- Marie (7/5): Pas cher pour Koh Phi Phi. - C’était propre et un peu excentré donc pas trop de bruit contrairement à d’autres quartiers (Koh Phi Phi est un cauchemar !). Il est clair que les cloisons sont fines mais si comme nous vous avez la chance d’avoir des voisins respectueux, tout ira bien. Climatisation. Le confort est plutôt rudimentaire.

Ce qui est écrit sur le descriptif est mensongé, coffre fort inexistant ou rouillé defoncé et donc non fonctionnelle, vue sur les toits en taule et non sur la montagne, 4 planches qui se disent armoire, éclairage très succinct, beaucoup d'escaliers a monter. Une très petite couverture sur le lit (pas de drap), pour deux personnes. Si bien que ce soit excentré, c'est très brillant. Je déconseille cette établissement qui n'est pas arrangeant, et que booking devrait vérifier. la chambre était salle, aucun service même pas une bouteille d'eau, ni verre pour se laver les dents... Ce qui est écrit sur le descriptif est mensongé, coffre fort inexistant ou rouille et donc non fonctionnelle, vue sur les toits en taule et non sur la montagne, beaucoup d'escaliers a monter. Une très petite couverture sur le lit (pas de drap), pour deux personnes. Si bien que ce soit excentré, c'est très brillant. Je déconseille cette établissement qui n'est pas arrangeant, et que booking devrait vérifier. C'est indiqué dans le descriptif 500 thb de caution pour la clef, mais ils nous ont fait payer 200 bath de plus pour les bagages, c'est plus cher que le taxi. Alors quand on arrive après avoir courru derrière nos bagages, on découvre ""la réception,"" et on se fait raquetter 500 et 200 bath!! Sans voir la chambre, on voulais annuler une partie de notre réservation, la maîtresse de maison non arrangeante nous a dit pas possible, et de voir avec booking.

- Zsofia (5/5): Leider falsch gespart - Freundliches Personal. Ruhige Lage, ausreichend entfernt vom Party Zentrum. Offene Holzplatten als Wände, kein Schallschutz, offene Decke. Bettgestell aus Stahl mit Holzplatten und einer alten Matratze. Riesiger Schrank der unnötig ist. Wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt, auch bei dem günstigen Preis. Die Zimmer sahen komplett anders aus, als in Booking dargestellt.

- Mazur (9/5): Udany pobyt w hotelu Luxury Guesthous3 - Czyste, schludne pokoje. Bardzo miła obsługa. Wygodne łóżka. Dobra lokalizacja. Standard pokoju nie jest bardzo wysoki, ale spełnił moje oczekiwania. Obok Właściciele sprzedają pyszną kawę! Ściany między pokojami są dość cienkie.

- Allisya (1/5): i wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you want to get harassed and attacked and rushed out even after a late checkout - nothing the staff were absolutely vile and attacked me and my boyfriend, they threw chairs at us and were screaming for us to get out 15 minutes after check out even though there were signs for late checkout and we were going to pay for the hour late checkout

- Floyd (4/5): Would not recommend, spend more. - In a good location to get the viewpoint and the tour people close by were nice. Really rundown property, dirty and cockroaches in the bedroom. Also the walls are very thin and you are easily woken up by loud guests in neighbouring properties.

I slept perfectly fine with earplugs, if u have trouble sleeping maybe not the best option. The family that runs the place is nice, everything was clean and the location is good.

Something very favorable is that the location of the hotel is at the beginning of the ascent to reach the viewpoints of the island, very nice to see the sunset

- Imane (10/5): Exceptional - It's definitely the place to stay in Weligama! it's very close to Outpost coworking for remote workers and the beach, everything is nearby. The most important is the warm welcome I had from the owner and his wife! I stayed for one month and felt very safe, for a solo female traveller it's priceless, the owner genuinely helped me to get a very good motorbike and brought me a dressing for my clothes, they always answered my requests very quickly, it really felt like home. The rooms are very clean, the kitchen is decent, I would stay more if I could and if I come back to Weligama, I'll stay here for sure. Thank you for everything and for the very delicious breakfast you made for my last day. Nothing

- Esme (6/5): Sufficient stay with nice hosts - Room very basic but okay for a short stay, the location was adequate. WiFi was good. Staff were very kind & accommodating. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Also a 12 minute walk from ferry with no other method of transport to the accommodation so if you’ve got a lot of baggage it might be more strenuous than other locations.

- Mohammad (7/5): My stay at the hotel was peaceful and enjoyable. - Although a bit far from the buzzing but I enjoyed staying away from it as well as it was situated right at the bottom of the same stairs that takes you to the phi phi viewpoint. If you are into weed, go a shop just next to the hotel! ;) A big shoutout to the staff for helping us carry our heavy suitcases up the stairs! Much appreciated! Nothing much to complain about here.

Location was great, not in middle of (very busy) Ko Phi Phi but close enough to walk everywhere Mattress was super hard. - Greg (7/5): If you have no choice cause the island gets booked fast - The location is good but the room is overpriced. I guess you expect that on Phi Phi. I would of rather stayed in Krabi and took a trip to the "beach" etc. years ago the island was great but now it just not that great and overpriced. So anywhere you book expect that i guess.. Small room with a very hard mattress and a pillow that's 10 years old. I wish i could of bought a pillow on the island for my stay. My neck will hurt for months now! Cheap owners that dont care about small things to make the place 10 times better
- Burch (2/5): Spend a bit more and don't stay here - Good location (but everywhere is on this island). Staff friendly and could leave bags before check-in. AC worked. Room was very old and not built for purpose. The walls were made of chip board and the sun shone through the floor boards. The bathroom ceiling leaked mouldy water when the people above were having a shower. Bed very uncomfortable. Very expensive for what we got, easily the worst place that we've stayed in Thailand so far.

- Manishkumar (8/5): Very good - Good size room and bed. Clean as was the bathroom. Good AC and WiFi signal. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Located away from the noisy beach bar area and literally on the start of the steps to the viewpoints. Basic accommodation but good value. Nothing.
- Alisha (3/5): A bit dangerous - Location was brilliant, had aircon (although only works when in the rooms and you had to take the key out when you left), and the staff. They did let us have an extra night on the spot due to a friend falling ill. ( wouldn’t have stayed here another night otherwise ) The property was unfinished, the stairs and the landing were full of broken rails and the builders also left rubbish and equipment each night in the way of the stairs. The floor was untiled and they were still working on this whilst we stayed at this property which created a lot of construction noise. The floorboards in the rooms themselves were also coming up and were a trip hazard, alongside a rusty nail in this floor as a door stopper (very dangerous). The room was very basic and expensive for what it was, although one of the cheapest on phi phi. We had a huge problem with our shower, it leaked into the room when we used it and for a room of three people this meant not all of us being able to shower straight after each other. We figured this as after I came out of the shower the room had completely flooded, which it looked like it had done before with the state of the floorboards. The staff did come and help to clean it up, but the water was falling through to the room below which was dangerous when the rotting floorboards became soft. The toilet made a horrible noise when flushing which was a nightmare when going to the loo in the night when everyone is sleeping as it wakes everybody up, and the back of the toilet also leaks. Staff also chatted in the room next door until the early hours of the morning, and you could hear nearby music although this did not stop us from sleeping. The room was also not cleaned or updated with more toilet roll / bins changed in the 5 days when we were there. Also found animal droppings in the bed so not very secure rooms, and there was a wardrobe with 2 hangers only.
