• Kiriaki (9/5): Sunset views - Unbeatable views! Great comfort, very thoughtful host. Everything was fine!
• Michael (1/5): Avoid as much as you can - The location (and the behavior of the host) kinda. Anything else it’s just negative. Especially considering that its price is on the mid-high range… One of the worst stays i had. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Dirty (and i don’t mean only clean but also antihygenic). Lot of noice considering the single glass windows. Lot of light, considering no curtain in one of the windows. Lights are not properly working.

Οσο για το δωματιο ηταν σύγχρονο, άνετο, λειτουργικό με ολες τις ανέσεις, πεντακάθαρο, σε τέλεια τοποθεσία και με μοναδική θέα που βλέπεις όλη τη Θεσσαλονίκη. Την επόμενη φορά που θα ξαναβρεθώ στην όμορφη Θεσσαλονίκη θα κοιτάξω να μείνω παλι στο ίδιο δωμάτιο.. ΑΡΙΣΤΑ...10 ΜΕ ΤΟΝΟ..!!! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ..!!!

• Mirela (10/5): Τέλειο - 1.Η τοποθεσία ειναι κοντά σε όλα τα κεντρικά σημεία της πόλης και κοντά σε εστιατόρια ταβέρνες, καφετέριες και μίνι μάρκετ 2. Ήταν όλα καθαρά και άνετα. 3. Υπέροχη θέα τόσο την ημέρα όσο και την νύχτα που σε κάνει να μην θες να βγεις έξω . 4. Πολύ ευγενική προσέγγιση του οικοδεσπότη Ευχαριστούμε πολύ σίγουρα το προτείνουμε και σίγουρα θα ήθελα ξανά να μείνουμε εκεί.

• Tugbaa (10/5): Harika - Oda tertemizdi. Manzara zaten muhteşemdi. Biz çok rahat konakladık. Sahibiyle yüz yüze hiç iletişime geçmedik bütün talimatları verdi çok rahatlıkla odaya erişimimizi sağladık. Asansör vardı çok eski olsada olması yeter. Gürültü hiç gelmedi. Arabamızı GRAND PARKING e park ettik. Odaya oldukça yakındı bu avantaj sağladı. Otopark için günlük 15 euro verdik. Gezilecek yerlerden biraz uzaktaydı ama bizim için çok sorun olmadı

We could check in at any time since it was self check-in, and she even let us stay in one of her other apartments because our flight was very late, after the check-out time. We will 100% come back!

• Nicoleta (8/5): I would return to this property for sure. - Very well positioned, clean, excellent view. After we turned on the safety for the boiler, we had no cold water at the bathroom sink. Very much appreciated would have been to have some extra waste bags. Another thing which is out of the owner control is the noise that the little birds made constantly, day and night.
• Antohe (9/5): Great location and view, some small improvements needed - The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures — clean and nicely decorated. The location is excellent, very close to the seafront promenade and the main tourist area. The panoramic view over the port is truly beautiful. Overall, I had a very good stay, but there are a few things that could be improved, especially in the bathroom: when using hot water, cold water doesn’t run properly at the sink, and the faucet is a bit loose. With some small maintenance work, the experience would be perfect. Thank you for the stay!

The location of the accommodation was perfect for exploring the area, with plenty of restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the heart of the city.

• Victoria (9/5): Superb - The Iris apartment is perfectly situated for the centre of town and the seafront. It was spotlessly clean. The owners were on hand if needed and gave clear instructions on entering the building. The view was great and over looks the port, you can hear the traffic, but that didn't worry me as I'm a heavy sleeper, especially after all the walking I did. The bed was very comfortable also. I would definitely stay here again. The paint on the bathroom ceiling needs some attention, but that's all. On booking.com, it tells you there is a shuttle service from the airport, which unfortunately there isn't, but I don't think that information was down to the owners and I did email booking.com so hopefully it will be rectified.

• Octavian (8/5): Good value - The host was very helpful, the apartment is central and we loved the AC No parking place but there is a paying parking lot across the street and the furniture and amenities maybe a bit old.
