• Laurent (8/5): Un appartement familial parfait pour découvrir Séville - Appartement spacieux, très propre, parfait pour 4 (2 chambres, 2 salles de bains) et dans un quartier calme et très agréable, facile d'accès au centre de Séville. Communication facile et réactive avec l'hôte. La remise des clés en horaire tardif certes, mais à 30 euros quand même.

En ningún lado está indicado que es un piso tercero sin ascensor y al ir con maletas, además de que las escaleras casi eran de caracol, se hace difícil la subida al alojamnelto. El plato de ducha del baño no tragaba bien el agua, entre ducha y ducha había que esperar media hora para que el agua no se desbordara.

• Francisco Xavier (8/5): - Buena habtacion, limpio, lindo en una muy buena ubicacion. Eran multiples pisos por escalera y el colchon era mediocre.

• Jorge (9/5): Espacioso apartamento con buena ubicación - Excelente ubicación, amplio y con 2 baños. Cuando vuelva a Sevilla lo tendré en cuenta para repetir posiblemente. Que no tenga recambios de toallas y ropa de cama. Siendo Sevilla una ciudad de mucho calor, que no tenga recambios de toallas( ya que es posible que te duches más de 1 vez al día), ni tampoco ropa de cama por si después de unos días quieres cambiar las sábanas. Las almohadas bastante incómodas también.

Fajny przyjazny wlaściciel.y Mieszkanie bylo sprzątnięte, ale moim zdaniem nie dokładnie. Szkoda, że na duzym tarasie na dachy, z fajnymi widokami, nie bylo prawie żadnego wyposażenia. Krzesła na tarasie byly brudne.

• Clare (9/5): Good apartment in great location - Nice roomy apartment. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great to have 2 bathrooms. Small balcony overlooking the street. Upstairs terrace with great views. Kitchen a bit dark and table quite small to eat at.
• Lena (8/5): Mycket bra område och stor lägenhet - men utrymme för förbättringar - Mycket bra och mysigt område. Nära till allt och mycket bättre restauranger än på andra sidan floden Golven i lägenheten hade nog inte varit våttorkade på länge - väldigt smutsigt. Borde tala om att lgh ligger på tredje vån och att hiss saknas. När vi anger tid för ankomst 17-18 ( går inte att vara mer precis) kommer den som möter upp kl 18.. Detta måste framgå av Booking.com . Vi väntade i 20 min på att bli insläppta

• daniela (8/5): Soggiorno a Triana - Ci è piaciuto molto: la posizione, la presenza di due bagni di cui uno con finestra e vasca, il soggiorno ampio, l'aria condizionata nelle due camere e nel salone, il silenzio delle camere, il frigorifero grande, fornelli elettrici, microonde, bollitore, lavatrice, alcune finestre con zanzariere, avere due mazzi di chiavi distinti, trovare detersivi per la casa e la cucina. A nostro avviso si potrebbe fare più attenzione alla pulizia degli ambienti e dei mobili e armadi e rinnovare alcuni mobili della cucina e delle camere. La lavastoviglie l'abbiamo tenuta chiusa in quanto usciva cattivo odore

• Anne (9/5): We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed staying at Escencia Triana - The space and cleanliness. Well equipped. Too many stairs to climb of which we were aware.
