• SILVIA (9/5): Struttura consigliata! - Ubertini House offre un soggiorno confortevole, le stanze sono ampie e gli ambienti ben puliti. Ci hanno fatto anche trovare le cialde caffé espresso .... Squisitissima e superaccogliente la Signora Beatrice che si è preoccupata di farci sentire come a casa nostra! Dovrebbero essere previsti degli appendini all'ingresso e nella zona bagno. Anche i letti (un po' rumorosi quando ci si muove) e i materassi potrebbero essere migliorati. Nulla di più!

Perché sia l’appartamento che il personale ci hanno accolto come fossimo parte della famiglia. - Mi é piaciuto l’ordine,la cura dei dettagli, la pulizia, e soprattutto il giusto compromesso come distanza dai mercatini di Natale facilmente raggiungibili. Senza dimenticare supermercati ecc tutto a portata di mano. Consiglio vivamente Non abbiamo riscontrato particolari negativi durante il soggiorno, perciò ve lo consigliamo

• Letizia (7/5): Bellissimo monolocale, ma posizione utile solo per il centro congressi - Monolocale molto bello, nuovo, pulito e comodo per cucina e bagno a disposizione. La posizione se non si è auto muniti risulta estremamente limitante in quanto i mezzi pubblici per andare e tornare dal centro città sono disponibili solo fino al pomeriggio e i prezzi dei taxi sono esagerati.

Appena varcata la porta di casa siamo state avvolte dal calore .... I riscaldamenti erano accesi!! E credetemi non è scontato. La signora Beatrice una persona fantastica, professionale e simpaticissima. Insomma li consiglio a tutti e tornerò sicuramente. Ringrazio tanto Anche Tizy per la sua empatia e gentilezza. 🔝

• Elisabetta (10/5): Appartamento molto bello - La casa molto grande e comoda. Arredata con gusto. Letti comodi. Doccia molto spaziosa. La signora che ci ha accolto gentilissima. Siamo stati bene! Solo un piccolo consiglio per chi, come noi, la sera cena a casa, ci vorrebbe qualche accessorio in più per la cucina. Il blocco cucina è bellissimo e vale la pena usarlo😊😉

• Katia (8/5): Consigliato pulito buona posizione - Moderna funzionale pulita in una posizione strategica poiché vicina al centro fiere congressi e auditorium(5 minuti a piedi). Possibilità di parcheggio per l’auto nella via che tra l’altro a fondo cieco (meno traffico e meno rumore). Non ci sono appendi abiti o sedie o ganci per abiti all’ingresso e nelle camere. Macchina caffè con cialde dedicate non facili da reperire ma messe a disposizione su richiesta
• Rossella (10/5): Soddisfatte - L’appartamento era accogliente e pulito. La signora Beatrice è stata molto disponibile. La zona non è servitissima, ma la posizione era giusta per le nostre esigenze.

• Dragana (4/5): Unpleasant experience - The rooms are comfortable! My stay at the apartment fell well below expectations. The kitchen was woefully under-equipped, making even basic meal preparation a challenge. Privacy felt nonexistent as the host monitored us via a camera on the terrace—and even called security without justification. To make matters worse, the apartment sits right next to a highway, so the noise was constant and very disruptive. I would not recommend this accommodation. The woman who welcomed us and opened the apartments was not friendly; on the contrary, she had a threatening tone. She checked our passports multiple times, showing no trust that we were who we said we were.
