• İrem (7/5): location was good but area was noisy - The location is great, but the apartment itself is average. Apart from two shower towels, no other towels are provided (such as face or hand towels). When we asked, they told us they didn’t have any small towels. Throughout our stay, I was never able to sleep because the location is very noisy. There is noise even at night. If you plan to work at night and sleep during the day, I would definitely recommend choosing a different place.

I could walk everywhere. Lots and lots of coffee shops and restaurants. It’s also down a little side street so it’s away from street noise. My room was so quiet. The only downfall was there was no view. My room was very close to another building’s wall. The windows were frosted. This might not be all the rooms, however.

• Michael (10/5): Just perfect. We left a pair of sunglasses in Grab Car and the kind staff assisted us to have them returned promptly. Al - I can’t speak highly enough about this property. Clean, recently renovated. Great location and quiet. The staff are a little reserved however show appreciation and gratitude and they open up with huge smiles and warm hearts. Nothing to not like
• Pablo (10/5): Todo perfecto - De momento es el mejor alojamiento de todos los que he estado en Vietnam. Tengo muchos problemas para dormir y allí no se escuchaba nada, al menos en la 2ª planta que era donde estaba yo. El dueño muy amable siempre saludaba al verte entrar y salir. Además tuve un problema al llegar y él enseguida se mostró comprensivo y flexible. Y había servicio de limpieza todos los días por la mañana. Está rodeado de restaurantes de muy buena calidad y muy variados, y muy cerca de la zona céntrica. Hay un pequeño supermercado a 1 minuto andando. La pena es que cuando volví a Ho Chi minh no pude quedarme allí otra vez porque estaba reservado ya. Y encima a buen precio!! El agua caliente costaba que saliera, y no era caliente del todo. Pero me supuso mucho problema.

• Abigail (10/5): Highly recommended - Super close to a lot of good restaurants, and very accessible to a lot of other things. Only a 10-minute walk to the US consulate so it was the perfect location for me and my husband. Need extra pillows lol
• Jones (10/5): Excellent - My partner and I stayed here for one month while living in HCMC and it was truly wonderful. Firstly, my partner and I had planned to stay at this property earlier in the year but, unfortunately, he suffered a serious injury that meant we had to cancel our entire trip with very little notice. We contacted this property and, without hesitation, they gave us a FULL refund for the stay. That was some of the best news we got during that time. As for our actual stay- the facilities were perfect- certainly the largest apartment we’d stayed in during our time in SEA. There is 24 hour reception so you always feel so safe and supported. Any time I had a question, I would message and get a prompt reply. Special shout out to the cleaning ladies who cleaned our room DAILY- and did an outstanding job. They were just wonderful. Another special shoutout to the night and day time receptionists who were always happy to help and even let us use the printer one day. I loved this place so much and wish everyone working here the best. Ps. It’s also very close to everything so great location too!

• Sally (7/5): OK for the price - The hotel was in a great location just a 10 minute walk from some main attractions (Post office/Cathedral/Ben Nghe Street Food). The hosts were nice but didn't say much to you. The room itself was a bit dissapointing and not very clean. The 'balcony' was literally just a small platform outside the door. The bed wasn't very comfortable and quite hard. Only 1 thin pillow was supplied (each).

• Rahul (1/5): Staff repeatedly lied causing me many issues - Upon arrival, I did not have cash, so staff told me I could pay later. They then woke me up in the middle of the night to tell me they’d changed their mind and that I needed to be pay via card now. I thought it was an emergency with the loud knocking and sprang out of bed in the dark and banged my knee which makes the remainder of my backpacking trip somewhat difficult The same staff member also told me I could store baggage there for 2 days when I check out as I’m flying domestically and returning, then when I checked out told me they could not do this. Fine but just tell me when I check in, instead of causing me to have to urgently find somewhere new to store luggage before I fly.
• Daniella (10/5): Excellent value + great location. - Excellent location and price for a serviced apartment right in the middle of Q3 — they have a very affordable laundry service, service the room daily, and have 24 hour security. Great value for the price, we spent a solid week here and it was everything we needed. There was a slightly musty smell to the room and the bath towels — almost certainly just because Saigon is incredibly humid. Still, given the cost of the space it was absolutely bearable.

• Anthony (9/5): Awesome Apartment in Saigon - The apartment was awesome in general, super clean, very spacious, and comfortable. I wish I could have stayed here longer as it felt like home. The host was great and communicated often to ensure everything went smoothly, from check-in to check-out. The location was also great with many cafes and restaurants located nearby. Bathroom amenities could have been a bit better.

• Caitlin (8/5): Clean, comfy and good value - Room was spacious, windows and balcony was great to allow light in and the view was pretty good. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There is a lift, which is great when you're going up 7 flights of stairs. Overall everything was pretty good, if we had to find a negative is was that the aircon in our room was a little noisy.

• Kathleen (9/5): A True Fully Serviced Apartment - This place is a real serviced apartment: elevator, kitchenette with microwave, medium size refrigerator with real freezer, in room drinking water dispenser, laundry service, and safe parking for your bike. Water is less hot and stops sometimes for late evening baths.
