• Anastasios (7/5): A very difficult stay - The property itself is very decent and well-equipped. Good quality mattresses, linen and towels. Cleaning lady was honest. The management, however, is another story. We booked the property for two nights, in February. Upon entering, the atmosphere felt suffocating. The place had not been properly aired, and there was foul smell because of humidity and poor ventilation. We opened all doors and windows, hoping that it will go away. It didn’t. We ended up staying and sleeping with all windows open, and the air conditioning on, for the entire stay. Because of this, we had to bear all the noise from the road. The smell was only better after two days, but still there. The response of the management was “cold”, “polite”, slightly defensive, and entirely impersonal. It didn’t reflect the seriousness of the situation, and their only suggestion was to put the AC and the ionizer on, something we were already doing. They did not offer any meaningful practical solution, or made any effort to address the discomfort, or any compensation. Not only that, but they either lied about properly ventilating the property, or simply did not ensure it was adequately aired. We were the first visitors of 2026, but that does not excuse the fact that the property was not prepared properly to make it inhabitable. I hope this review makes them understand that this is serious and could have serious health consequences. I would have given it a lower rating, and the only reason I am giving it a higher one is that upon checkout we met with the cleaning lady who understood the situation completely and seemed to know what to do in order to prevent this from happening again.

• Natalia (9/5): Great location, nice and cosy apartment! - Great location, really nice hosts, who made sure we had everything during our stay! Pretty spacious space, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very quiet at night, and the bed was comfortable! It’d be nice to have more hangers in the bathroom, but other than that, no negative feedback!

• Panagiotis Vasilis (9/5): Good stay - New apartment, well designed with all amenities. The fact that it had 2 separate bedrooms with their own bathroom was important. It was clean and with enough space. Also it was walking distance from the center. We had an issue with the AC as it was hitting the bed directly on the head. Therefore, was difficult to leave it open during the night. Also, i think they should consider housekeeping daily or every 2nd day.

• Sandy (9/5): Thorougly recommend - The flat was very pleasant to be in, beautifully decorated and very clean. Super comfortable beds and exceptionally good air-conditioning (the units are not visible and you just feel the change in ambient temperature without being hit by icy air-currents). It is within easy walking distance from the centre of Ermoupolis, which is a bonus. Street parking close by was never a problem. The flat is rather snug so it would make sense that it should be shared only by people who really get on with each other. :-) Minor comment: A few more hooks in the bathroom would be useful.
• Polly (7/5): Felt we had overpaid. Neighbours noise from works and neighbour dining even at 01:30H, plus dust. - We wanted 2 en-suite rooms with living room and outside space, for 2, which we got. Contemporary, new modernisation Good artificial lights, (as not enough natural light). Nontas pleasant. Had potential, but pricey for two and not big enough or set up for 4. Location itself fine, but neighbours, below, next door (above) their noise & building dust noisy - interrupted sleep. Property small, but ok for two. No natural light! Outside space too small, WiFi didn’t work there! Not generous in products like water and coffee to use. I didn’t like bed or pillows, but cousin did! Only one bed made when cleaner came? Bleach stained bath mat. Artificial flowers? A few tweaks required to justify price. Owner sending message about supportive review, cheeky!
• Vincent (6/5): Comfortable, but surprisingly noisy apartment - Good amenities, good beds and very good shower. The place is surprisingly noisy. A lot of scooter traffic on the street, and in addition an institution for the elderly is located opposite the apartment. Charming people who gather around a marble bench next door and discuss the passing of time from 8 am to 9 pm. That gave us the feeling there were litteraly cooking and dinning with us.

• Stephanie (10/5): Pleasant stay! - Very modern interior, recently renovated, it includes all the amenities someone could possible need. Located 5’ walking distance from the centre it is definitely good value for money! My favourite part was the secret courtyard at the back! The property manager Nondas was very communicative, responsive with texts, extremely helpful with tips and generally took really good care of us.
• Nektarios (10/5): Truly Tranquil - Great location near the port. The apartment is in excellent condition with lovely amenities. Host was very accommodating and helpful with any request we may have had.
