• Marta (6/5): Correcta - Ubicacion buena cerca del metro !! Camas un poco incomodas : sofà cama necesita un cambio , cama grande dura y almhoadas muy blandas Se necesita otra estufa en invierno!!!

Todo ha sido fácil desde el primer momento y nos hemos sentido muy a gusto durante toda la estancia. Sin duda, un lugar totalmente recomendable y al que volveríamos encantados.

• Etienne (8/5): - Appartement spacieux. Lit confortable. Proximité du métro Mauvaise isolation des fenêtres, heureusement la rue n'est pas très bruyante mais tous les bruits s'entendent. Accessoires de cuisine un peu sommaires (pas de passoire)
• Cloé (6/5): Appartement fonctionnel mais très mauvais accueil ! - L’emplacement (facile de se déplacer en transport en commun). Appartement fonctionnel. Nous sommes arrivées à 22h et nous avons dû attendre presque 1h pour récupérer les clés, et cela sans aucune information du propriétaire, et aucune réponse à nos messages et appels. Finalement une personne est venue nous ouvrir avec un accueil glacial… Aucune explication ni excuse n’ont été donnée!

• cristina (8/5): Pleasant stay - The apartment was clean and comfortable, with an excellent location; close to subway stations, surrounded by restaurants and shops, and set in a pleasant neighborhood. The building is quiet during the day, and the natural lighting inside is lovely. Wi-Fi worked well throughout my stay. I especially appreciated that the place was pet-friendly; it made traveling with my companion much easier and more enjoyable. Weekend nights can get noisy. The waste collection service tends to be quite loud with the trash bins, and nearby partygoers add to the commotion. I recommend closing the storm shutters at night to help reduce the noise. The mattress isn’t the most comfortable, but for a short stay, it’s manageable.

• Yorick (9/5): Superb - It's a nice apartment with everything you need. The neighbourhood has some good food places, and the Cuatro Caminos station is nearby with three metrolines, so you can travel to other places in the city easily.

• Attila (9/5): Great little apartment in a good location really helpful friendly host - Great location near to the metro station 25 min from downtown at Opera. Cozy little apartment with all amenities close by. Good place for 3-5 days if you wanna discover Madrid. We were there at Easter so barely had any traffic on the first few days. It was a bit noisy after easter weekend in the mornings but not unbearable. Could improve on small things like having coffee cups it only cost a few bobs but would give a better experience.
• Viky (7/5): Did the job - Good location to where we needed to be Could do with some TLC, the silicone in the shower should be replaced since there is black spotting, broken off hangers in the bathroom not replaced. Could do with a soap rack in the shower. Please remove or wash out the toothbrush holder, it's filthy. The boiler is tiny, not enough warm water for 2 people to take a shower in a row and it takes forever to get back to temperature. WiFi isn't the fastest. Coffee machine didn't work and led to a time consuming chain of questions and requests via chat and email so I just gave up. A lot of street noise during the night even during weekdays.
