was great!
• Imran (8/5): Overall it was a nice and pleasant stay - The property was extremely neat and clean with interiors done in modern style. It was bit noisy with windows on the main road and curtains were not blacked out.
• Emma (9/5): Perfectly placed apartment, spotlessly clean. Would come again! - Incredibly clean apartment in an amazing location. Beds were comfy and the little treats in the fridge were a lovely touch. I had booked three beds and one wasn’t made up until our second day, so my son had to share with me. But, the staff dealt with it as soon as they could, it was a very minor issue.
