• Büsra (10/5): Great Apartment, would stay here again! - The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, and everything we needed was provided. Emina was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also excellent, as the apartment was just a few minutes away from most of the main attractions. • robin (9/5): I’d definitely stay there again - The location was amazing! It was a very cute apartment made to be very cozy. The host included many amenities and nice little touches. If you forgot something, chances are it was there for you. She was very accommodating and responsive to any questions or requests. Highly recommend it. Because we are older travelers, neither my sister nor I wanted to climb the stairs for the loft and the beds up there. It worked out fine as there was a bed and a couch that was comfortable enough for a bed (and I got the bed😉)
• Michael (10/5): Wonderful apartment in a fantastic location with a great host. - Beautiful apartment in the most central location, but on a quiet street (5 mins across the river from the Old Town) and near the tramway. Emina, our host, has thought of everything. She was unfailingly helpful and responsive.

• Alina (10/5): - Host Emina is very sweet and welcoming. She made us feel at home from the first moment. I haven’t stayed in an apartment for a long time where I felt so comfortable. Emina even left us some snacks, and the apartment has all the small details that make traveling easier, especially for girls. The bed was very comfortable and clean. On the photos the apartment looked a bit smaller, but in real life it is really spacious even for the group of people. The street is quiet and peaceful. Inside the apartment it is cool in summer, which is perfect after walking in the city. The location is excellent — only a short walk to all the main tourist places. There is also a small grocery store nearby. The apartment is very clean, everything is new, and there is no bad smell. Water pressure in the shower is strong, which was great. We enjoyed every moment here and will definitely come back again!

• Crishanth (9/5): A good place to stay in Sarajevo - A kind host and a wonderful apartment with great interiors. The house had everything we needed for our stay including air conditioning, variety of toiletries and kitchen equipment. The location of the house was in a nice neighbourhood and very convenient. The Latin Bridge and day tour start points were just a 5 minute walk away in a flat terrain. The main tourist Baščaršija street and fountain were only about 7 to 10 minutes walk. There are supermarkets, restaurants and tram facilities in the area within a 5 minute walk. The water heater was turning off every 2 minutes into the shower which we had to keep resetting. This was attributed to the unusually hot weather in Sarajevo during out stay. However the host made efforts to get this sorted out and was finally resolved. We felt the house was a bit pricey during out stay, maybe due to the high tourist season in Sarajevo. The entrance to and exterior of the building had a worn out feel which didn't reflect the beautiful interiors of the apartment.
• Christopher (9/5): Excellent place to stay - we will stay here when we return. - The host was great, the apartment was nice and clean, well designed, and had a desk for working. The location was fantastic, close to old town without being right in the middle. Since it could be a bit loud, being on the street, the ceiling fan and AC were life-savers in the heat. The only actual complaint we had was that upon arrival, the bathroom was super smelly - not sure if it was mold or just musty or something but we just kept the fan on and it was ok.

• Tommy (10/5): Exceptional - The attention to detail was very thoughtful, from welcome snacks to city information. Emina was a dream to deal with. The space was very comfortable. It is a short walk to the old city but very accessible. It had everything we could have needed, highly recommend if visiting Sarajevo.

• Ainsley (10/5): Cute apartment with plenty of amenities, perfect walking distance to old town, but still quiet - Very quick walk to the main walking areas, very nice spacious apartment. Clean, with lots of accessories. Everything you could need. Extra info about the city in pamphlets in the apartment. Host is lovely and self check in was very easy. Washing machine and hanging rack for your clothes. We extended our stay by one night because we loved the apartment!
• Saleem (10/5): Won’t think twice next time I’m back to Sarajevo. Definitely staying at Kizz! - Location is a 5 minutes walk to get to old town which was amazing as it is across the bridge away from the evening noise. Emina our hostess was incredible least to say. She gave us plenty of tips and has in the apartment plenty of touristic maps which were super helpful.
• Tijana (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is amazing! It's perfectly spacious for four people, clean, and very well-equipped. It has enough storage space and the space design itself is beautiful. The location is perfect for exploring the city- it's only about 10 minutes away from the main street, yet it's quiet and perfect for rest. The property also has an inner garden we used. Emina is the kindest host we encountered, she was available to help at any moment and even let us leave our luggage after the stated check-out time since we booked a later return. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again! /
• Steven (10/5): Best little guest house in Sarajevo - Apartment is very close to the center without being in the center so very quiet. Everything you need is in the apartment amenity wise. It's like a hotel. She even gives you a bag of microwave popcorn. Everything was absolutely spotless comfortable. Roomy I can't think of a negative... There is nothing not to like.

