• Hilal (6/5): - The location was great, the place was clean, and the price-quality ratio was very good. Overall, it offered good value for the money. One thing we did not like was the shower being next to the window. The window had frosted/glass film on it, but at night people outside could still vaguely see shadow-like figures while someone was showering, which made us feel uncomfortable.

• Shoko (7/5): 明洞という人気観光地にこの価格で宿泊できるなら大満足でした！ - 明洞駅から歩いて来れて、何より安い！！ 一階にはウォーターサーバー、電子レンジ、洗濯機などが置いてあって利用させてもらいました。 韓国のホテルやゲストハウスにはアミニティが付いてないって聞いていましたが、 海外用の変換プラグ、歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉、ドライヤー、シャンプー、ボディソープが用意されていたし、 タオルは必要な分だけ適宜取れたのでありがたかったです。 坂をちょっと下ったところにセブンイレブンもあって、便利でした。 旅行で1日歩き回って疲れた体で、最後の力を振り絞って坂をのぼらないといけないこと。 施設内に、荷物用のリフト？昇降機はあったけど、人が乗れるエレベーターがないこと、バスタブがないこととかは気になりました。

There is almost no insulation from the light and noise of the street and the fridge (in between the headboards) is very loud, we couldn't leave it on for more than one night. It's very small.

• Krt (9/5): Budget-friendly stay in a great location - We stayed here for 7 days during our trip to Myeongdong. The location is excellent. It’s very close to the Myeongdong Night Market and only about a 2–5 minute walk to the subway station. It’s also near the cable car going up to N Seoul Tower, which makes sightseeing very convenient. The room is small but still comfortable for two people. It was just me and my son, and the space worked fine for us. The place also feels cozy and homey. Even though there is no elevator, they provide a dumbwaiter that can bring luggage up and down, which is very convenient if you have heavy bags. There is also a laundry machine available in the building if you need to wash clothes. For the price, it’s very cheap compared to other places around the area. If you’re traveling on a budget, this is one of the more affordable options in this location. I would recommend it to budget travelers. The bathroom and toilet are in the same area with no separation, so when you take a shower the entire floor gets wet. The shower system can also be confusing because the shower and faucet are connected, and you might accidentally spray yourself if you turn the wrong one. There is no elevator, so it may not be suitable for PWDs or guests with mobility issues. The soundproofing is very poor. You can clearly hear people talking in the next room even if they are just speaking normally. You can also hear people walking or moving their luggage on the floor above. If you are a light sleeper, this might be a problem. We also never saw any staff during our entire 7-day stay, and there was no housekeeping. By the 4th or 5th day the room started to get messy, and our towels were not replaced. Also, make sure to check your email before arriving, especially if you will arrive late at night. The door password is sent by email, and without it you will not be able to enter the property.

• CHIH YUN (10/5): - 住宿地點很好 鬧中取靜 巷口就有GS25 另一頭巷子口也有7-11 往下一點就有一家超市和幾家餐館 雖然是山坡路 但是我們包車和叫UBER 司機都可以輕鬆抵達 我們走路到明洞商圈也只需要10分鐘左右的路程 沿途剛好可以欣賞漫畫街景~ 走路到南山公園和南山塔 也是很享受的散步體驗! 我們住在4樓的家庭房 兩房一廳一衛浴 有大冰箱 廚房 廚具和餐具非常夠用 而且有煮水器 烤土司機和微波爐 對於我帶著小孩和年長的家人來居住 真的幫助很大! 我做了很多次的早餐和晚餐 很感謝! 一樓可以洗衣服和烘衣服 洗衣服一次3000韓元 烘衣服一次也是3000韓元 非常方便! 有陽台 有地暖 有廚房 餐桌 茶几 有沙發床 回到這裡 就像在家一樣自在!

It’s conveniently located near a G25 convenience store, and there are plenty of places to eat since it’s close to Myeongdong. The shared kitchen was useful, and having a washer and dryer was a big plus. The heater was especially helpful since we visited Korea during the winter. The bed could use a mattress topper since it’s quite firm. The restroom would also benefit from a shower separator, as the floor gets wet after showering, making it difficult to change clothes.

The property is kept clean and tidy all times. The liberty to come back at whatever time in the evening is also another plus. I would say I do not like, but the placement of the shower head in our room is weird, and it quite difficult to manuever.

• Brigitte (5/5): - Die Lage ist perfekt. (Und für Kenner: Direkt vor der Tür ist ein Piece von Invader) Das Zimmer (201) war extrem modrig, es riecht stark nach Schimmel. Abgesehen davon ist es so unklug möbliert, dass man wirklich kaum etwas ablegen kann, außer auf dem Boden. Im Waschbecken ist das Wasser nicht abgelaufen. Leider haben wir während unseres Aufenthalts nicht einmal Personal gesehen. Es gab ein paar erklärungsbedürftige Sachen, die wir selbst rausfinden mussten. Vor dem Gang steht ein Regal mit Handtüchern, leider gab es die letzten zwei von vier Nächten nur noch kleine Handtücher. Im Aufenthaltsraum steht zwar ein Kaffeevollautomat, in dem aber kein Kaffee aufgefüllt war. Wir sind normalerweise nicht so picky, aber hier würden wirklich kein zweites Mal hin, auch nicht nur für eine Nacht.

Smell in the room, no cleaning service, thin wall you can hear people next door and if you are loud the next door isn’t happy and if they are loud you get disturbed.

• Herman (8/5): Great location, simple amenities, perfect for rest for the night - The location is superb. Conveniently located in the heart of Myeongdong, just about 5 mins walk to the metro. Though there was an uphill slope on the way there, and flights of stairs to get to the room, the convenience more than made up for the little inconvenience. Just a simple room enough to accommodate my family of 5. Nothing fancy. Sufficient for a good night's rest before another day of exploring Seoul. The stairs leading to the room. There was a dumb waiter for luggage, but humans have to take the many flights of stairs to the rooms.

Very responsive staff from online booking ( booking.com) to airport svc request. Will definitely book again. No bidet in our toilet room but you can use the 1st floor toilet with bidet.

• Nour (9/5): Superb - Location is perfect. It is near the metro and about 7-minute walk from Namsan Cable Car location. Myeongdong Market is 5-minutes away. The area itself is calm and quiet during the day and night. Guesthouse offers basic amenities and cleanness is adequate. Thin walls which are only concerning if you have noisy neighbors. On a very cold night, heater was not enough to keep the room hot but once you layer up, it’s fine.
