• Heleen (8/5): Goede locatie en host! - Fantastische locatie, dicht bij strand en metro halte. Goede host. We hadden een stoel en borden te weinig, maar deze werden direct gebracht toen we dit aangaven.

• Nietta (10/5): ottimo - L'appartamento è pulito, dotato di 3 camere da letto + ampia zona cucina/soggiorno con divano. Buono il riscaldamento, a pompa di calore, ma riscalda tutta la casa. Il bagno è confortevole, dotato di numerosi prodotti per l'igiene intima. La cucina è fornita di bollitore per te/tisane e macchina da caffè. Nel mobile della cucina abbiamo trovato tisane e gallette di riso. Il supermercato è vicinissimo, utile ad acquistare ciò di cui si necessita. Vinicissima è la fermata di bus e metro, tutto molto ben collegato al centro cittadino. Alla spiaggia si arriva a piedi. Fernando è stato a nostra disposizione per tutto il viaggio, persona gentilissima.

The host is very responsive -There was a really bad smell in the whole building -I woke up everyday with nearly puking because of the smell -Pillows were super high and uncomfortable -The apartment is super old - you can definitely find a better stay for the price -I really felt uncomfortable staying there and was thankful that it ended to be honest (even if it was only 2 days)

• Zita (5/5): - Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, kellemes környék. Kommunikatív szállásadó. A szálláshely szerényen felszerelt, bizonyos dolgok régiek és kopottak, a tisztaság nem tökéletes, a zuhanyzóban a tömítés penészes, a vécéülőke régi, megsárgult, a falak foltosak, javítást és festést igényelnének. Ennek ellenére kellemes napokat töltöttünk Valenciában.

• Tsvetelina (9/5): Great - Great location. Close to the beach, close to bus stops. Everything you need in the apartment. Quiet neighborhood. Pillows were too big and uncomfortable.
• Gleb (8/5): Good location and price match - Amazing location, clean, all facilities needed Synthetic bed sheets, elevator door on the floor is disgusting, air conditioner is yet to handle hot weather. The toilet works strange. In general flat feels old and used.

• Linde (8/5): Prettig - Het is een compact appartement waar je met 4/5 personen goed kan verblijven en alle gemakken heeft die nodig zijn tijdens een verblijf in spanje. De woonkamer / keuken heeft een airco wat prettig is, de wifi werkt goed. er zijn 3 aparte slaapkamers, en de badkamer is niet groot maar de douche en wc werken prima, meer heb je ook niet nodig. Het zit op 5 min lopen van het strand en in de omliggende straatjes zijn veel restaurantjes waar genoeg lekker is. op 8 min lopen zit een grote supermarkt en verder zijn er kleine supermarktjes/nachtwinkels in de omgeving bij nood. Om naar het oude centrum te gaan maak gebruik van fiets, taxi of openbaar vervoer. wandelen kan ook maar tel hier dan wel 1 uur voor. Er waren geen grote dingen die tegen vielen.. het enige wat ik kan opmerken is dat de keuken inboedel niet helemaal compleet was, dus weinig borden en glazen.
• Jennifer (7/5): Good - Great location, good size and everything you could need. There was even a bottle of water in the fridge when I arrived and a packet of biscuits on the table. The bed sheets smelt musty, I actually put them in the washing machine when I got there. When I went into the spare room to look for extra hangers there were dirty bed sheets scumpled up in the wardrobe. Lots of leftover, half used bottles in the bathroom, hairspray, bodywash etc. And random food in the cupboards in the kitchen. I'd prefer there to be nothing as opposed to a half eaten jar of Nutella and half empty bottle of bodywash in the shower.
