• Cemre (3/5): - Your stay in such places directly depends on the level of manners of the people staying in the other rooms. The guests in Room 1 were awake the whole night; they even took a shower at 4 a.m., and we had to listen to the water running for hours, with doors slamming constantly! The house should have strict rules clearly written everywhere – for example, no showers at night, keep the noise down, etc. The host is a very sweet person, but strict rules must be applied to protect the comfort of the guests.

• DP (6/5): Very average with no privacy of the shared facilities - Good location for metro station and coliseum Shared bathroom and the other guests walking into our room as they were told room 1 where I was staying with my family and the other guests were smoking in the same common space

• Maciej (10/5): Ideal for a Rome stay, super clean, great location! - Our flight has been delayed and we arrived reallyyyyy late after the previously agreed hours, host welcomed us with open arms and there was no problem. Great location, 4min on foot to Colloseum, close to tram/bus/underground stops, really clean inside, the bed was comfy and room spacious, we didn't use a kitchen but there is everything you need. Great stay!

Host nie mówi po angielsku, ale to bardzo mały problem, ponieważ zna włoski oraz korzysta z tłumacza, żeby dopasować się do gości

• Akhil (10/5): - Iam traveling around Europe for last 5 years this is the third time iam visiting rome. I got this amazing place accidently. Nothing to say 10/10, the lady working there she will treat us like a family member, and the location is amazing.

• Emma (10/5): lovely stay - The location is ideal if visiting the colosseum is on your list. There's also a small carrefour nearby. This accommodation did have shared bathroom but as there are are two rentable rooms for many this wouldn't pose an issue. The place is kept very clean and the Mrs Ying who looks after the place does what you can to make you feel at home while leaving you to yourself. It's best to make a note of the number to call upon arriving

• Kiernan (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, short walk to the Colosseum and quick busses from outside to all other tourist attraction. The room was massive with beautiful high ceilings. Great aircon, which was really needed during our stay. Bathroom and shower facilities were shared, but perfect. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting to fully experience Rome

• Anne-marie (8/5): Once we were settled in our room we were pleased with everything. - Bathroom & our room was very nice & met our needs. The light breakfast was a treat & helped us to start our day properly. There was some confusion when we arrived. We were told to go to the 2nd floor when we arrived but No further info was given regarding how to get our room & our key. By luck thus nice woman came down & brought us to our room. There could be more clarity & less confusion upon arrival. But the the rest of the visit was very nice.
• Laura (6/5): Super close to the Colosseum - 15 minutes walking distance from the Colosseum what’s the good thing about this place They advertise a room with a balcony and it didn’t have it. -Room was really small -only one bathroom to share with other two rooms. We had to wait about an hour to use the bathroom because other people were showering. -no elevator, so you have to go up to the second floor that is really three floors up with your luggage. -you can hear all the traffic and people passing by at nite.

I totally recommend this to anyone. The lady who received us is very kind. Maybe the bed can be improved but still I rested well.

• Eskandari (10/5): Exceptional - The property was so clean and the access to the city center and monuments were very fantastic. The host is a very tidy and clean woman. Although she can’t speak English and uses google translate to communicate, I found her the kindest. Once it was rainy in Rome she offered me her own rain protection jacket and for the rest of the day gave us some apple juice.

• Kiki (3/5): Very bad stay. Misleading information. Ying was nice and good location . - The only good thing about the property is the location. Very close proximity to Colloseum and all the major attractions. Also Ying that lives there is very nice. First and foremost the description provided of the property is deceiving. The room has a shared bathroom as it is a big house and they are renting out the rooms individually. We booked a room that supposedly had a tv and air conditioner and we ended up with no tv and a fan. Also there was a small fridge in the room that we needed to unplug at night as it was so noisy that you couldn’t sleep. We had to close the window to be able to sleep at night due to the noise of the street and just with the fan it was almost impossible to have a good nights sleep. The bed was really uncomfortable as well. Overall it was a really bad and poor experience from the start and the only good thing was Ying that she was leaving there as well as she was a very nice person and really helpful. I wouldn’t recommend it and the truth is that we were really upset due to the fact that the information was not accurate and very misleading.
