• LEANDROS (9/5): - Ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Καλή περιοχή κοντά σε ενδιαφέροντα μέρη στο Βίλνιους. Μια πολύ άνετη σκάλα οδηγεί στον 5ο ενώ υπάρχει και ασανσέρ. Σε γενικές γραμμές ήταν καθαρά αλλά θα μπορούσε να είχε γίνει πιο σχολαστική καθαριότητα. Κάποια σημεία (νιπτήρας και καθρέφτης μπάνιου) είχαν λίγη σκόνη.

• Elena (4/5): Для переночевать сойдёт - Удобное открывание дверей. Лифт. Рядом с домом ( нужно выйти со двора) прекрасный ресторан с литовской кухней, где можно поесть поздним утром и вечером. Очень вкусно и достаточное разнообразие ( нужно бронировать на вечер. А с 11.00 - 15.00 без брони). Wi-fi хорошо работает и по TV можно найти посмотреть что хочешь и на любом языке. . Батареи греют хорошо. Удобные подушки. Ужасные полотенца ( запах и цвет ). Запах в квартире то ли плесени , то ли сигаретного дыма. Постельное ужасно электризуется . Подоконники и мебель пыльные. Кровати одноместные , старые. В туалете нет мусорного ведра. Нет дополнительных покрывал/одеял. Окно на балконе не закрывается и от окон дует. Вода в душе очень слабый напор и после 20.00 уменьшается температура. Если замёрзнешь , то согреться не получится, так как горячая вода на мах ,но не достаточно горячая и еле еле льет. И соответственно когда выходишь из душевой кабины чувствуешь холод. Чайник с накипью . Микроволновка с остатками еды. ЛОЖЬ- двуспальные большие кровати. Нет никаких косметических принадлежностей. И , если в Вильнюсе 2 центра ( один из , которых Старый Город ) то может быть 1.9 км от центра. Но до Старого города ехать больше 10 мин. Нет парковки частной , есть парковка во дворе , если найдете место , что проблематично.

• Halyna (9/5): I did enjoy my stay at the property - The property was very nice, everything you need was in place. Even though I did not see the host, but he is really a businessman who puts the customer in front of the profit. And this is not only words. There were in the property lots of stuff I did not see at other properies. There were not only basics (tea, coffee, appliances, etc), but also sweets, cream for coffee, roll of paper kitchen towels, roll of rubbish bings, even rubber gloves, new ones, unpacked were left for guests which I found very usueful as I always use them when do cooking or wash dishes. In the toilet there were many rolls of toilet paper, additional pack was left in the storage. Why all these impressed me? I just come back from Spain and there were nothing like this. Only appliances, catleries, furniture. They left only 2 rolls of toilet paper, not full rolls though and very poor quality which ended in 3 days (I stayed for 6 days). There also were not any spare rubbish bags or kitchen towels, paper ones. I had to buy everything myself and much more. It is not about the money, those stuff cost pennies, it about the convinience - I was espesially desporate for the toilet paper as each time when I was at supermarket I simply forgot to buy. The apartment was very nice and clean. However, the shower seems to be not cleaned at all - there were lots, lots of long hair everywhere on the walls and the glass doors were frosty from calc. I do not blame the host, he might even did not know this as I am pretty sure he hires the cleaner. I am myself in the business and provide my customers with high standard of quality. But bad things sometimes happen - not everything depends on me, I, as a businesswoman, depend on the honesty and professionalism of my staff.

• Kipras (10/5): Cozy stay in the heart of Kaunas - I had a fantastic stay at the Cozy Room in Kaunas! The name says it all—this place is warm, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing stay in the city. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had a nice, homey feel. The bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, which was a big plus. The location was also great—close to public transport and within easy reach of the city center. It felt safe and quiet, making it ideal for a good night’s sleep. The host was friendly and responsive, providing clear check-in instructions and helpful local recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!

• Muzammal (8/5): Very good - Entire place to enjoy. Felt like a home. Close to the centre. Clean. Its in the residential area. Difficult to find. But then the host helped and was able to guide. Just go the middle building. Studio flat so when I turned off the light, the fire alarm kept blinking with bright white light, not a huge issue but for my sensitive sense it was bit distracting. Otherwise I really enjoyed staying .

The floor was not clean, the furniture was not wiped down, and there were leftover food in the refrigerator. About the extra charge the owner said just before arrival. The beds are quite hard and the pillows are small, but that doesn't necessarily bother everyone

For someone with a bad back, it’s not the most comfortable bed/seating…but it wasn’t bad at all. Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like.

• John (9/5): Fantastic apartment - would recommend - This is a spacious, clean and comfortable apartment about a 20 minute walk from the old town of Vilnius. It had everything we needed. The staff were easy to deal with and self check-in went without a hitch.

• Alina (9/5): We enjoyed the apartment very much, would love to stay there again, and would recommend to others. - The apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable and has everything you need, even a little more. There are even such little things as disposable slippers, new washcloths for the shower, paper napkins, and towels in the kitchen, as well as a complement of fruit, in addition to tea, coffee, and a bottle of water. It would be comfortable to spend a week in such an apartment, not just one night The apartment was a bit cold, but it wasn't the owners' fault as the central heating had already been turned off. Although some kind of electric heater would have been nice. When we received instructions on how to pick up the keys, nowhere was the number of the apartment and entrance indicated. We had to find it by code.
