Host very clear with communication and check in was easy. Parking very secure round the back via gates, and parking on road also plentiful if preferred

• Liz (9/5): Perfect for one night for the three of us - We were one adult and two big children so it was wonderful having a room and own bed each. The beds were clean and comfortable enough. Towels were provided and hair dryer was available. It looks like a well looked after property and I liked that you can see out onto the street or car park. The kettle, tea and biscuits were also appreciated.

• Kirsten (8/5): Trip to see Man Utd! - Location. Peaceful. Spacious. Definitely needing a bit of tlc, especially the bathroom, it was a bit grotty

• Stephen (9/5): Good nights sleep in a comfy apartment - Good comfy flat . We were only there a short time but it suited us well. Not the apartments fault. Due to our flight being delayed we didn’t get checking in until after 11.30pm so the apartment was cold however if we had have been able to check in prior to the football game we would have left the heat on until we came back.

Very spacious and comfortable rooms, bed and sofa. Lots of extra amenities in kitchen and bathrooms too which we weren't expecting. The owner goes above and beyond. Very happy with our stay and would definitely book again.

• Jason (10/5): Homely Feeling. - The Beds were very comfortable. Lots off little bits there for comfort like shampoo, soap, towels and plenty of them. Tea, milk and coffee, an added bonus. Ordering pizza and delivery was no problem. Smart TV, wifi great, and books to read if you are there longer. Clean and very presentable. We were able to contact the host with no problem. The apartment heated up quickly. Private parking around the back, but no problem street parking at the front. Friendly neighbours. Nothing that would stop me booking it again when I have another trip to Manchester.

• Nicola (10/5): Lovely apartment, everything you could need. - The beds were lovely and comfortable and the arrangements to get into the apartment and use the car park were really easy. There was a lot of street noise on the first evening, a large event/party, the windows did nothing to block out the noise! Every word could be heard from the street below!

Clean, well looked after, spacious and comfortable. We only stayed for a night but could’ve easily stayed for longer. It felt like a home from home. Close to amenities, secure parking and nice and quiet. Exactly what we wanted. Good sized bedrooms, really comfortable beds and lovely living area. Perfect! Nothing at all to dislike.

The beds were super comfy and it was in a nice quiet area so we had a very good sleep. Full kitchen facilities, tea, coffee and biscuits provided as well as shampoos etc. very happy with the stay. Thank you The sofa wasn’t the comfiest (but a beautiful sofa), since there was 4 of us we couldn’t all sit on it and the rug on the hall way is slippy, I’d recommend taping it down as I think it maybe could cause an accident in the future.

• Fidelma (8/5): Wonderful location, very quiet Apartment block, - It was very comfortable and cosy the bedrooms were really nicely decorated There was a problem with the shower it leaked, only one towel and no Iron , I didn’t realise when booking it was a third floor apartment with lots of steps so not ideal for somebody with mobility issues.
