• Valentina (6/5): bene, ma non benissimo - l'alloggio è ben posizionato, internamente è nuovo e pulito. Da potenziare scarico della doccia, altrimenti si allaga il bagno L'host non l'ho visto, ho lasciato denaro contante alla struttura, cosa che non mi è mai successa. All'arrivo il palazzo non si mostra benissimo, non ha insegne. Il portone è sempre aperto e non ti dà l'idea di essere in completa sicurezza.. anche se il portoncino in cui ci sono le camere ha codici di ingresso personalizzati per gli ospiti e una card per accedere alle camere. Se sei in compagnia bene, se viaggi da sola, non è un'esperienza che rifarei.
• Jeffrey (8/5): Prima verblijf op goede locatie in Tirana - Mooi appartement in rustige wijk nabij bezienswaardigheden. Self-checkin was prima net als het appartement zelf voor de prijs Matige communicatie vanuit host. Op dag van checkin kregen we pas rond 14:00 uur reactie met checkin codes en locatie. Ook verder weinig respons op andere berichten en checkout.

• Sofie (5/5): Ok, mehr nicht - Die Lage Schwer zu finden, vor allem weil wir scheinbar vergessen wurden und genauere Informationen uns erst auf Nachfrage zugeschickt wurden. Laut Inserat sollte das Zimmer ab 12 Uhr verfügbar sein, letztlich konnten wir dann aber erst um kurz vor 3 ins Zimmer. Oberflächlich sauber, aber nicht wenn man zu genau hinguckt. Der Balkon konnte nicht als solcher genutzt werden, da die Jalousien defekt waren und man deswegen vor Jalousien saß.
• Ermal (2/5): Never again here. - Bathroom sink was on the floor. It was a floating sink so you have to bend down to wash hands. Code and key card didn’t work and host unresponsive twice.
• Marilyne (9/5): Appartement agréable - Situation proche du centre-ville, endroit calme et appartement très joli. Pas de couverts, frigo non dégivré qui perd de l'eau et manque de casseroles. L'équipement de la cuisine est à revoir (à completer) c'est dommage pour un appartement
• Regina (7/5): - Das Appartement lag zentral und man konnte alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig innerhalb 20-30 Minuten erreichen. Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben und für den Preis angemessen. Das Bett war groß und bequem. Weitere Decken und Kissenoptionen standen zur Wahl. Die Zimmerkarte funktionierte leider ab und an erst nach dem dritten oder vierten Anlauf. Es war etwas hellhörig. Das Doppelzimmer war mit einer Verbindungstüre durch das Nachbarzimmer getrennt. Für Familien ausgezeichnet, als eigenständige Raumnutzung gewöhnungsbedürftig.
• Patrick (9/5): - Great location close to the centre, and lovely park. Spar & a bakery 1min walk was convenient for food. Easy to access and nice clean space. Good balcony which gets afternoon sun. Would return here if ever back in Tirana
• Niko (1/5): - The location was good. The room did not meet my expectations. The floors were really dirty. There were cockroaches under the bed and the bed frame was white with poison. There were live cockroaches in the bathroom. We went to the hotel for the night. We did not meet the owner. The problem was clearly known.
• Jelle211 (7/5): Fijn appartement op centrale locatie - Ruim, schoon en modern appartement dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. Contact met de host ging moeizaam. We stonden al voor de deur en moesten toen bellen en appen om erachter te komen hoe we naar binnen konden.

• Marc (7/5): It is central and convenient for any excursions in town. - The apartment is spacy and safe. Modern bathroom but we missed a rack or hook for towels. No toilet paper holder, no place to place toiletteries, no rack for shampoo. You can not park a car ! Unfortunately also the kitchenette is useless to prepare food. Limited space. Missing coffee or tea amenities. No kitchen towel available. There are no bedside lamps or a table. We heard plenty of noises from other guests staying next to us. Communication with host was bad ! Payment had to be made in cash. As we did not meet the owner, we had to leave our payment inside the room upon departure.

• Bolabhandari (6/5): Fair place to stay at walkable distance from Square - The location is 20 to 25 mins walk from the square. We stayed for 3 nights. No kettle. The bathroom had no hangers for towels and clothes. No housekeeping done and sheets / towels changed.First time stayed in an Apartment so not sure if this is the practice.
• Anonymous (2/5): If you are an animal lover and are OK with cockroaches then this place is for you. - I got the code for the main apartment door prior to arrival. I was surprised that there are also codes for the individual rooms and I did not have the code. Luckily the Host saw me and opened the door. Evidently he had sent the code just prior to me arriving but i did not have wifi yet to be able to see the code. This review is for room 2 where I stayed. The place is nice as other reviewers have said. Upon my arrival I was greeted by cockroaches. I killed two which wasn't pretty. I then went to bed as I had not slept for the past 36 hours. Shortly after I felt something crawling on me so I immediately turned the lights on and saw a big cockroach in my bed. I tried to grab it before it ran and it started to fall apart and made a mess in the bed. Host was not reachable as he he had lost his phone.
• Marija (6/5): Pleasant - The location is okay for walking through Tirana. Nice terrase. The apartment missed the water kettle, a couple of glasses, little spoons - the basic kitchenware. This is easily fixed. What needs to be improved is the host response time - we did not have urgent requests but still waited for more than couple of hours for answers. Also, we had cockroaches. Finally, it would have been nice to actually get a key to the apartment and lock ourselves from the inside if needed. This way, anyone could try and guess the password.

• Luiza (10/5): Great Stay At Dua Apartments. - Our stay at Dua apartment was super comfortable. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The apartment was clean and in a great location. Great restaurants around. We missed something to be able to make coffee. A kettle or coffee maker would help.
