Viele Restaurants, kleine Supermärkte etc. zu Fuss schnell zu erreichen. die Musik unten im Hotelrestaurant (Wintergarten plus Aussenplätze) war viel zu laut.

- März (1/5): Auf keinen fall wieder - Die Unterkunft wahr im allgemeinen ganz solide aber leider sehr laut im Innenraum Mir wurde einfach Geld berechnet für angebliche Kleider Services die ich auch nach über einem Monat und nach mehrmaliger Zustimmung seitens des Hotels nicht zurück bekommen habe . Ich gehe davon aus das das hier absichtlich passiert und Mann hofft das es den Leuten zu viel aufwand ist . Passen sie auf das sie sich entweder ganz von dieser Unterkunft fern halten oder ganz genau auf alles achten . Auch die fühlenden Tür Dämmungen zum Gang sind schrecklich

- Alexander (4/5): Better Upmarket Hotels Elsewhere - The design of the hotel is great - very chic and impressive both outside and in. Good location, though I wouldn’t stay in the Old Town again (but that’s maybe more of a personal preference). I’m afraid to say the whole stay was thoroughly disappointing. Staff were unfriendly (at best) and just rude and unhelpful at worst. There was no hot water on day 2 and generally the water pressure was frustratingly poor — showering was a real challenge. I flagged this twice and was told a mechanic would look in, but nothing changed. Housekeeping was painfully slow and we’d often come back to the room at 3pm/4pm to find the room (which had been vacated at 9am) had still not been cleaned. The room was tiny and overlooked a bar which played music late into the night with windows which were not sufficiently equipped to insulate against this. There is a small gym underground but otherwise no facilities. For a supposed luxury / 5 star hotel, it’s just not good enough by such a long way. I was really excited for this stay and was hoping it would be a treat to have a touch of luxury to end our holiday. Sadly, it was a total disappointment and a waste of money (for what we could have got at other hotels which we had been considering). Wouldn’t ever stay here again.

Le design de l’hôtel, le petit déjeuner délicieux et généreux. Un peu de bruit la nuit du fait des chiens de rue qui aboient. Sinon tout était impeccable.

- Anatzadik (10/5): Great hotel in a great location - The hotel is in the best possible location for anyone who wants to explore Tbilisi old town. The staff was so kind and helpful and attended to our every need. The rooms are large and clean, the beds are very comfortable, AC is working well and the breakfast is wonderful. Bathroom door does not close all the way. The coffee in breakfast could be better. Other than that everything was perfect.

Camera e bagno di ampie dimensioni. Il confort in camera dovrebbe migliorare. Ad esempio non c’è una porta in bagno (nessuna privacy!!); in una stanza così grande, bisognerebbe mettere almeno un paio di sedie per poter appoggiare le proprie cose; i tendoni in camera non oscurano dalla luce, occorre dormire con la mascherina.

I had asked the day before about a late checkout, and because it was high season, I was told it might not be possible and to check again in the morning. I was actually about to go and ask, but while I was having breakfast, the staff found me themselves and kindly told me not to worry — they had arranged a late checkout until 1 PM. That level of proactive care really impressed me. Excellent location, absolutely delicious breakfast, incredibly comfortable bed, beautiful rooms, and service of the highest standard throughout. The only small downside was that my room faced the street, and although the windows blocked most of the noise very well, occasionally loud cars with music could still be heard.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were truly wonderful. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special mention goes to the lady in charge of breakfast. She was absolutely amazing — so friendly, positive, and full of good energy every morning. Also, the shower water spills all over the bathroom and even into the room — a complete disaster. Breakfast is acceptable.

- Rezeda (9/5): Прекрасный отель в старом городе - Отель расположен в старинном здании, недавно реновированном, все новое, чистое и красивое. Само здание расположено в историческом старом центре. Рядом пешеходная улица с одной стороны здания и узкая проезжая- с другой. Место людное и не тихое, на пешеходной улице еще и бары- рестораны. Однако, это не очень мешает, в 23 ч весь шум и музыка снаружи прекращаются. Советовала бы выбирать номера повышенной категории- стандартные небольшие. Прекрасный приветливый персонал. Хорошие завтраки. Камерная приятная обстановка. Внизу ресторанчик с живой музыкой , со столиками в зеленом дворе и видом на прекрасную старую церковь. Единственное чего не хватило- это места для сушки мелких постиранных вещей в санузлах. И было бы приятно, если бы в ресторане внизу для гостей отеля были скидки- это общепринятая практика.
- Philippe (9/5): Bel hôtel conforme à nos attentes et très bien placé dans Tbilissi - Qualité globale de l’hôtel (design, literie, chambre & lobby) L’hôtel dispose d’un parking de taille modeste La taille du parking (mais compensé par la gentillesse du personnel pour faciliter les entrées et sorties) Et la salle du petit-déjeuner qui est aveugle en sous-sol (mais dans une belle salle voûtée). Donc rien de rédhibitoire.

It was in the centre of the old town so great location. The hotel had music playing in the corridor with a speaker just outside our room. It could be heard very clearly in our room coming on at 8 in the morning and off at 11. I've never stayed at a hotel where they would play music just outside a room. This meant you could not go to bed early or lie-in without being disturbed by the music. Madness.

The gym was stunning and had great equipment, the beds were fluffly and the rooms were super clean and aesthetic. The staff were also immensely helpful, and gave me a chord converter when I lost the one I had. They also walked me 5 blocks to meet my taxi to the airport in the middle of the night, just to ensure my safety. Such an upscale hotel in a charming area, incredible for its price.

TV channels not great for UK guests. Bath next to TV felt dangerous (water and electricity?). Soap and shampoo bottles fixed to wall in the shower meant these products were not available when having a bath and alternatives not provided by the bath.

Especially Dona was super nice and detail oriented. Hotel itself located in the old part but in the same time ones you enter you feel like you are in a quite space. Design is high end. Clean. If I ever come back to Tbilisi, will stay here again. Hotel has very nice breakfast- lots of choices and all fresh and elegant. Very comfortable pillows and bad-it was important for me.

- Amanda (10/5): Stylish, comfortable, great breakfast and perfect location! - We loved our 4 nights at Qarvasla Hotel in April. Our room (#1005) was exactly as shown in photos, with an incredibly comfortable (and enormous) bed and spotless bathroom. A real bonus was the comfortable window seat with a perfect view of Sioni Cathedral; we were there the week before Orthodox Easter so there was lots of activity and it was fascinating to just sit and people watch. I thought breakfast was great, with plenty of interesting choices; husband not so happy that coffee was always a little lukewarm, but we worked out that it was better to get a double espresso from the machine then top up with hot milk from the cereal area ;-) Staff were welcoming and efficient. Best thing = LOCATION and comfortable bed. Everything was great, though I would probably have added a couple of coat hooks by the door/wardrobe and a towel rail in the bathroom – there was nowhere to hang wet towels.