• Austin (10/5): Location, Location, Location! Great Host! - The location was absolutely the best. Literally everything within a 10 - 15 min walk. The shower is hot and it as good pressure! The space has extra ameneties that make you feel welcomed and comfy like other people have mentioned. Emina, the host, is a beautiful and thoughtful person always making sure we were doing well! Thank you, Emina for such a great stay! If you are visiting for a short vacation I highly recommend this place it is extremely convenient. The internet was slow. The speed went a bit up once but then it continued to be slow. Lack of storage for clothes. A few shelves would be helpful. Better pans are needed everything sticks to them.

• Katelyn (10/5): The perfect place to stay in Sarajevo - This beautiful apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay in Sarajevo. The host has gone out of her way to make guests feel at home. Everything was spotless, the bed was super comfortable and the location was great. Loved all the little extras such as snacks and toiletries that were available for use. I arrived super early and the host allowed me to check-in straight away which was appreciated after a long journey. I Would absolutely recommend staying here. Everything was perfect.

The apartment is spacious and well laid out with everything you could possibly need. The location is very good. Internet very good. The lobby and stairs are untidy and need a good scrub.

• Tareq (8/5): No AC , no AIR CONDITION. Great location and nice apartment - Perfect location, very nice host, literally you have everything in the apartment. You have even pasta to cook, popcorn, all kinds of tea and coffee. You have tooth paste, face cream, shaving cream, etc. like your own apartment No AC, which makes the apartment super hot. The apartment has 3 fans, but they don’t do the work. We were suffering from heat and hot weather even we were so lucky during those days the temperature was good. But other days in Sarajevo during summer some days can reach up to 38. In booking written the apartment has ac, the AC according to the host is the fan. The apartment is good but only for a couple because it has one queen size bed. And other 2 twin mattresses on the roof, which is not comfy to go up, and can be dangerous for little kids

• Laura (10/5): Hidden gem close to everything - The apartment is beautiful, clean, big, and has everything you need. The location is perfect, close to everything, you are in the city center after a few minutes walking. The bed is comfortable, and the design of the place is very nice. I think it was perfect for our 3 nights stay in Sarajevo. Also you can find free parking spots in the area, don’t spend on the garage. It’s next to a busy road, so there is some traffic noise.

The hostess is very friendly and helpful. Good for a small company of friends. The shower is small, but still perfectly functional, no problem there.

• Pierluigi (10/5): A perfect stay in Sarajevo - It's a perfect place to visit Sarajevo Everything is at walking distance so in case you may get back to apt in 5 min walk. Nevertheless is very silent and no noise will disturb your rest. The Apt is a gem... warm, well equiped, spacious, with a lot of amenities to make you stay comfortable Emina is a perfect owner.. super cute and super friendly Don't judge a book by it cover... entrance of the building is not as nice as you may expect.. I would stay longer :-D

The host Emina was very friendly when it came to the booking, and also helpful with advice on where to go, since I stayed only one night. I would definitely come back again, next time for couple of nights. The apartment was newly renovated, super clean, central, and it had everything one might need for a short trip, so I did not need to buy anything (shower gel, shampoo, toiletries, coffee, tea etc.)
• Naida (10/5): We loved it here - The apartment is beautiful and in the heart of sarajevo. You can explore the city by foot. The bed is very comfortable and everything is clean. You have really everything you need. Emina is a great host and surprised us with little things. She gave us good tips and prepared a guide, which I think is great and very attentive. We really felt very comfortable and I would recommend it to everyone. everything was amazing.
• Dženana (10/5): Perfect place to be 🥰 - Apartman is cute, clean and cozy with cute host Emina who will welcome you and treat you like your own. Location is perfect. It's in the centre and everything is close: public transport, cafe's, main street. I came alone but I think it's great place to come with partner, friends or family. City offers so many things to see and explore. I was there only for a short time but I'm definitely coming back ❤️ I will definitely recommend everyone I know.
