• Ellen (9/5): Perfect voor een verblijf in Brighton. - Ruim appartement met alle faciliteiten aanwezig. Proper sanitair en gemakkelijk om in te checken. Geen mogelijkheid om bagage achter te laten, maar we hebben onze bagage dan achtergelaten in een opslagplaats dichter bij het station.
• Delphine (8/5): Séjour très agréable - Emplacement parfait dans Kemptown, pas loin de la fameuse jetée, des Lanes et de North Laine. Appartement confortable et très propre. L'appartement est situé en sous-bassement comme on le voit en Grande-Bretagne, il.manque de lumière. L'équipement en vaisselle est vraiment sommaire, même si les vacances ne sont pas le moment de la grande cuisine, un saladier serait bienvenu.

Nothing I can think of!

The apartment is equipped with everything you need. It is well-kept and clean in general, but… …the floor was very dirty. Unfortunately, despite our several attempts to clean it, all of our white socks ended up in the trash can 😕

• Hristofor (9/5): Clean and cost flat in a quiet street, thank you! - Very warm and helpful host, messaged me the exact location and instructions to get in. Clean, cosy, quiet location within easy reach to the centre. The bed was comfortable as well as the other facilities. Thank you! The water in the bathroom sink was going down very slowly but other than that all was great. It didn’t impact my stay much.

• Johan (10/5): Flott leilighet - Nyoppusset leilighet med uteplass. Den er flott og alt fungerte. Prisen, vi har reist ofte til Brighton, prisene har steget altfor mye de siste årene.
• Sian Kristin (9/5): Recommended, would def stay again!! - The place is really lovely and practical in every sense. Karen was helpful and made up the sofa bed before our arrival. There's a folder available with all the info you could need. The only negative is the sound from the upstairs neighbours. It's loud, but only a few times a day, so I think it may be when they use the stairs? Not a huge bother, but you notice it in the early morning.

• Oneill (10/5): Lovely stay - We had a lovely stay, the bed was big and comfy, had every thing you need, smelt nice a fresh and the heating was fab and easy to use, easy to find smooth check in and instructions, could do with a extra towel or two but wasn't much of a issue, big smart television which we enjoyed and nice touch with a courtyard which would be lovely during the summer, fridge has a little freezer at the top which was handy and we could store ice cubes in there.

Parking was convenient too and not too far away. Apartment was very cozy and enjoyed our breakfast in the seating area in the back garden. Couldn't fault it.

• Stephen (10/5): Home away from home. - Great little apartment, well equipped and near the seafront, ideal for a little sightseeing. Great communication with the owner, and when we had a little hiccup with the water, they were round as soon as possible to rectify. Would definitely stay again. Hopefully, it's free next time we're in Brighton. Nothing, great space, lovely furnishings, and ideal for our needs.

Me and my partner were so impressed and really good value for money. Everything had clearly been very thought out and everything was there that you’d need! We will definitely be coming back!! Nothing, I imagine it’s even nicer in the summer to make use of the little courtyard One thing, just be mindful of parking, we parked on queens walk and paid on the phone but received a fine, we are currently appealing it but just something to be mindful of :)

