We were here with Holi which brings the price up which is oké but the level of the hotel can’t keep up with the price. Not clean, no toilet paper, bedding smell clean but don’t look clean.

• Raj (1/5): Avoid at All Costs: Terrible Stay, No Value for Money! - Nothing! The location is extremely inconvenient, being 4-5 km away from all the major temples and situated deep inside a jungle. Auto-rickshaws charge a minimum of ₹150 for a one-way trip, and you’ll have to pay the same for the return. The experience was disappointing—no toiletries were provided, and the room was not cleaned for the entire 7-day stay. The bedsheets were filthy and stained. Despite charging me ₹8,400, they demanded an additional ₹600 in cash. There were no nearby facilities for tea, breakfast, or snacks. The washroom was in terrible condition—dirty and broken. Honestly, I wouldn’t stay here again, even if it were free. It was that bad. For those considering a better option, I highly recommend Hotel Basera. Though it costs around ₹4,000 more than what I paid here, the location and amenities are well worth it. Everything, from cleanliness to the perfect location, is unmatched. This is not a paid review or an affiliate recommendation—just a genuine account of my experience. Next time, I’ll definitely choose Hotel Basera.

• Farid (10/5): Perfect Homestay and friendly staff - The room was decent size and had a very comfortable bed to sleep on. The bathroom was huge with very good water pressure and hot water. Please note, this is kind of homestay, so make sure that you bring your necessary amenities you need for the trip - like shampoo, body wash and - toilet paper. This would be rule for your trip in most parts of India...The staff in this place was just amazing, and all thanks goes to Anil and AJ! I visited during the Holi Festival and my experience was amazing, thanks Anil and AJ! The place recently opened for visitors, and they might have some start up issues. So be kind when you deal with them, as their staff will go all way necessary to make you comfortable or assist with any issue.
• Kirill (1/5): Extremely dirty! It was the most terrible hotel that I have ever seen! - WiFi works. One man from hotel personal is friendly and helpful. Extremely dirty! They don’t clean rooms after previous visitors. And it looks like they haven’t cleaned many months. They show me 3 rooms and every room was extremely dirty. AC smells urine, impossible to use. Bed sheets dirty and not washed after previous visitors! And I couldn’t cancel the booking without loosing my money according the rules. The owner is greedy, I asked about discount, because it absolutely not normal condition, but he just said “sorry for that”. I will never recommend it!
