• Táscia (10/5): Highly recommended! - We stayed at this apartment and it exceeded our expectations , even better than in the photos. It was very well equipped, with working air conditioning, an excellent hot shower, and all the necessary kitchen utensils. The internet was also great, perfect for working remotely. The host was very attentive and even allowed us a late check-out due to a change in our flight. There is currently some construction work in the building, so it can be a bit noisy in the mornings, but this is not the host’s fault

• Gal (7/5): אהבנו מאוד את המיקום של הדירה והמחיר. המיטה מצעים ומגבות חייבות שיפור משמעותי בדחיפות! - הגענו לניקוסיה כדי להשתתף במרתון והמיקום היה מושלם! בסך הכל הדירה עמדה בציפיות שלנו אל מול המחיר, השירותים והמקלחת משופצים ונראים מעולה, הסלון נפתח שמוסיף לאווירה. יש אינטרנט אלחוטי ויש דוד חשמלי שחימם את המים ממש טוב. היו כלים כוסות וצלחות שהיו נקיים והמטבח סך הכל מאובזר המיטה לא כל כך נוחה. גם הכריות ובכללי האווירה של השינה המצעים השמיכות הכל היה מאוד בינוני למגבות היה ריח נוראי! זה היה הדבר הכי פחות טוב בהישארות שלנו וממש ביאס אותנו, ניסינו להתעלם מזה כמה שאפשר.

• Jakovenko (9/5): - The apartment is very nice and comfortable. Close to the centre. Everything is very basic, but for us it was enough. It would be nice to have some tea, coffee and plastic bags for trash bins.
• Kalia (10/5): - If I was staying in Nicosia again, I would 100% book this place again. The location for us was PERFECT since we were going to a concert 2 minutes from here, the center is not far away either which is also great.. The place was spotless and the perfect size for us, also the host was also great.. we called to ask for some water since we were arriving late night/early morning and they were happy to accommodate us and assure us that everything would be okay with the check in! I would 100% recommend staying here, it was perfect! Thank you!

• Christina (10/5): Fully satisfied, very functional aparment, landlord very friendly and helpful - The apartment has everything useful for a long stay (mine was a week). It has air conditioning in both the rooms and ceiling fans also. The kitchen area is well equipped to cook anything, the fridge is big. Windows have mosquito nets, very useful. There is an adapter for EU type electric plugs, but the UK type sockets in the apartment are already two-pole ready (only the schuco ones need the adapter). There are some parking lots underneath the building, but adjacent to it is a very big free space for parking, much easier to use. The apartment is very close to the center, you can go on foot.
• Lois (9/5): Perfect little flat for a Nicosia stay - Had everything we needed, very clean, comfortable, and felt quite safe. Also some really nice cafes and bars nearby, and not a long walk into town. A little noise from the flat above one night, but not really a problem.

• Shane (7/5): Needs better management - The property is well-located and adequately furnished. Management is quite poor. When I arrived, the sheet on the bed was dirty. I contacted management. There was no apology, just a statement that another sheet would be dropped around on the following day. On the following day, when I arrived back in the apartment at 5pm after a full day exploring Nicosia, there was no sheet. I contacted management again. He appeared to have forgotten. Could he drop it off at 9pm? I had a long day planned for the following day and wanted to go to bed early - could he come earlier? He finally came over at 8.30pm. There were four remote controllers in the apartment - the batteries were dead in two of them. There is a washing machine in the apartment. However, when I tried to use it on a standard setting, it would get through half the cycle (about 35 minutes) and then default to an error message. I asked management (via WhatsApp) before I arrived whether there was anything that I needed to know regarding how to use the apartment in terms of hot water, etc. Apparently there was nothing that I needed to know. However, at the end of the second day the hot water stopped. On the fourth day I worked out that there was a “Boost” button on the wall that I needed to use to restore hot water. Very frustrating! There were workmen in the adjacent apartments during the day. Intermittently they were very noisy and they began work quite early in the morning. This apartment could be quite good - but needs more focused management.

• Lu (10/5): Exceptional - The place is very convenient. Easy to get there and safe neighboroughood. Owner was always very responsive on a phone. We found in a flat everything what we need to stay for more than week. If you will consider stay in Nicosia I will definitely recomend it. Around is restaurants, cafes, small shop and pharmacy. To the city center is is 15 minute walk and 5 mins from flat is bus stop of InterBus. There is nothing what we can complain about.
• Heather (8/5): Good value for money. - Exceptional host. Quick responses to questions. Polite & friendly. Very comfortable bed & sofa bed. Excellent wifi. Can't comment on the tv or microwave as we didn't use them. Can't comment on the oven as there wasn't one! No bed linen for sofa bed. We could have asked & I'm sure it would have been provided. It was so hot, so it didn't matter. Three power sockets in the lounge were not working. I checked the fuse box & that looked ok. We could have asked, but we remained in the apartment during most of our stay & didn't really want workers in there, so we improvised. No oven, just a microwave. The bathroom sink plug needs a thorough clean as it does not open fully. There's no chrome draining platform under the plastic draining rack by the kitchen sink. So the dishes, cutlery & pans drain straight onto the work surface. We placed a tea towel underneath to protect the work surface from water damage, but it's not ideal. Dangerous use of 2 pin plugs in 3 pin sockets for the tv, tv box & the microwave. We turned them off. There were adapters in the draw, but we didn't try them. Air conditioning units need disinfecting & their filters cleaning. We both suffered very dry throats & were left with a nasty cough. We removed two cockroaches from behind the sofa upon our arrival & a third from beneath the tv on our day of departure. The car park was designed by someone who confused metres with feet. Great for motorcycles. Atrocious for cars. If you drive an suv, park in the road. We had to complete a 5 point turn when leaving the car park, after someone had parked in a (designated) parking space... in the corner! We were shocked to discover there was even a marked space along the far wall. This would negate any movement of vehicles using the bays opposite! Good luck using the key box to enter the apartment. You will need the strength of Atlas to open it due to the black switch sticking.

• Aleena (10/5): Cozy, fully renovated apartment in the heart of Nicosia - The flat is modern, clean, quiet and comfortable. The location is very central and 5 minutes walk to the main streets of Nicosia. There are many great restaurants, take away outlets and supermarkets nearby. The host was fantastic. I will definitely come back.