• Tony (10/5): The perfect weekend getaway! - The apartment was amazing! Very spacious, light and clean. The courtyard was a real bonus. I'd never stayed in an apartment before, but after our wonderful experience at the Kemptown Courtyard Apartment, I doubt I'll ever want to book a hotel again! Having the facility to cook our own meals in a spotlessly clean and very cute kitchen was great and really added to the value of the apartment overall. The living room and bedroom were a good size. Staying in the apartment rather than a hotel meant that if one of us was an early riser, we could take ourselves to the living room, pop on the kettle to make a coffee and watch a little TV, all without disturbing the other. This makes such a difference and is so very much better than being confined to a single hotel room. The location was fabulous, with numerous pubs, bars and restaurants at the end of the street. We could see the sea from the doorway of the apartment, it's that close! Central Brighton and the Laines are a short 10 minute walk from the property. Parking is very easy and convenient as Chapel Street parking is one street from the apartment. The cost of the secure underground parking is £18 per 24 hours, which is only a couple of pounds more than the tickets/permits we're usually provided with when staying at a hotel or B&B in the area. Overall, I would say that this is the best weekend away we've had in Brighton, and we've been several times over the years, all due to the convenience, perfect location and delightful, incredible value Kemptown Courtyard Apartment. I'm already hoping to book here for this coming August! The weather, it was a little chilly, but there's only so many things we can control!
• Patricia (10/5): It was all we wanted and more than we expected. - Location was perfect for us,being close to family and central for Brighton and close to the sea. The little courtyard was a lovely bonus. Everything in the apartment was clean and new and fresh. It wasn’t at all noisy. Nothing.
• Cakes (10/5): Beautiful Stay in Brighton - The apartment was emaculate, instructions were clear, and we loved the little private courtyard. It was a very comfortable stay, so close to the sea front and a short walk from the town, the ideal spot for exploring Brighton. We hope the apartment is available the next time we're looking to escape London. No complaints whatsoever

• Des (8/5): Great Apartment, comfortable, roomy and in walking distance to sea front. - Loverly private courtyard. Unexplained continuous loud vibrations from flat above, the noise was at regular intervals. Tried alerting occupants in flat above, but got no response. Second night, same issue. Then put a note through the letter box and sent email to host. The noise suddenly stopped, I could hear movement above. Annoyed that host unwillingly to investigate disturbance, and occupants in flat above not having the courtesy to come down and apologise.

The bed was very comfortable and the little kitchen had all the equipment needed for cooking . The deco was fab too . The location was brilliant in kemp town and it was down the end of the street and wasn’t too noisy . It is very near convenience stores and some good local pubs . Spent New Years Eve ( 2 days ) at property and went to the Black Dove pub for NYE ( a pub that I’ve loved to go for many years when visiting Brighton ) A fabulous local pub .

• Jacqueline (8/5): My stay in the flat helped to make my Christmas cosy and enjoyable. - The flat was in an ideal location in a quiet road but near the sea front and with a Co-op supermarket just round the corner as well as a couple of Indian restaurants. It was clean and friendly - a Christmas tree was provided! Some place mats/coasters could be provided to protect surfaces. A bottle of milk would have been nice, not just sachets. There was a little noise from footfall in the flat upstairs but only in the daytime, nights were quiet.

• Svitlana (10/5): Exceptional - Good afternoon, the owner of the apartment made sure that it was comfortable for people to live there, that it had everything you would have at home, an excellent location, a tasteful interior. A large amount of dishes and surprises for guests, I didn’t want to leave, this was the first place where there was no non-original item that might not be liked. I wish everyone a pleasant vacation and, of course, choose this option for your vacation. There's nothing that you wouldn't like.

Very good location for exploring Brighton. Only very small negative was the street at the bottom of the road felt quite rundown, some homelessness and drug issues.

One of the best stays I’ve had with Booking.com the owner was easy to contact and gave all the information required including parking, distance on things to do, where the property was located. Absolutely nothing bad to say about the property.
• Alexia (9/5): Excellent value for money. - Excellent location and value for money in notoriously expensive Brighton. You will not get anything better for the money and in fact not at all of the standard of this cute place. Good size property and rooms and bonus of outside space. Really nicely decorated. Good WiFi and tv. Good communication and response time from owner. The noise from the stairs of the upstairs property. The cold bathroom and the noise from the heating system. I would have liked to have had a cloth to dry the washing up and hands. But these are minor issues as it’s a lovely property and I enjoyed staying there and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The property was okay. quiet cold, as only doors in property were in bedroom / bathroom, the flooring freezing so need to wear socks/shoes on all time.bed very firm, not comfy for me, some may like it. The sofa bed, very hard, Daughter had trouble sleeping on it. Very hard sofas. Any one with mobility issues, beware, there are 6 steps down to front door, with no railing, so can be a struggle.
