• cherian (1/5): Bitter and nasty - Location. It is a central location for me to do my business. Not a busy place. Room service was good. The receptionists were not up to mark. The lady receptionist was pleasant and courteous. The male receptionist was hostile, offending and abrupt. He was talking like a policeman. I felt I was in a police station being questioned for illegal entry to the premises. Firstly the booking ad said pay at the hotel. No advance payment required. Then while I was on my way I get a male voice requesting advance payment to confirm booking. That call was very rude and hostile. I explained that the ad never mentioned any advance payment. Then I reach the hotel and the male receptionist asks for ID. I showed my PAN card with photo and he rejected it. He demanded aadhar card which is never mentioned in the booking process in the ad. The male receptionist refused me room if I dont give him the addhar card. The staff have zero communication skills. India is full of cyber frauds because every tom dick and harry exhibits the aadhar number all over the place. Finally I showed my aadhar card and by his grace he gave me the room. The room is small thats fine. The in-springs of the mattress had worn off, I hit the bottom plank of the bed when I lie down. So I place the pillow where my legs should be and managed some sleep. I am going there next week because the location is suitable for my business. I hope they get more pleasant, courteous people in the reception and they get some good training in communication skills.

Ребята так старались, помогали нам решать все вопросы. Делали не просто то, что могли, а реально сверх этого. Осталось много тепла от этого места. Благодарю вас всех от всего сердца! Will visit and recommend others too - Ambience 1.Rooms to be upgraded to AC 2.Exhaust fan REQUIRED in bath rooms. 3.Non AC rooms 405, 407, and 408 where stayed appeared to be bit suffocative 4.Beds are small for two persons sleep for two friends otherwise OK for Couple. 5.Full time restaurant not there.
