• Daniel (10/5): Tolle Ausgangspunkt, wenn man an den Strand oder nach Rom möchte - Tolle , alles da, was man braucht und noch mehr leben wie eine italienische Familie tolle Gastgeber, sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit, Laufdistanz zum Strand, als Ausgangslage zu einem Ausflug nach Rom, sehr empfehlenswert Nichts

• Lukáš (10/5): Naprosto úžasné ubytovaní hlavně pro rodiny s dětmi. - Útulný a plně vybavený byt ve čtvrtém patře s výtahem. Super pro rodiny s dětmi i na dlouhé pobyty. Vybavená kuchyň i dětský pokoj včetně hraček. Pračka, myčka, prostě vše na co si jen vzpomenete. Vše fungovalo jak má. Předání klíčů, objednání taxi na ranní zpáteční let. Komunikace s paní majitelkou Sandrou naprosto úžasná! S čímkoliv poradí a pomůže. V bytě najdete i plážové vybavení. Bonus na konec - syn slavil v době pobytu narozeniny a dostal od majitelky dárek! Moc děkujeme a určitě se vrátíme ;-) Nic

• Marton (10/5): Owners are super friendly! - Owners are super friendly😍 This is their own apartment they lived in some years ago. Full equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, microwave, air conditioner, all you need for your pleasent stay. King size bed with strong and hard matress will keep your weak back in good condition.👍 Owners recommended lots of authentic local restaurants and places to visit. Do not miss Ostia Anticha - much more interesting than downtown Rome. They even sent us to an all you can eat restaurant for 8eur/person - amazing fresh food. Owners gave us lots of extra stuff such as shower gel for 3days, plenty of towels, soap, toothbrush, toilet papers - you do not need to buy if you spend just some days. They we flexible for check-in and out time, we left the appartment 18PM instead of 10AM without extra cost. Highly recommend choosing this appartment, you will definitely be satisfied.

Hosts provided a list of good restaurants to eat and transport plan to get to Rome and suggestions where to go in Ostia. Definetely try out the restaurants they suggest. Beach is 10-12min walk. If you feel that you dont want to make breakfast yourself, then downstairs there is a small coffee and pastry shop that had the best coffee ever.

The apartment looks like it has been recently refurbished and the kitchen appliances are all modern. You can tell the hosts really take pride in their business and pay attention to the small details. The apartment is very clean & well stocked with extras such as toiletries, kitchen utensils, bedding etc. The hosts were excellent, very reliable & they definitely went the extra mile to accommodate us and provide information on the local area.
