• Chiu wen (9/5): - 在天文館通附近，也能直接走路到機場巴士站牌，方便，房子空間大，住兩個人很舒適，雖然在熱鬧的地方也不吵 廚房的用具稍有不足，用微波加熱食物沒問題，真的要煮飯的話有點困難
• Lee (7/5): Buzzing night-life - This wonderful accommodation is close to night-life, bars, drinking places, restaurants and shopping. It has lots of excitement and buzz. Thanks to the double glazed windows, it was quiet in the unit even though the bars, karaoke and drinking spots were downstairs. The unit is large, spacious and full of natural light. It is well equipped with a good kitchen with laundry and drying available. There's lots of car parks nearby. The age of the interior is showing and it needs a new bathroom. It is a long walk to the train station.

• Christopher (9/5): - The location is amazing - right in the entertainment area. Its a very large apartment with full amenities. Two single beds. Cant fault the apartment or location at all. We used it as a base for hiking and visiting onsens in the area. It's a little difficult to find. Office is on the 6th floor of the a building in the entertainment district. There were no clear signs so it took us a little while to find it.

• Des (10/5): - Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und damit perfekt für drei Personen geeignet. Außerdem war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, sodass wir uns direkt wohlgefühlt haben. Besonders positiv war, dass wir schon früher einchecken durften, was unsere Anreise deutlich entspannter gemacht hat. Die Lage ist ebenfalls optimal – viele Restaurants und Bars sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein großes Dankeschön auch dafür, dass wir unsere Koffer - nachdem wir schon ausgecheckt haben - für vier Tage bei ihnen lagern durften, während wir nach Yakushima gereist sind. Das hat unsere Reiseplanung enorm erleichtert. Wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

• Tsubasa (7/5): 立地はいいが子供連れにはお勧めしない。 - 天文館近くアパートの1室貸しで泊まれたのがよかった。 部屋が本当に寒かった。 洗面台の排水が風呂場に直接つながっているから 風呂に入ってる時に歯磨きの泡や手を洗った泡が足元に来るのが嫌だった。 洗面台の蛇口がちょろちょろしか出ないのはその為かと納得。 飲み屋の宣材写真（綺麗なお姉さん）などが施設の周りにたくさんあるので子供には見せたくない。

• Lim (9/5): 친절히 응대해주셔서 너무 감사했습니다. - 텐몬칸에 위치하고 있어 가고시마 주요 관광지로의 이동이 너무 편리했고, 돈키호테/편의점/마트 모두 가까워 너무 좋았어요. 호스트 분께서 너무 친절하시고, 음식점 예약 전화문의를 요청드려보았는데 너무 친절히 도와주셔서 감동이었습니다. 가정집 같은 분위기이고, 숙소 곳곳 섬세하고 깔끔하게 잘 정돈되어 있어 좋았습니다. 부킹닷컴 사이트에 번역이 제대로 안된것인지 싱글침대는 다리가 있는 사진 속 침대였는데, 더블침대는 뼈대없이 매트리스만 펼쳐 사용하는 구조였습니다. 인원이 많을땐 이 점 참고하시면 좋을 것 같아요. 그리고 한국과는 다르게 바닥 보일러가 없기 때문에 추운 날씨엔 공기는 온풍기로 따뜻하게 가능하나, 바닥은 차가울 수 있는 점 참고하시면 좋을 것 같아요~ 바닥에 앉아야할땐 담요꺼내서 앉았고, 잘땐 따뜻하게 잘 잤습니다.

• MAKIKO (10/5): 気持ちよく過ごせました。 - 以前に予約していたものの前日になって急遽飛行機が欠航になってしまいましたが、いちかばちかで南映ビルさんにキャンセルできないか問い合わせしたところ 寛大なお心で無料キャンセルしてもらいました。 なので今回は。リベンジで来たのですが、絶対ここを利用しようと再度予約取ってきましたが、金額もやすく、部屋も綺麗で使いやすかったです。またちょうど雨も、降っていて傘も部屋に置かれていたので、買わずに済みました。洗濯機や洗剤もあったので洗濯もできて、帰ってきてから洗濯物を洗わずに済みました。また繁華街にあるのですぐご飯にも行けました。とっても楽しい旅行ができました。

• AKEMI (7/5): - 年末年始利用で、安い料金で宿泊出来　 きました。 防音の二重サッシで静かで、寒い日だったが暖かく過ごせました。 部屋も広く清潔感があった。 5人で利用したため、布団利用の家族が敷布団のマットレスの寝心地良かったらしく、気に入っていました。 シャワーの勢いが弱かった。

• Andra (9/5): - Great central location! The apartment is quite spacious and comfortable, futons were comfy to sleep on, good to have a washing machine and small kitchen setup. Loved staying here overall. Staff were very friendly as well and helped store our bags for a couple hours. And great value overall. We were not provided with bedsheets, only duvets and some fuzzy blankets - really odd to have extra towels provided but no fitted sheet? There was a mattress protector over the futons but it was scratchy (I guess that was supposed to be like the fitted sheet?) so we used the blankets as the fitted sheet lol. Otherwise, the duvet and futon were comfy. And while the apartment overall was clean, it could benefit from a solid deep clean.

• Vitaly (9/5): Хорошие и оборудованные апартаменты - Просторные оснащенные всем необходимым, в том числе стриральной машинкой апартаменты в хорошем районе. Мини кухня со всем необходимым, достаточное количество полотенец. Яркое освещение искусственное освещение для вечера и много окон для дневного света. В жилой комнате свет (яркость) регулируется пультами, которые висят на стене. Удобно, когда ложишься спать. Для сна используются футоны, вполне удобно кто любит пожесче)) Вокруг рестораны, торговые центры и прогулочные улицы. В 5-7 мин. ходьбы через крытую торговую улицу остановка автобуса в аэропорт. Заселение мгновенное, надо лишь получить ключи в офисе на 6 этаже. При отъезде нужно просто бросить ключи в почтовый ящик на двери офиса. Выход на балкон не совсем удобен, приходится перешагивать высокий порог. Футоны несколько жестковаты и могут подойти не всем для сна, но нас все устроило.

• Deena (6/5): - Location was great, cool restaurants and bars around even in the building! Very spacious, good washing machine. The bed sheets were strange. Looked like a teenage boy had been tasked with making a bed. The mattress protecter was on top of the sheet instead of under it so up had to sleep directly on a strange synthetic material. There was no duvet or top sheet just a strange thin towel like material to use. We had to use some blankets from the cupboard which smelt like they hadn't been washed.
• Claudia (8/5): Ausgezeichnete Preis / Leistung - Das Apartment war sehr sauber und geräumig. Weitaus besser ausgestattet als erwartet und sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns jederzeit sicher gefühlt. Wenn man sich hier einmietet, muss man sich bewußt machen, dass das Haus am Rand eines Vergnügungs- und Ausgehviertels liegt. Für uns war dies kein Thema, doch für eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern ist der Standort möglicherweise nicht gut geeignet.

The balcony was very dusty and the rails for hanging clothes were v dusty - it could do with a good clean. I had to clean the rails so I can hang my washing. Not a big problem. It was nice to have the balcony space and nice views over city.

If you are tall do not book this room or you can bang your head. The floor next to the toilet had not been cleaned at all there was hair on the floor. It was disgusting.

Also a balcony where you can dry your clothes. It is well located in Kagoshima, 20 minutes walk from Shiroyama park observatory and ferry to Sakurajima. Staff were friendly and allowed us an early check in too :)
