- Julie (1/5): They should never allowed to rent on bookings they are cancling at the last moment and didn’t give me the full refund th - I didn’t get to see it as they canceled the morning of my stay. I was already on my way to London for a conference when they told me my stay was not possible. I had to quickly find an alternative. It was horrible.
- natalie (6/5): Glad it was only 4 nights even tho I went home a night early - Was ok for a flat, the view and location to shops is good and the lifts worked. It didn’t have a baking tray to cook after a long day. Which I had to buy. After asking if the parking could take My Work Van, I had no reply so I turned up and couldn’t get into the multistorey car park paid parking was £14 for two hours. Parking is far away from where you’re going. Just ended up being a real nightmare.
- Luisa (9/5): Soggiorno molto piacevole e soddisfacente - Posizione ottima, ogni punto della città è raggiungibile da qui tramite bus, treni, metro, uberboat ( consiglio quest’ ultimo invece di prenotare crociera sul Tamigi) Appartamento spazioso e molto carino, bella vista panoramica sui tetti del quartiere. Nelle immediate vicinanze ogni sorta di servizi. Pulizia buona, Wi-Fi che non si collegava, ma problema risolto velocemente con richiesta ad Host. Appartamento caldo grazie a stufette e termosifoni elettrici. Zona frequentata e movimentata ma tranquilla e sicura Solo tre asciugamani per due persone, veramente pochi, purtroppo la richiesta di averne altri non è stata soddisfatta. Contattare l’ host non è molto facile. Questa l’ unica pecca
- Leo (4/5): We did not stay in the apartment as the surroundings were unsanitary. - We did not stay at the property as the entrance to the property was filthy and the apartment needed some maintenance. Mouldy bathrooms, cupboards with items stored and overflowing. We arrived late due to a flight delay and we could not get into the apartment as there is only concierge service to 11pm and no back up to get the key to get in. We were left stranded at after midnight on a cold night and had to checkin to a Primier Inn as a result. Worst experience ever!!!
- Douglas (10/5): Absolutely Excellent!!!!! 7* - We had a fantastic experience at this property in Woolwich. The flat was beautifully presented, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The space felt modern and well thought out, with plenty of natural light and a welcoming atmosphere that made it feel like home straight away.
The location is excellent. Woolwich is well connected, with easy access to transport links, shops, cafés, and riverside walks. Getting into central London was straightforward, but it was also nice to come back to a quieter, more relaxed area at the end of the day.
Communication with the host was smooth and professional from start to finish. Check-in was easy, instructions were clear, and any questions we had were answered quickly. It was clear that a lot of care has gone into making guests feel comfortable.
Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay in Woolwich. We would happily return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located property. Absolutely fantastic no complaints!!
- Segolame (3/5): Not pleasant. - The night guard was very nice and helpful. The host was not helpful. The parking instructions were not clear. And upon calling we were told ‘I am still at the barber, I will call in an hour’ we know how we can’t just park anywhere. The bed not comfortable at all.

Living room and kitchen bright and tidy. Selected for the free parking. Turned out maintenance of the floor and a sudden loss of a parking permit meant we had to pay. Promised a partial refund but it did not arrive after a week.
Stain on bedding.
Bathroom wasn’t particularly clean, 10 sheets of loo roll provided.
- Richard (10/5): Marvellous location. - The location is a perfect location for most travelers. They have hair shops, restaurants, 3 train stations (DLR, Elizabeth line and national rail), all which connects you to central London. The property is quite cleaned. You can connect your TV logging like Netflix, Amazon or DAZN on their smart TV.
Washing machine, Microwave and fridge is available at the property, they also have a lovely security man at the reception of the building. This place is big enough for a family of four to five to share if needed.
The host is also a great communicator, always replying promptly to any queries.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, and I would be happy to stay there again in future. Nothing at all.

- p (10/5): - Great location, well equipped flat. Responsive host. Smooth check In. The flat had some fresh flowers 💐 as welcome. I loved that nice detail.
- Desna (3/5): Frustrating - The location was perfect for what we wanted There was no hot water and despite constantly talking to the off site agent this was never resolved. We made it clear this was essential as I had completed a long charity walk but I was unable to have a hot shower> The reception desk refused to help (it was not their problem) and our contact failed to help. I cannot get a response to my request for a partial refund. There were a number of other issues with the accommodation but the lack of hot water and the complete failure to resolve this was totally unacceptable
- Joy (3/5): A bad start to our start in London, owner not arranging proper process to fix the issue - We arrived 2 hours after our prearranged early entry after more than 24 hours travelling, to find linen scattered around, dirty conditions. Owner arranged cleaner to come in so we took a walk. Went to take a shower and 1st shower was quick to go cold. Advised owner and between cleaning contractor and owner requested to change badly identified switches in hot water cupboard. The building supervisor should have been advised but it got to the stage that neither switch worked. On 3rd morning advised owner we were leaving and requested refund. He pleaded not to go but on the 5th day we had had enough.
We booked into another property which cost us a lot more than the refund, but also no refund has been determined by Booking.com. Fixing the hot water problem, keeping his word on agreed email for early entry, instead of letting someone else stay the night and not arrange cleaning sooner.
- Alison (5/5): Passable - It was tidy and had free parking.
Location was ok, just a boat trip away from our planned events When we arrived it had not been cleaned. Had to follow up with the host several times by phone. There were issues over the key & that the cleaner may not be able to gain entry!
However, when we return at the end of the evening this had been done, but maybe the cleaning had been a little rushed.
Flat could do with a little love to bring it up to the standard shown in the photos.

- Daniel (6/5): Convenient location, Maintenance is required in the property. - Dirty Laundry under the bed, shower broken. Old food in the fridge. Place needs maintenance and a proper clean.
- Lewis (1/5): Terrible property, awful owner - Nothing, terrible property owner was rude Turned up at 5pm when the room was suppose to be ready at 3 to fine the cleaner still in there with her boyfriend and didn’t even know we had booked a room, I then called the owner of the property telling him we will be going else where as the property was not as advertised, looks nothing like the pictures, the owner said on the phone I would get a full refund only then to tell booking.com he will not be giving a full refund. The owner was rude and obnoxious to our situation telling me the reason why they were behind was because people left late, it’s not our responsibility to deal with the previous occupants of the property. Overall a complete disgrace, poorly run property in a terrible location, the only positive being the cleaner was a nice person. Stay well away from this property and the owner

Thanks - Proximity to place of work, the kitchen facilities, all small necessities were provided with thought and care. The water was very hot and shower was good. The flat was quiet. The car park was very close and the Sainsburys supermarket was also on my way from the car park to the block of flats. The block of flats was locked with a receptionist/ security..
I want to thank the owners for provisions provided with thought and care. I would have liked the owners to have communicated with me in the first few hours of my stay. Finding the heaters/ switching on the heating was a challenge. I had to work it out myself. There could have been instructions within the flat in an obvious place. Switching on or connecting to wifi was a challenge in the first few hours. I worked it out as time went on; wifi code seen on the bottom of the router. This could have been written on a laminated sheet and placed in an obvious place. Both found eventually but caused anxiety.
